Fantastic experience: The flowers we ordered from the Native Florest Team were incredibly beautiful, using native plants and succulents as well as a gorgeous flax container. These are some of the most thoughtful bouquets I have ever seen. What a creative team! Not only that but they were delivered efficiently and quickly. Highly recommend!!!

I rang back and spoke to another Kind Lady there to change the wording on the card. I know where I can now get the best customer service and Thank you for a BEAUTIFUL bouquets of flowers you arranged for my Special Mum.

Fantastic experience: I live in Australia and wanted to send a celebration box and flowers to my in-laws as a wedding gift. I was able to send my celebration box to the shop and they delivered their beautiful flowers along with the box to its destination which was rural. It was the easiest process and they answer their phone so politely they’re a real people’s person so friendly. I was grateful for their service they were amazing definitely recommend 10/10 for me thankyou ladies and fellas xx

Told me they did not have a lot of stock in at the moment but the huge arrangement was significantly bigger and better than I had expected and really had the wow factor. Beautiful combination of flower types and colours and the little flax flowers matched the box. I could not have asked for anything better. Very impressed with Native florist and would def use again.

Negative experience: Very disappointing to find out my surprise Mother's Day flowers did not arrive yesterday! My daughter is extremely upset about her purchase not being delivered. Not only was the delivery day promised by this business, it is now the end of the following day (Monday) and no response to her calls and messages. Very unprofessional business ethic it seems!

Negative experience: Ordered for mothers day as they said they were delivering on Sunday. Not only were they not delivered for Mother's Day yesterday, it is now the following day (Monday) no delivery as of 3pm and I've called four times throughout the day and left a message and no answer through phone or email. Disappointed would be an understatement, not only do they not follow through with delivery they just ignore their phone and email, I would definitely go elsewhere.

What Cheryl sent was perfect and I loved her innovative use of our native flora in the arrangement. I would recommend this business everyday of the week.
