Fantastic experience: Brooklyn did such a phenomenal job of my wedding florals, bringing my vision to life and going above and beyond! I was so in love with every detail she curated and much it reflected all my inspo pics - BUT BETTER!!!! I have to admit, do have to admit I struggled communicating with her over email, but as soon as we started messaging on insta and chatting via phone, met in person, she was an absolute dream to deal with. So lovely, so helpful and accommodating. I highly recommend her!!

Positive experience: The flowers look spectacular! I received good service at a competitive price. The website looks great. My slight feedback is to keep the dog in check as he jumped up on me. I like dogs but not everyone would be comfortable.

On further chatting with Brooklyn I discovered she could do an arrangement with just the pretty pastel roses and other flowers I wanted, in a container for my daughter's 25th birthday. Fantastic experience: I found the Flower Patch really responsive and helpful. When I put in an order at short notice, there is no trouble and the flowers selected have been just beautiful and beyond my expectations for the price.

Fantastic experience: I had a big ask…it was a very good friends birthday, it was over lock down,I was in Auckland, it was short notice & i had a limited budget! “When asking for a friend” to help out with suggestions Brook and her business, the Flower Patch came up and I placed my order… No sooner had I done so Brook contacted me to say my choices weren’t going to provide me with the best visual effect given the season and would I allow her to custom make me one for same price (WOW!) and If that wasn’t enough she then delivered and took a photo of the arrangement waiting on the porch for the birthday girl to find when she got home. Flowers more beautiful than ever and service with a smile !

The Flower Patch are very creative and imaginative, which is something I prefer when buying flowers. I ordered from Australia and found the online booking and payment system easy to use. I had an email query to which I received a prompt reply. Good customer service and outstanding bouquet quality.

Fantastic experience: So, it was my "lifetime friend's" birthday and I needed something to cheer her up given the situation and that I am 12,000 miles away in "The Home of The Game" google maps showed a local, small family florist and the website was good too.
