Fantastic experience: This is an amazing florist to go to! I went in this morning, looking to get 2 bouquets made up, but hadn't called or ordered any beforehand. Told one of the lovely ladies that I was in abit of a rush, and she created 2 BEAUTIFUL bouquets in under 15 minutes. Super accomodating and friendly staff! Prices are also VERY reasonable! Thank you to the 2 lovely ladies who served me this morning! Will be back again :)

Fantastic experience: I love going in to see Linda and the team at Fallow and Fox, both for our business flowers and also for myself. Nothing is ever an issue, we always get the most delightful bouquets of flowers at a very competitive price compared to other Dunedin florists. The website is easy to use and order what we need. Linda always has a chat with me and my children even if shes really busy she will take the time to say hi, have a laugh and has even given me tips on growing my own flowers. On top of flowers and the awesome banter the gifts are awesome, I've purchased flower pots, Flox puzzles, pepper and me and lots of other lovely gifts/ homewares.

I ordered my mums surprise birthday present the night before as I have covid so it has to be delivered, for some reason the delivery option did not work for us and I did not get charged. However Linda was so very kind to send this through to us for free. I am very thankful and will always support her in the future!! I recommend her to anyone and will be recommending her to all my fam & friends 100/10. Btw the flowers are stunning smells good the quality of these will last up to weeks so pretty ! thnk u xx

Fantastic experience: Linda and her wonderful team made our wedding day so special - I could not recommend her services more! I went in with a very clear vision a few months before my wedding and Linda was totally onboard from day one. She helped my vision come to reality and coped with my changes to the order always with a smile. She helped pick out some table pieces that really complimented the venue and tableware beautifully without being overwhelming. Linda is a wonderful and skilled florist who produced beautiful bouquets, buttonholes and corsages that were spectacular compliments for all on the day. I cannot thank Linda enough for her exceptional work!

Negative experience: Cheeky rude owner, lying through her teeth to cover up their mistakes! She completely forgot our graduation bouquet order, which brought us huge stress and we had to postpone the appointment with photographer on that day! She has been living in denial and kept lying even in her responses to our feedbacks. She obviously hates bad reviews to death so any bad review is "untrue" to her lol. Come on, lying and attacking won't change the truth but only show how cheeky and arrogant you are! I had to spend time to edit my review to describe what happened on that day due to her attitude. I have never encountered a business owner like her, an absolute disgrace to small businesses. STAY AWAY from this business if you don't want our terrible experience!! My wife and my daughter went to the store and ordered a bouquet one week before taking my daughter's graduation photo. The owner and a girl took the order. When I collected it, the owner had no idea of the order and could not find the record from their book. Luckily, I had the receipt with me and showed her to prove we ordered. I then saw a bouquet there and asked her if that's ours. The owner started to lie from then. She said yes, so I took it. I did not know at the time that my daughter had ordered a pink bouquet plus some small sunflowers. If I knew, I would not take it as the bouquet was burgundy, did NOT have any pink flowers and sunflowers! When I came back with the flowers and told my daughter and my wife what happened, we realised that the owner lied and this bouquet must be someone else's. So we went back to the store to return the flowers and asked for refund. The owner at first was trying to insist that it's our bouquet by saying no sunflowers in the bouquet because they didn't have sunflowers. After my daughter pointed out that the bouquet was not pink either, she finally refunded us. She was arrogant and did NOT apologise. We had to postpone the graduation photo for one hour that day because of the drama and my daughter didn't get to hold a bouquet we ordered for her photos! It was stressful and disappointing especially due to the owner's attitude. What a joke the owner said in her response to my daughter's review that she couldn't source what my daughter wanted. You couldn't even source any pink flowers!? And why didn't tell us early or when I collected the flowers that you couldn't source any pink flowers and any sunflowers!?? From the owner's responses to our feedbacks, she still would not admit her mistakes. Instead, she's trying to attack us and make us look like fussy unreasonable customers in order to mislead people who read reviews. Nice try. The situation could be solved better by admitting your mistakes and making a sincere apology. However, you chose not only to lie but also attack us, SHAME ON YOU!

Negative experience: Totally lost all record of my graduation flowers we physically booked in store a week prior and then just told me you didn't have some of the flowers anyway...what? not even a sorry, just we don't have it here's your refund bye.

Fantastic experience: I cannot thank Linda enough for creating a beautiful arrangement for my daughter’s graduation and for her genuine awesomeness chatting like old friends over the phone. Covid has stopped my family travelling to Dunedin from Otorohanga here in the north island to join in the celebrations, so the next best thing was to send her joy and our love through Linda’s flowers! Everyone’s reviews helped me choose Fallow & Fox - so a big thanks too!

Fantastic experience: I recieved a lovely bunch of flowers a week ago from a friend, and they are still amazing. As some need removed from the bunch, others start opening! Hence I went in today and bought a bunch for my daughter's engagement. Just had to point to a couple of flowers I liked, name my price, an hour later when I popped back I was delighted with the huge bunch waiting. Owner super chatty and personable. Need to go back when I have time and look at the homewares. Super highly recommended.
