Negative experience: I ordered the 'Florists Choice Deluxe' costing $180 plus shipping for a good friend in Dunedin. I live in the Nth Island. Terribly disappointed in the quantity of flowers received. Embarrassing for $180. What an absolute rip off.

Fantastic experience: The same day delivery service was superb, absolutely fantastic! My daughter really appreciated the great quality of beautiful flowers and fruits. I arranged it for my daughter in Dunedin, NZ via online as I live in another country. Thank you very much for your speedy reliable service!

Fantastic experience: Flower were absolutely stunning, amazing value for money compared to other florists in the area. The gentleman who served me was very pleasant and efficient. Definitely will be coming back in the future.

Negative experience: The flowers and shop were beautiful, but the customer service was disappointing - very. The person I interacted with was dismissive, condescending, and quite rude—leaving me with the strong impression that my presence wasn’t welcome. When visiting a flower shop, one should walk away with a smile, not discomfort. Sadly, this person seemed to be having a bad day, but that attitude shouldn’t be passed on to customers.
