I am from out of town and ordered some flowers to be delivered to my daughter for her birthday. Not only did Ella deliver a gorgeous bunch of flowers but she went out of her way to hunt down birthday cupcakes for me, when I was having no luck. Every detail was beautifully put together and exactly what I envisioned (and even better!). Ella was such a dream to work with. She listened to what I wanted, offered creative ideas, and made the whole process stress-free. Since then, I’ve visited The Flower Shop Roslyn, and not only does Ella create the most beautiful bouquets, but she also has a gorgeous range of gifts, including the sweetest presents for a new baby. Negative experience: Wanted to get some flowers for a special occasion with a friend, she was terribly rude. Didn’t seem to care for what we wanted and started making something without consulting us. When we asked for something different she finished what she was doing and told us to leave. Would not recommend if you’re not familiar with buying flowers or are looking for help there is none to be found here. Would give a negative star rating if I could.

Negative experience: Really disappointed with my partners and I experience here. I've been here once before and thought the lady came across very hostile and pushy but gave her the benefit of the doubt and thought she might be having a bad day. Came here a second time for a quick gift for my grandmother, neither of us know much about flowers, we were hoping she could just recommend a general best seller but she was very pushy, wanting to know exactly what we needed and treated us like we were stupid. Her eftpos was placed oddly behind the counter and we expected her to hand it over to us so we could pay rather than awkwardly walk around especially because of covid we didn't want to get too close, so partner paused and she said "sometimes the obvious isn't so obvious, is it?" Disgusting way to treat customers, especially since her flowers are not cheap. I have already told family and friends to never support this woman and her business. She has no idea how to treat people.

Fantastic experience: I rang from Sydney to order a bunch of flowers for my Mother's birthday - the Roslyn flower shop had been recommended to me. I never use things like inter flora because you dont know who is going to be doing the flowers and i am quite fussy. Judy was so helpful asking about Mums favourite colours and flowers. In the end we went for something classic in green and white. Delivered on the same day - a massive bunch, so tastefully done. You can tell the flowers are fresh and going to last. And Mum absolutely loved them. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: I'm not sure who helped me, but whoever did was wonderful. I was trying to get some sunflowers to my friend in hospital, but wasn't sure about her ward or anything. The flower shop was able to help me put together something she'd love (sunflowers) in a way that worked for hospital (in a bucket) and get it out to her in the hospital the very same day. Amazing service, very pleased. And all over FB messenger! Which is exactly as you hope businesses would respond on FB.

Fantastic experience: We live overseas and regularly contact Jude and her team for all the special family occasions in Dunedin that require flowers - mothers day, grandma's birthday and Christmas flowers for the family get together. It makes us feel like we are still part of the celebration and they always know exactly what's required for either an elderly person in a care home, or the full on party. Jude has always been attentive to our needs and we know from family feed back that the flowers are amazing. Nothing is too such trouble and I always make them the first call when I need flowers.

Negative experience: Dismissive shop attendant mucked me around, and didn't take ownership of her mistake for a simple Mother's Day order. Poor service, friends and I won't return.
