Negative experience: Don't waste your time. Their quality ranges and they are okay with selling you shitty flowers. This is my second time purchasing from the company. The roses didn't even last a week! I followed the instructions as per usual. Very disappointed with the results.

Fresh roses naturally have a vase life of approximately 4–7 days with proper care. As a florist, we work with fresh, perishable products, and their lifespan depends on several factors such as environment, handling, and care after delivery.

The arrangement you purchased was made with fresh roses. It would not be accurate to suggest that fresh roses can last significantly longer than their natural lifespan.

If you are looking for something that lasts much longer, we do offer everlasting roses, which can maintain their beauty for up to three years.

Negative experience: I contact them because someone stold my card information and made a purchase whit it here and they did nothing for me. I guess as long they receive the money it doesn’t matter we’re it comes from.

After carefully reviewing our website transactions, we can confirm that the charge in question received an early fraud alert and was automatically refunded on 02/13/2026. Because this occurred during the extended Presidents’ Day weekend, the refund will begin processing on the first business day and may take your bank up to 5 business days to reflect on your statement.

As a small florist, we unfortunately have no control over scammers who place fraudulent orders using stolen credit card information. In this situation, we fulfilled and delivered the order in good faith, and once notified of the fraud alert, the transaction was immediately reversed on our end.

We kindly ask that you consider updating your review to reflect that the matter was resolved and refunded. We always strive to operate with integrity and transparency, and we genuinely appreciate your understanding.
