Fantastic experience: I tried to negotiate sending flowers to my daughter in Turin using a local florist, ended up too complicated, nobody's fault. I rang Gails and everything was so easy! Very specific flower colours requested and even the sudden change of address, it was all handled in such a friendly and efficient manner. Just had a photo; the bunch of flowers was abundant and lovely.

Negative experience: Ordered $150 bouquet for 50th wedding anniversary & most disappointed in what arrived, especially after later observed virtually the same sized bouquet and flowers at Countdowns floral section for literally half the price. 9/9/20 This is not the first time you have received “a terrible review”. Also, the flowers were not fresh and only lasted a week before drooping despite retrimming the stems & changing the water. I have today emailed you a copy of my VISA statement clearly showing payment to “Gails Floral Studio Hamilton”.

Fantastic experience: Last week I wanted to send my best friend a beautiful bunch of flowers for her birthday. Being in Auckland meant I was in the hands of a florist I didn’t know, had never used therefore it was an anxious time waiting for the squeal of delight I knew I would hear from Auckland if the desired result was achieved. So the hunt for a reputable florist began and they all seemed much of a muchness until I clicked onto Gail’s site. The samples looked beautiful and reasonable but it was the name that struck me....Gail’s of Tamahere is where my beautiful friend got married to her beloved. That clinched it for me...the sentimental link was just too good to pass by. So I decided this was the florist to use so made my choice, arranged for the delivery next day, made payment and so started the wonderful process of being kept informed every step of the way right up to the moment of delivery. And then via a message I heard the squeal and I knew they had done well. Thank you so much Gail’s. The flowers were gorgeous, all in different shades of pink for a lady who loves pink...pink champagne...pink gin...pink flowers. You get my drift! A week later they are still going strong. So if you want a florist who will not let you down in any part of the process, contact these lovely ladies. You won’t be disappointed. I’d give 10 stars if I could. Thank you so much. Sue

Fantastic experience: I recently purchased the most beautiful flowers from Gail at her flower shop located in Worley Place in Hamilton. Honestly they were just amazing and so fresh! Whilst in the shop I witnessed GAIL and her rather lovely assistant Thea making the most exquisite little wrist corsages that I have ever seen, honestly they were nothing short of amazing. Gail honestly has a real gift with flowers and skills that far surpass any florist I have ever visited in NZ. or overseas. Not only are her flowers far superior to any florist, but both Gail and her staff are so friendly and approachable and her store also has the most lovely little gifts and dried flowers I have ever seen. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone!
