Fantastic experience: I don't know flowers at all, so I thought I would pop in to Miss Reid to browse, since it was close to where I live. I walked in, gave some vague requirements. The next day I picked up an amazing bunch of flowers. My partner is stoked, and some of flowers still look fresh over 3 weeks later. Tldr; Great, friendly and helpful service and will sort you out if you don't know what you are looking for.

Fantastic experience: Thank you for creating a beautiful bouquet (photo1) for my daughter’s graduation. She loved it. The fragrance was devine. These flowers managed to survive a whole day of the ceremony without a sign of wilting. It also survived the journey back to Wellington (2nd photo - 5 days later). Greatly appreciated!!

Fantastic experience: Recommended by a friend in Dunedin, I ordered Miss Reid flowers for my daughter's graduation this weekend. Efficient, friendly communication and pick up was easy on the day. A beautiful bouquet that my daughter was delighted with. Most of all, they lasted all day and night without any extra water, and we took them back to Auckland the next day (on the plane) and they still look great. Really good fresh flowers. Thoroughly recommend.

So I decided to give a quick call to confirm and even though it was already past the cut off time she said she'd quickly start making my bouquet before I had even made the order so it would be ready intime for the courier! Jacqui is super approachable and friendly to deal with and went the extra mile to help make our day so beautiful and special - especially considering our wedding had logical transportation challenges as it was in a rural setting! Positive experience: I have supported Miss Reid for many many years whilst living in Dunedin and have continued supporting them from the Gold Coast Australia. Unfortunately my last two experiences have been really disappointing. I received a photo of the flowers I arranged for delivery last week and was really disappointed in the arrangement. The recipients were surprised at what they received also knowing how much I’d spent. I found the bouquet very light on flowers. My previous order was similarly disappointing. Time to move elsewhere unfortunately. I might add, there has been no reply to my message sent to them via Facebook messenger.

Fantastic experience: I really aporeciated the helpful attention I recieved when sending flowers to Israel. Jacqui managed to get the Hebrew translated so that payment could be made. That took a lot of time and effort. We'll done!

Fantastic experience: I always prefer to support small businesses. My experience at Miss Reid Floral is a great example of why. The owner was very friendly and helpful and the flowers were great. It's also nice to know that I am supporting another small-business owner and helping to keep the local economy alive and well. I will be shopping here again!

Fantastic experience: Great service and support. Emailed from Australia, to ask about adding a pot of the right size to my plant order. Prompt reply allowed me to order online on Sunday. Order was prepared and delivered to Dunedin Central on Monday morning, much to the delight of the recipient.

Fantastic experience: Cannot recommend Jacqui more highly. Incredibly talented floral designer and very good to deal with from a customer service perspective. Ordering flowers from abroad is a bit nerve wracking when not using a service like interflora, but my friend lives in the area and I knew I wanted to support a local business directly during these times! Jacqui was so helpful when there were delivery issues, and I will certainly be using her again in the future! The bouquet my friend received was absolutely stunning and enormous and far beyond what I was expecting for what I paid. Thank you so much Jacqui!

Fantastic experience: A real gem of a place, elegant flowers and charming service. Dunedin has a number of lovely florists but Miss Reids is a cut above.

Negative experience: Not happy. Ordered pink bubbles plant for my work. at first the plant looked okay, but as the plant started dying i noticed half the plant was an unrooted cutting. now the plant is a few sad looking strands of green no pink left at all as all died. I tried my hardest to save it. really annoying as my work paid for it to sit in reception. I have the same plant purchased from elsewhere at home and never had a problem as bad as this

Negative experience: Have now twice visited this shop , don’t ask why I went back a second time ….. both times I was completely ignored despite the store not being busy at all, and the owner walked right past me without even a wee “hi”. As someone who buys a lot of flowers and dried flowers it was disappointing, thankfully there are plenty of other lovely florists around

Fantastic experience: My sister and I both ordered birthday flowers for a friend of ours separately on the Miss Reid website today. The ordering process was seamless and the price was just right. We're not familiar with the South Island or locations, so hadn't realized their couriers don't deliver to our friend's address. Within minutes of our orders being placed, we both received emails and a call from Miss Reid to let us know of our mistake. Jackie was able to suggest another florist that could deliver to the area we wanted and organized our refunds immediately. So impressed! Thank you Jackie for making this process so painless and simple.

Negative experience: Sadly I don’t have a good experience of Miss Reid Florist. My son stuck in London sent flowers for my birthday. The message on the card was incomplete, I had to contact Miss Reid for the rest of it. This was sent by email. The flowers arrived on Monday afternoon and this photo was taken this morning. I received them by hand at the door and put them directly in clean water. I have changed the water once. The orchids, which one would assume have a fairly long shelf life are nearing the end of their days. I hope my son did not spend a fortune on these as they are not value for money.

Fantastic experience: I’m really impressed with their service - I ordered a plant this morning and it was delivered by the afternoon. They accidentally put the plant in a more expensive pot than the one I ordered and they let me keep it. Very friendly and efficient and the plant/pot combo looks great. Highly recommend!

Negative experience: I have used Miss Reid on two occasions. I used Miss Reid for international deliveries. My feedback on the quality of the delivered product was not great. I would not recommend using Miss Reid for any remote orders.
