It was truly extraordinary. The care and thought you put into it meant so much to all of us. I initially gave a rough cost range while whānau were contributing. You began the bouquet before the final amount was confirmed, and then added to it once I confirmed the price. To then have it delivered within the hour was incredible. The value for money was outstanding, but more than that, the kindness and heart behind what you do really shows. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you … you are a truly thoughtful person and an incredibly talented florist.

She has been my go-to person for any and every flower delivery needs of mine, for a long time, during which I have learned how dedicated and committed Sandra is to satisfying each and every customer of hers, and I am certainly going to continue making use of her services going forward, as she is the absolute best in the business!

I’ve bought flowers before and can easily say that this is the best florist I’ve interacted with. The price for them was so affordable for what you get! These ones are the premium size. I called up a few hours before ordering and the lady who answered was so lovely and kindly answered my questions. I think her name is Sandra! The first two photos are the flowers the day I picked them up and the second two are 4 days after. They’ve held up so beautifully, I’ll only be ordering from her now on!!

Negative experience: Disappointing buisness! Balloon and card turned up....you forgot the flowers but sure did charge for them. Never offered refund but just delivered flowers a day late for birthday, which I didn't want. Such a disappointment. My partner was charged hundreds for a balloon and card for it to ruin my birthday thinking that was my special gift. He didn't realize until he got home and said where are the flowers? I said I found a balloon and card tied to door handle, that was it. He was furious and felt bad that all day he thought I had the beautiful flowers.

We always order a box of chocolates or fruit with and arrangement and it's awesome.

Negative experience: Wish I could rate lower than this! I have no complaints about the flowers, but the owner of this shop is not polite at all. Completely ruined my mood when I went to purchase flowers. She gives you the vibe that you are getting the flowers for free or something! Won't go here ever again. Flowers are of good quality for the price you pay, but I would rather spend a little bit extra for some decent customer service.

Negative experience: My friend and I just received the most disgusting service from who we believe was the owner. She was extremely rude when we asked to split a payment. Her reaction was "really, you young ones costing us small businesses money." She then went on to lecture us about the cost of running eftpos and how much the bank takes etc. As students on a tight budget we just wanted to split a payment and were made to feel like a hassle. Next time we will support another florist. Do not recommend using this florist.

I went through about 4 different florists to get some flowers delivered on a Sunday morning to a friend who had just given birth... only thing i would have changed is maybe the choice of Chili and lime chocolate was not the best choice for a birth, i would use again and highly recommend.

Negative experience: My wife went in today to pick up two corsages that were ordered last week. The woman who we assume is the florist asked three times whether we had the right florist. She said the type of corsage that was reqiested was not done by them. She asked for proof of purchase and when that was provided she told us that we were lucky we were not 10 minutes later as she would not have been there. At no point did she offer any apology. Eventually the woman that had taken the order returned to the store and it transpired it had been placed in the “completed” pile. She apologised for the mix up. So, for the record, the quality of the corsages are good, but the service was very poor.
