Special shout-out to Mike the delivery driver for reaching out via text before delivery asking if there was any special info that would be helpful for him to know. I was able to explain that this was a surprise birthday flower delivery for a very special lady who had just relocated to a retirement home. Not only did he let me know the flowers had been delivered, but also sent a priceless picture of the flowers with our loved one stating that “she loved them!” An overall wonderful experience with this florist and especially Mike, who really went above and beyond.
