Fantastic experience: I am based in the UK and was looking for something special for my aunt’s celebration of life in Auckland the next day. The harakeke bouquet looked spectacular on the website so I ordered it, unaware that a massive storm was wreaking havoc in northland. The girls advised me that they had dispatched the bouquet but were unsure if the courier had made it out of the area in time. The next morning I received an update to reassure me that it had reached Auckland, where it was well received by my cousins, in time to be part of the event. Thanks to all for the excellent service and beautiful bouquet. I will definitely order from you again.

Negative experience: Was really disappointed in the customer service, we decided to get a bunch of flowers for a teacher & went here, we were early so waited 20 minutes for it to open (absolutely fine) the lady opened the shop and just ignored us, we then said "good morning" to break the ice and she just looked at us with a sour face. Was a no brainer, turned around went in the car and gave our money to a florist that appreciated the business. Wouldn't recommend.

Fantastic experience: Kamo Village Florist offers a fantastic selection of flowers and gifts at various affordable prices, with same-day delivery available. The team is exceptionally friendly and communicates superbly. I ordered a couple of items to be delivered to a family member as a gift. Although the delivery attempt was unsuccessful due to the lack of a safe place to leave the items and the recipient being away for a week, the team handled the situation well. They contacted the recipient and then updated me, keeping me informed throughout the process. I highly appreciate their communication and initiative, rather than just dropping off the items at the front door and leaving. This shows the level of care the team at Kamo Village Florist has. I will definitely be purchasing from them again.

Positive experience: I have used this florist alot over the years. The new owner(well not so new now)..has maintained a great standard. I can usually find something within my budget each time I pop in..plus she has created little floral arrangements at a reasonable price..some little treat to drop into someone just to make their day. Wish I'd taken photos of the two potted beautiful vividly light pink hydrangeas I purchased a couple if weeks ago. Between candy floss pink & the pink of those old time smoko lollies.

Positive experience: I ordered a Bright Bouquet because I was feeling depressed and wanted some bright colour in my life; it was a little disappointing. I realised that out of about 20 stems, at least 10 were just greenery, 3 were green fill-in type flowers, 1of which had a budding head that was dead and only 7 stems of colorfull blooms. I will order again from Kamo Florist but will stipulate fewer greenery stems please. I would rather the bouquet look more like the one advertised with a greater number of flower stems, giving a smaller bunch, rather than a bigger bunch with fewer flowers.

Positive experience: Beautiful bunch of flowers for a memorial. Would be 5 stars but unfortunately the orchids I specifically asked for were brown and crusty around the edge of the petals and some of the lily petals were damaged a little. Spent $85.

Negative experience: I ordered flowers by phone, from Hastings NZ, and was disappointed in the bunch sent. Not good value for money. Us phone customers deserve the same good service and good product, value for our dollar, as on the spot, walk in the door customers. I cannot recommend this florist, if you are an out of town customer. It was nothing more than similar to a supermarket bunch of flowers
