Fantastic experience: A massive thank you to Alice for sorting me out with a beautiful Protea arrangement for a Monday morning photoshoot. After realising I was not going to get to their shop on Saturday before closing I used the online enquiry form from their website explaining what i needed and asking for advice and pricing. Alice responded almost straight away with a solution and worked to our budget. She even went out of her ay to meet me early before the shop opened - thank you so much!!! The flowers were beautiful too and just what we needed!

Asked Alice to create a “florist choice” bouquet of anything and everything yellow to give to my Mum (her favourite colour) and added in the notes that she loves sunflowers! Couldn’t find any other florist with sunflowers in stock today so I was absolutely stoked with the plentiful sunny sunflowers in this bouquet! The shop is beautiful with a full selection of beautiful flowers and gifts! Handy central location will definitely be my first choice for flowers in Whangarei from here on.

Positive experience: Asked for a florist choice as picture showed really interesting flowers, orchids, bromeliads, roses, tropicals etc in natural paper. Ordered from Auckland and flowers were picked up by brother in law for my sister's birthday. What she got was a bunch of ordinary supermarket flowers in pink paper. Left photo what l thought I'd ordered from their website gallery, right photo what arrived.

However, the lady that happened to there when we walked in to check, was more than happy to put an arrangement together for us on the spot - very grateful and the recipients loved them. They offered to ring there supply straight away and get back to me if they had any on the way.
