When I called to make the inquire, I was given several options and gave suggestions keeping in mind my mom's favorite. Will definitely use them again!

Positive experience: My Valentine’s Day arrangement started dying within two days after receiving it. One week later and the entire arrangement shriveled up and turned brown. This is my first time receiving flowers from this company… so maybe it was fluke. My hubby buys me flowers twice a year and this was his first time trying this company. This was also the fastest dying arrangement I’ve ever received.

Fantastic experience: Leaf & Blossom Co. did a phenomenal job on a recent order I placed for a birthday bouquet and balloon for a dear friend of mine!! I initially placed the order online, however, there was a glitch, and the order did not transmit. I called to resolve this issue after normal business hours, expecting to leave a voice mail, however, I was pleasantly surprised when Ajeeta Khanna (she co-owns Leaf & Blossom with her mom) answered the phone and assisted me immediately. We discussed options for the arrangement, and wording for the message on the card included with the order. Ajeeta placed the order and took it from there! She sent me a picture of the arrangement prior to delivery, it was stunning! Unfortunately, in this day and time, it is rare to receive such outstanding customer service, but Ajeeta went above and beyond my expectations…fabulous customer service and a beautiful flower arrangement! I wish this florist was located close to my home as they would be my go-to florist for all my floral needs. I purchased a bouquet of roses from them and was blown away by the quality, the roses stayed fresh, vibrant, and gorgeous for nearly three weeks, which is impressive and speaks volumes about the care and quality of their flowers. The photo attached shows the roses at the two-week mark, and they still looked incredible. The service was just as outstanding. The team was incredibly helpful in guiding me through options, listening to what I wanted, and offering thoughtful suggestions that made the final arrangement even better than I imagined. You can tell they truly care about their craft and their customers. I’m so happy I discovered this shop, especially since it’s only a few doors down from my job at 26Health, which makes it even more convenient. I called on a Saturday needing a Sunday delivery, and even though they are normally closed on Sundays, she personally made it happen. Fantastic experience: Went to leaf & blossom looking for a small amount of peonies to surprise the gf. Got there when they opened, The peony selection was not the best, and the gentleman that was helping me admitted they were not up to par -- he took my number down and said that we're more were coming later that day. Fast forward a few hours, I get a text. Brand new peonies arrived, barely blossomed, still little round bulbs. I was told it would take 2 days or so for them to open up. Brought them home, surprised the girlfriend, she put them in water and by the next morning they were BEAUTIFUL! And only getting more beautiful since they were first put in the vase. TLDR, Great customer service, great flowers!

The plastic container inside the wooden vase is a bit flimsy and easily torn. Socwater leaked from the corners of the vase. I love the arrangement tho. Update The owners had seen my review about the leak, and immediately made up for it. They sent me another beautiful arrangement today to make it right. They didn't have to. Fantastic experience: I had such a great experience with Leaf & Blossom! I wanted to get a custom bouquet of flowers to surprise my wife for our fourth wedding anniversary (the flower anniversary, of course). The problem was that our wedding colors were blue, yellow, and red. That combo seemed like a good idea at the time, but it’s a challenging color combination for a flower arrangement. Ajeeta worked with me individually, and made specially dyed (and beautiful!) blue flowers to go with the yellow and red flowers that actually appear in nature. Ajeeta and Leaf & Blossom even went the extra mile when we got stuck out of state on our anniversary because of a hurricane. She worked with me to push the delivery back almost an entire week and I was still able to maintain the surprise for my wife and get the freshest and most beautiful flowers during our (belated) celebration. My wife was floored and still talks about them to this day. They also gave me a guide on how to keep the flowers alive for as long as possible that even me, a complete dum-dum on all things flower related, could understand. Those flowers lasted at least a full month after delivery until they started to wilt (and we kept them for a few weeks after that to be honest and they still looked great), which is longer than any other flowers I’ve had have ever lasted. In short, Ajeeta and the Leaf & Blossom team are personable and professional and artists at heart. I’d highly recommend them, even if you lack a green thumb like me or, also like me, you have a weird request you’re not sure is even possible with flowers. Easiest five starts I’ve ever given!

Fantastic experience: I was tired of ordering from Teleflora, FTD, etc for flower delivery and the order looking nothing like the photo I chose online or paying extra for “deluxe” and the arrangement still looking sparse. Leaf & Blossom is run by an amazing mother/daughter team who will give you beautiful quality flowers. They can deliver up to 30 miles away and do weddings too! So glad I found them!

Fantastic experience: I Called to order flowers for my mom’s birthday and had the pleasure of speaking with Ajeeta. She was patient and extremely helpful in finding what was I looking for. When they were delivered The flowers were fresh and the arrangement was beautiful. Thank you so much Ajeeta, my mom absolutely loved them!

Fantastic experience: I called Leaf & Blossom looking for a very unique flower arrangement. Not only did they meet my expectations they far exceeded them. Ajeeta and her staff went above and beyond for me not only in creating an amazing flower arrangement but accommodating my strict delivery request. They are not only very friendly they are extremely professional as well and masters of their craft offering input and suggestions that put my floral arrangement absolutely over the top. I would highly recommend them.

Negative experience: I ordered item #1479, initially $174.99 & on sale for $154.99 & with an offer to email enroll for $20 discount, dissatisfactions 1) prepared order did not get the discount, representative said discount ALREADY in place NO DISCOUNT 2) prior to delivery informed some flowers were not available & substitute needed. I approved substitute, but in good taste, substitute: green neon colored flowers for a funeral 3) called & advised that their local vender did not have the flowers & a different vender was needed, but I had to pay an additional $20 4) normally I would have cancelled the order, but all this was the day before the funeral service so I was basically “strong armed” into paying the $20

Fantastic experience: I’ve worked with this florist twice now, making orders from New York to deliver to family in Orlando. Both times they have exceeded my expectations. The recipients of the arrangements have been blown away. The florist treated me like family, giving me a lot of care and attention, really listening. The result was everything I had communicated and more. I am so grateful to have a florist I can count on when I live so far away.

Fantastic experience: 1/2021- I ended up not using Mel Johnson's Flower Shoppe due to my wedding being out of the area but will definitely be using them for any flower services I need in the future! During our consultation, they were so professional and friendly and said they could work with any budget, even mine! The customer service is amazing and not to mention their skill in flower arrangements is also superb. 10/10 recommend. Update on review 1/6/25- my best friend used Leaf and Blossom for her wedding and we had exceptional service with her flowers. She accurately made her vision came to life and worked hard diligently all the up to the wedding and wedding day to help everything look beautiful. Ajeeta in particular did a great job not only with communication but in managing a difficult family circumstances too. She is fantastic! Bless you and this family business!

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Leaf & Blossom florist. They did an incredible job on my wedding last year! I can’t say enough good things about them! Ajeeta is just AMAZING!! She spent so much of her time going through pictures and talking to me to get an idea about the style and colors I was wanting. I felt like I was a priority, even though my order was small with just my flowers, 2 bridesmaids, 1 flower girl and 5 boutonnières. I never felt pressured to make up my mind and she was always available anytime I had a question. The flowers were fresh and just so beautiful. Very impressive!! She did just an incredible job arranging all the pieces. My wedding bouquet was such a surprise! It was so full and just simply beautiful. I was expecting a small size bouquet and she surprised me with just this gorgeous, full and large bouquet!! Ajeeta went out of her way to create an adorable flower wand for my 2 year old granddaughter. She loved it! All of the flowers were so well put together, so fresh, and just beautiful. Ajeeta truly made our wedding day so special with her personal touch and such beautiful arrangements! I can’t thank you enough Ajeeta!!

Fantastic experience: Ajeeta from Leaf & Blossom, Co. helped get a beautiful bouquet of flowers delivered to a funeral today. We waited until the last minute and were not sure if anyone could help us, but she did it! We called an hour before they closed the day before the funeral which was at 10 AM, today. She quickly helped us over the phone and got all the details and gift note wording and delivered it at 9:30 AM today. Wonderful customer service and very grateful we were able to get a beautiful bouquet for our friends.

Fantastic experience: Ajeeta and her mom were amazing! Ajeeta was a great communicator and helped me through the process of selecting our Christmas party centerpieces and welcome centerpiece. They turned out beautiful! We will definitely use their services again.
