Fantastic experience: I had an amazing experience with Amber-Lee Florist thanks to Shara-Mei assisting me in getting an anniversary bouquet of flowers delivered to my wife in Whangarei! I reached out via email (I am in the USA, so a phone call wasn't an option) to confirm a same day delivery because it was a Friday and my wife wouldn't be at work the next day. Shara-Mei responded to my email within minutes and we worked out the perfect bouquet and she assured me the delivery could happen. In the end, it all worked out! Fantastic experience: These ladies are seriously incredible and came in clutch. We were recommend by my inlaws to visit you after our original flourist canceled on us a week before our wedding, so we were happy to get anything by this point. We came to these ladies to see what we could find, not only did they managed to put together something personalized for us with ONLY a week notice, they put together three bouquets, Bride and two Bridesmaids, in April for an autumn/winter wedding. They hunted around for us to get our desired blue and white wedding colours and we were beyond pleased with the results. I won't forget what you did for us, you took away our biggest stress for our wedding day. Can't tell you how grateful we still are. The first two photos are of my Bouquet and the last two are of the Bridesmaids. We had to take our photos the next day because of the weather.. after I did the Bouquet toss.. haha. Fantastic experience: I recently bought a boquet online for my dearest friend and her sister who had just lost their mum after spending most of 2 years popping up and down country to look after her as she became frail. I was upset and juggling work and study - I accidentally put in two orders, and put to send the bill to my friend! They spotted everything and sorted it all out for me. Once they knew my friends' mum loved painting flower arrangements - they made a special effort - I'm sure they always do - but it made me feel good at least! The result was amazing and everyone loved it. Highly recommend chosing Amber-Lee if you need a boquet in future.

Fantastic experience: Got the most beautiful bunch of flowers from Amber Lee Florist Whangarei. The lovely friendly lady who served me, took on board what I would like which was "something bright to cheer up a whanau who had just lost an elderly whanau member". The lady apologized as she was busy at that particular moment and asked if I could wait. I was expecting a couple of hours or more but she said 20minson return 25mins later there on the counter was the most amazing beautiful bright bunch of flowers waiting for me. I was in awe. TOTALLY RECOMMEND this wonderful florist.

I live in France and the process took less than 3 minutes from the moment I called to having the flowers ordered and paid. The bouquet was delivered that same afternoon and extremely stunning. Negative experience: Ordered flowers for my daughter in the maternity ward whangarei.. Was told they would be delivered same day.. Paid for delivery as well!! Specifically told them delivery today as she comes home tomorrow.. MY DAUGHTER HAS NOT RECEIVED FLOWERS!!! I WANT A REFUND.. ILL BE RINGING YOU FIRST THING TOMORROW the element of congratulations with flowers has gone.. Now i can get flowers from my local for when she gets home. Fantastic experience: I I'm very impressed with amber Lee florist, the fact that I had flowers to be delivered for Saturday for my mums birthday and on Friday evening it was announced that they had to go into lockdown from 12:01 Saturday morning! Amber lee went out of there way to get them to my now very happy mother at 10pm Friday night!!! So a huge thank you for doing that, apart from that the flowers look amazing and I would highly recommend anyone to use her. The florist even added extra scented "cottage garden flowers" for my mum - who had lost her sight. Their care and attention to detail was spot on. Recently mum passed. Positive experience: I received flowers yesterday which were extremely disappointing. Poor quality carnations, one lily and shabby chrysanthemums - the best quality was the magnolia greenery. Compare this company to Flower Feva for imagination, generosity and freshness before you purchase. The standard simply isn't there - this is definitely not a 4 or 5 star florist, rather a flower provider as the artistic merit one expects is not there.

Fantastic experience: The best service I have ever received. The staff were so friendly and helpful, when I stopped in a hurry to buy a bouquet for my sister. The bouquet they made me was just perfect and my sister told me they lasted for ages. I would definitely recommend these lovely ladies if you need flowers!

Negative experience: Not very happy with these people. I paid nearly $100 (incl delivery) for what I thought would be a large bunch of flowers. Instead the bunch consisted of mostly the cheaper types of flowers and the bunch wasn't big at all. Could have got the equivalent in the supermarket for $30.
