Negative experience: False advertising They advertised free delivery in Hamilton I typed in my address and selected the free delivery option and made payment I order my delivery for THE NEXT DAY, NOT SAME DAY DELIVERY Once they received payment they text me saying they wanted a $30 delivery fee because it wasn’t in range even though their website said it was in range I told them I want a refund because $30 is ridiculous when it was advertised as free They took their time in processing the refund, once it was approved I was advised that the refund takes 10 days to go through. Now I can’t order my mother flowers for her birthday because I have already spent the money I had

Fantastic experience: We are in Christchurch, phoned Inspired by 2 Florist this morning, by mid afternoon beautiful flower's were delivered and have made my daughters birthday who is now living/studying in Hamilton. Even got photo and text update on delivery. A+ recommendation.

Fantastic experience: Ordered online & appreciated a call the next day to check I had put the correct day on the order as it was for an 80th birthday. Delighted when my friend sent me a picture on the day of delivery and the flowers were even better than the picture on the website. Also loved that I could order flowers that came in a Terracotta pot so my friend could keep it after the flowers have passed their use by date. Highly recommended for service and quality.

Fantastic experience: Just amazing!! They went above and beyond, and share kindness through the world with their flowers! My mum had an accident and broke both her arms - I mentioned this when ordering the flowers online and Linda so thoughtfully put the flowers into a cardboard box/vase so mum didn’t have to do anything with them, except look at how beautiful they are and how lovely they smell. She even emailed me to confirm I was ok with it. I was MORE than ok! Flowers can make such a difference to someone’s day, and knowing the bouquets are put together with love and kindness means this is more than a job to them - they care about the people buying/giving/receiving the flowers. I don’t live in NZ and knowing I can trust someone I found online is priceless! Would recommend (and use again!) these guys in a heartbeat. Thank you so much!!

Negative experience: took in a photo of my parents wedding bouquet to be replicated for their anniversary - went to pick it up and was so disappointed with what i received - a cheap bouquet that did not replicate what i asked for, it was far smaller than original and different shape, waste of money and even my mother (who made the original herself) said they'd done a terrible job :(:(:(:(
