Fantastic experience: I ordered flowers from here for my mom who was in the hospital. They delivered the flowers fast and were so beautiful! I chose the florist choice, and they delivered a gorgeous arrangement that smelled amazing. The more amazing part is the flowers lasted almost two weeks looking and smelling amazing. Highly recommend! They also had the cutest stuffy whale that was a great addition to the flowers!

Fantastic experience: When I order flowers, I order them from In Bloom. Unfortunately this Valentine's Day the bouquet was not up to their normal high standards. They may have been crushed with orders or maybe the flowers were bit by the cold spell at the end of January. I let them know under the banner of "no big deal, just wanted you to know". They offered to replace it but I said we were heading out of town until March 1. Low and beyond on March 2 a bountiful replacement bouquet was delivered to our house. How good is that? Well done In Bloom, well done.

The professional staff that delivered the gigantic arrangement which had no less than a dozen types of white flowers with the most unique flowing greenery out of a rustic elegant urn. I work for a furniture and design showroom and it has received so many positive compliments from our customers with sophisticated tastes. Fantastic experience: Jade at In Bloom Florist did an amazing job with my daughter’s wedding bouquet. I was worried about working with a florist from out of town but definitely chose the right one. She was able to make the custom bouquet perfectly and kept me in the loop every step of the way. Jade had amazing communication and even sent me a sneak peak to ease my mind. It was such a quick and easy pickup as well. I highly recommend having Jade make any arrangement for you, especially for very important events.

Negative experience: Ordered flowers online. The flowers looked good, but the delivery was one day earlier than I had scheduled (for birthday flowers no less!!!). (Also the 15% first order discount didn't work, but that's a separate issue). All in all, a poor experience.

Fantastic experience: Ordered the champagne basket from them for my parents' anniversary. Ordered the evening before my parents' anniversary, on a Friday night, and was extremely impressed to hear that my parents received the basket by midday on Saturday. Parents loved it, said it was very pretty and the flowers were gorgeous. Again I am so impressed with the prompt delivery, and so happy my parents loved it. Expensive but absolutely worth it! I'll definitely use them again for local Orlando special occasions.

Negative experience: I ordered flowers at 9am on 10/2/2025 to be delivered that day, flowers were never delivered! They said they were delivered on 10/4/2025 but again they were never delivered and my account was charged. I connected Ruth's flowers to receive nothing but excuses. You try to call and you get an outsourced answering service that sounded like it's in India. I WILL NEVER ORDER FLOWERS FROM RUTH'S FLOWERS EVER AGAIN.........

Fantastic experience: Jessie, at In Bloom florist is just nothing short of amazing. I seem to call on her when I have a unique project and can’t get the result I want. This time was just that… I took her, at In Bloom Florist, three hollowed out butternut squash and asked her to put four arrangements in it in 30 minutes… I was heading to a table competition and needed help getting that last finishing touch. She jumped into high gear got her team involved and I ended up with the most beautiful arrangements and ended up winning best table! Thank you Jessie!

Even more impressive, the flowers were delivered within three hours of our call — on a Saturday! Negative experience: Bought from the Orlando store once 2 years ago, and good experience. Went to order another flower arrangement on 9/10/25, and customer service went downhill. I walked in and was browsing the fridge with the arrangements, an attendant asked me how she can help. I asked if these arrangements are typical of what is available on a daily basis for walk-in customers. Response was, "Maybe". I pressed on and asked if I walk-in, are these usually the choices? Response now was one of an impatient tone, "It would be easier if you go online and browse through our designs and order from our website". I let it go and just responded, "Ok, thank you". I went to the counter and asked another attendant over there that I would like to order an arrangement, exactly the one in the fridge. I was very explicit with the "exact" and that it includes the ribbon. This other attendant, even though she talked with a friendly voice, her demeanor was one of impatience as well and the smile did not reach her eyes. I kept going to the fridge to point out to her the arrangement I was referring to, and she chose not to follow me and chose to keep answering instead, "Yes, I know what you are referring to". Come pick-up day, 9/13/25. I sent someone to pick up the arrangement and it was missing the ribbon and some green elements that made the one I was referencing to when I placed the order attractive. What I got was the equivalent of a mediocre version of the one I saw in the fridge. I called them and informed them of the quality of my order. The attendant who answered the phone was not apologetic. She did offer to fix it, but would require me sending sending someone to go back to their shop with the arrangement. I asked why were those elements missing when I was very explicit of those when I placed the order. She responded with a condescending tone, "I do not have an answer for that, but you can come back and I will fix it". My mind was racing how I can move things around to send someone back to their shop with the arrangement which I voiced over the phone, "The reason I was clear with the order was because I am on a time crunch and will now have to rearrange for someone to go back there." The attendant retorted, "But you don't need this until tomorrow." I responded, "This is not the only thing I am sorting out on a Saturday, my dear". At this point, she asked again in the same tone, "Do you want me to come up with an answer or do you want me to fix it? Or I could just give you a 10% discount". I ended up opting for the discount due to time and manpower constraints. I am quite disappointed with the treatment of this location from order placement to order fulfillment which is a shame since the company does have a beautifully curated brick-and-mortar shop. Would I order from this shop again? That would be a negative. One of the things that these attendants should keep in mind is how instrumental a customer experience is when it comes to keeping a business stay relevant. As much as customers value savings, experience does a lot to sway them to spend more.

Fantastic experience: I needed a bouquet, boutonnieres, and corsages for my courthouse wedding ceremony. The floral theme I originally wanted was no longer available on their website when I went to order, so I emailed and asked if it was still available. I received a very prompt response confirming that style was discontinued but they they could still make something similar for me! The flowers came out GORGEOUS, and looked almost exactly like the originals. Everything was packaged with care and looked absolutely gorgeous in photos. My wedding was 5 days ago now, and my bouquet is still going strong in a vase of water. I would absolutely recommend In Bloom to friends/family for weddings or other events.

When you put so much time, effort, and money into your wedding, this is devastating as a bride. They are being uncooperative and will not do anything to fix the problem. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere if you are in need of a florist.

The altar arrangements were small and underwhelming, the pew florals were sparse with missing ribbons, and the “upgraded” cascading arrangement she paid extra for looked unfinished and bare. Some of the baby’s breath was already browning and wilted — how is that acceptable for a wedding? She reached out with photo comparisons showing the difference between what she paid for and what was delivered. At first, they offered her a $1,000 refund, which she never even rejected — she just asked for a more fair amount based on what was actually received. Instead of working with her, they withdrew the refund altogether and stopped responding to her emails. To make it worse, they tried to shift the blame onto her wedding planner — even though the planner confirmed the flowers didn’t match what was agreed on and was just as disappointed. In Bloom Florist completely failed her on her wedding day. They were quick to take the money but completely unwilling to take responsibility or make things right. If you’re planning a wedding and want peace of mind, I’d seriously look elsewhere.

In Bloom is great at pretending they care — until something goes wrong. Then they go silent, get defensive, and start pointing fingers. They will NOT take ownership, and they clearly believe they can deliver whatever they want and get away with it. This company failed my sister on her wedding day. Don’t let them do the same to you.

Fantastic experience: Can we talk about Flower Happy Hour with chocolates? What a great way to end a work week. Some lady friends on I went to flower happy hour and had such a great time picking our own flowers for the house. The rose selection and chocolate counter was well worth the time. I would suggest it for anyone wanting to do something different.

Fantastic experience: I have been fortunate enough to have been receiving beautiful handcrafted bouquets by In Bloom from my husband and friends for many years now. The level of care and detail they put into each of their designs is unparalleled. In addition, I have been attending their Friday Happy Hours for as many Fridays as possible for the last year and a half. If you haven’t heard of this event yet, the store has a flower bar set up from 3-6pm almost every Friday and the flowers on the bar are all half price. These flowers are stunning and it’s a highlight of the week for my friends and I. We have fun creating new arrangements every time we go. They can also last weeks in my home. On the chance I’m not feeling very creative that day, they also have gorgeous designer arrangements ready to walk out the door, also offered at half price. Run (don’t walk!), pick up the phone, or place an order online. I have never once been disappointed with anything that has come out of their stores ♥️

To make matters worse, when she reached out in hopes of resolving the issue, she was met with resistance and a complete lack of accountability. Rather than helping or offering any form of support or explanation, the company was dismissive and unhelpful at a time when she needed professionalism and care the most. A wedding is a once-in-a-lifetime moment. It’s not something you can redo. And to have a key part of it mishandled with no empathy or effort to make things right is incredibly upsetting. I truly hope others think twice before trusting this vendor with their special day.

Seeing her visibly upset on what should have been the happiest day of her life was honestly painful. It’s unacceptable that a company entrusted with such an important job could deliver such poor results, especially for a wedding. There’s no redoing that day, and sadly, the flowers were a major disappointment that left a lasting impact. I hope others take caution when considering this vendor. A wedding is too important to leave in unreliable hands.

Negative experience: Went to a wedding recently and was shocked to see the bride in tears because the floral arrangements in the church were wilted, and dying! They didn’t look fresh or full at all like how she envisioned. It looked like in bloom re-used flowers maybe from an event the night before! To our surprise the reception flowers were also very disappointing! I felt even worse when the company wouldn’t even cooperate and try to remedy their mistake and ruining the brides vision for her wedding day! Wouldn’t recommend using them! Find somewhere else to go, unless you’re having a vampire Halloween wedding where dead flowers are on theme.

Negative experience: Extremely unprofessional, delivered dead flowers to my cousins wedding, charged her extra fees to create a vision they’d already charged her for and promised her they could complete then still did not deliver what she asked for. They’ve been unresponsive, unhelpful, and rude throughout this debacle and show no signs of remorse or understanding. Flowers are a huge expense at a wedding the least they could have done was deliver live flowers and execute the vision correctly. Overpromised and under delivered.

When I called to express my concern, I was met with dismissiveness and excuses instead of compassion or solutions. There was no sense of urgency or apology, just complete indifference. Fantastic experience: I've never written a Google review. I've been a loyal customer of In Bloom for three years. Most of these years, I've lived in another state. I continue to order arrangements for my parents and while I'm a few thousand miles away, I never have concerns about the delivery or quality of my order. After I moved, I considered switching to 1800 flowers or another large-scale organization and was so disappointed from my first order - the flowers arrived wilted and were left in a wet box, the vase tipped over from the lack of attention to keeping it upright during the delivery process. My mom was so sad. I immediately went back to In Bloom and I'll never go back. If I've ever had questions, customer service is incredibly quick and responsive to me. But, I'll be honest. I never need to contact customer service because the orders always arrive timely, as expected, and are beautiful arrangements. My mom is passionate about her love for flowers, so it's important to her that bouquets meet her standards. The flowers are always fresh, vibrant, and arranged with such care and creativity. You can tell they truly love what they do. Here's to my first and more than likely last Google review! I'll be a long-time customer.

I was looking for a flower shop in the Orlando area that could design and deliver a beautiful birthday arrangement to my daughter in Claremont. After becoming frustrated with the options offered online, I came across ‘In Bloom Florist.’ I was unsure at first, because everything looked so perfect and I had been burned in the past. However, I decided to place an order for my favorite arrangement and I’m so glad I did. ‘In Bloom Florist’ went above and beyond. I ordered late in the day on April 25, 2025, and they still managed to deliver the flowers by noon on April 26. What was equally impressive, was their outstanding customer service and care. Their delivery driver called me when he needed clarification on the address (a mistake on my part). I gave him the correct information and he made sure the flowers were delivered perfectly to my daughter. She called me immediately and was absolutely thrilled, saying it was the most beautiful flower arrangement she had ever received. I HIGHLY recommend ‘In Bloom Florist’. Trust me, you will not be disappointed.

We got married at the Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress on March 14, 2025, and choosing In Bloom Florist was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding day. From the very beginning, working with their team was the easiest and most seamless process I could’ve imagined. They were incredibly responsive, patient with all of my questions and changes, and always ready with thoughtful suggestions and expert guidance. I created a Pinterest board to share the general vibe and key florals I was envisioning, and during our one-hour planning meeting, Madison went above and beyond. She helped me find the perfect balance between aesthetic, seasonality, and budget—and I left the meeting feeling completely confident. The results? Absolutely stunning. We had a floral arch that was beyond anything I had dreamed of (our guests are still talking about it!), four lush floor arrangements, ten tall and elegant centerpieces, a gorgeous cake wreath, and the most beautifully subtle bouquets, boutonnieres, and corsages for the entire bridal party. Everything was cohesive, fresh, and picture-perfect. Fantastic experience: We're in Pittsburgh and my sister is in Winter Garden. Had to do some scouting around because I was aware of national rip off florists that pretend to be local, but aren't. In the process found In Bloom. And couldn't be happier. Ordered on line. Lots of choices. My sister loved her birthday bouquet. Positive experience: This place makes absolutely gorgeous floral arrangements, but I cannot give them 5 stars because the majority of the arrangements that I’ve received from this place have begun to wilt and brown after less than 5 days. The only arrangements that lasted out of around 8 others.. were red roses and my wedding bouquet. I also went in store one time and no one greeted me so I walked out. No one cared. Very bad business practice.

The recipients were overjoyed, and I was extremely satisfied when I saw the arrangements for myself. I will add, I gave In Bloom full creative control for both, with some general guidelines (overall style/theme, etc), and this worked very well for me. I understand that not every flower you see in a photo is available on any given day, and they assured me that they would include the best and freshest they had. Again, great experience and when I need flowers again, they will be the first florist I call!

I messaged this shop on instagram late at night to ask if they could make a custom flower crown for my wedding. The bright colors and Christmas-y arrangements I was finding just were not right for her, so I called and spoke to someone on the Orlando team. My 86-year-old mother spent what limited money she has on sending my husband and me a flower arrangement to thank us and as the delivery driver was walking up to our door, I could see half of the flowers were dead already. I don’t know how that makes it past quality control. I don’t have it in my heart to tell my mom. She would be so upset. Please be more mindful of what you’re sending out the door.

Negative experience: Corsages - do not recommend: When placing the order, the preferences of the customer didn’t matter. One option was offered even when I shared I had ideas. I went with what their stock photo depicted and ended up with a version that lacked the details included in what was pictured. No silver leaves, and spray flowers that hadn’t bloomed. Disappointed with the quality of roses used in the corsage. I didn’t notice when picking up that most of the roses had brown spots/bruising. It was my first time using them after seeing their work on flower arrangements. For $50+ I would not recommend them for corsages.

Fantastic experience: I live in another state and was looking for a florist in Orlando to send flowers to my friend. I was so impressed by the ordering options and how unique they all were! I always go with local florists instead of bigger companies, but that doesn’t always mean the bouquets end up just as pretty as the pics were online. My friend sent me a pic of the lemon-themed bouquet we sent, and I was sooooo impressed (and even a little jealous I don’t live there to have those flowers in my house!!) Negative experience: I ordered flowers from a florist that called In Bloom Florist nine days before my delivery was needed. Delivery was supposed to be last Saturday. As of today, flowers were not delivered. I called the florist who called In Bloom, said they spoke to a Hannah who said she didn't like that florist so they didn't fill my order. I asked if it was a payment problem, they said no. I believe my florist as they had to call me back back on the first day to tell me that In Bloom needed more money to fill the order which I gave the ok. I see other positive reviews. Maybe In Bloom does good work. Unfortunately I'll never know.

Fantastic experience: We went for happy hour and made our own fresh flower bouquet we heard about this place from social media and never knew this was here the whole time! We had nice girls day out experience creating with fresh flowers. They also accommodate weddings, special occasions, and floral arrangements ready for pick up. Also, during happy hour free tea and wine are offered while you create your bouquet. The ladies were amazing and professional, always offering a helping hand or answering any questions we had. They have a large assortment of flowers in addition to candles, soaps, and other paraphernalia that would make great gifts.
