Fantastic experience: This flower shop is hands down one of the best we have been too! We do not live in the area and we were having trouble finding somewhere nice to get some bouquets for our daughters. Luis completely outdid himself and made us 2 gorgeous bouquets, a corsage for my one daughter and a boutonnière for my husband. He was also kind enough to gift me a beautiful Ecuadorian rose. Needless to say we would recommend this flower shop to anyone looking for beautiful flowers and amazing service. Thank you again Luis for everything! My husband and daughter’s daddy daughter date was a success and the flowers were the finishing touch.

Negative experience: Worst Valentine’s Day Experience EVER!! I trusted Luis and his staff and they absolutely ruined my Valentine’s Day surprise for my wife. I ordered an arrangement in person 3 days before Valentine’s Day and designed it with help from the Manager Luis, he tells me “it’s going to be beautiful.” I show up at my pick up time and the store is ran by teenagers who have no clue where my prepaid order is. I show them my receipt and his daughter is confused looking around and begs me to allow them to make it and it only takes 10 mins, I say “okay.” I wait 30 mins and still nothing has been done. At this point they wasted my time so I requested a refund and a conversation with the Manager. I leave another message by phone and he NEVER calls me back!! Over the last year I spent hundreds of dollars for Mother’s Day and my Father’s funeral and Luis couldn’t give me a call back to at least apologize for the inconvenience. They showed me how much they cared about me as a customer and I will never spend another dime here again.. Update: They sent a single rose to my wife after she called them multiple times to voice her displeasure. I would look elsewhere before coming here..

Fantastic experience: I am Brazilian, I live in Brazil and I have ordered flowers from this company twice. They are very attentive and polite. The flowers are always fresh and beautiful. The arrangements are very pretty and it is clear that they care about the customer. The prices of the arrangements are good. I recommend them!

Negative experience: We ordered a bouquet of long-stemmed roses, but instead, we received short, already wilted roses, cut unevenly, mixed with some dry white flowers and green leaves. On top of that, there was a cheap butterfly decoration, which made the bouquet look even worse – completely tasteless. The packaging was black with a cheap gold ribbon. In general, red roses with black packaging look quite stylish, and that was exactly what it was supposed to be, as the bouquet was for my birthday. The dress code was black, so it had to be elegant and beautiful. Instead, I received short roses with terrible packaging. It looked simply awful, and the stems were so short that I couldn’t even place the bouquet in a vase in an aesthetically pleasing way. Let me remind you that the flowers were not fresh, and the bouquet cost $300. When we asked to redo the bouquet, they made an identical one but with a green ribbon that didn’t match at all. Moreover, the second bouquet had even fewer roses, and they were still short. We then asked them to make a simple bouquet of long-stemmed red roses without any packaging or plastic. And here’s what I got in the end: a few miserable roses simply handed to me in a bunch with no wrapping – that was their idea of compensation for the ruined bouquet. I’m absolutely shocked by how unprofessional this florist was while charging such a high price. I have extensive experience with flowers, and I know that for this amount of money, the bouquet should look luxurious. What I received was pathetic. Of course, the owner refused to admit any fault, insisting that the bouquet was great, the roses were beautiful, and everything was “perfect.” He praised himself and didn’t understand why I was dissatisfied. I would never recommend this florist to anyone unless you want to waste your money and ruin your special occasion.

Fantastic experience: I ordered flowers to be delivered on Jan 20 to my best friend. They ended up being late. I driver was going to bring them to my house but could not get in due to going to the resident gate and not the visitor gate. At this point, he was texting with my friend. She didn't respond in time to tell the driver there was a visitor gate. The driver had other deliveries and said he would come back. By this time it was 7 pm and I was upset. My friend gave me the number that was texting her. Before I called the number to say, no need to come drop off the flowers, I went online to cancel due to flowers not being delivered. I then call the number, thinking it is the delivery driver. To my pleasant surprise, I called the florist, Luis. I explained what happened. He immediately apologized profusely. He read me the notes for the entire order and let me know what happened. Turns out, it was an issue that was out of his control. He let me know he's been a florist for many many years, he loves what he does, has a passion for it and loves making people happy by his craft. I said I appreciated people like him. He surprised me and said, he was going to refund my order and could tell that my best friend was important to me. Which she is. He told me he was still going to have the flowers delivered the next day, Jan 21. I was taken aback at such a kind gesture. We ended up having a twenty minute conversation and I was crying happy tears by the end of the call. Luis is truly one of a kind. He absolutely has a passion for what he does, he really does cares about his customers and cares about the experience of what buying and sending flowers means for the sender and the receiver. Luis, I truly cannot thank you enough. You are an angel on earth.

Negative experience: I ordered a Christmas arrangement 3 weeks before the delivery date from FTD. They assigned the order to Andreas Flowers in Orlando/Tampa. The order was not even close to what I ordered and the flowers were wilted. I spoke with FTD on 12/23 & 12/24 and they said the arrangement would be redelivered on 12/24. Nothing was delivered. I called Andreas and spoke with Luis on 12/24 and he said he would take care of it. Nothing happened. I spoke with Luis/Marco on 12/26 and he said he would resend the arrangement and provided container photos for me to choose from and that the arrangement would be "amazing". Nothing was delivered. Merry Christmas.

Negative experience: I received for Christmas a flower arrangement from my daughter and grandchildren that came from this company. It was originally ordered through a third party that assigned it to Andrea's flowers. The picture of what I should have gotten and what I was given was as different as night and day. She paid to have delivery expedited to be delivered by noon, The delivery was later than that. It had small yellow roses that were completely dead two days after delivery. Very unimpressed with this florist.

Positive experience: I received a surprise centerpiece flowers from my husband and I was so happy how beautiful it is. I would definitely request my husband get it for me again. The bear was a nice touch and the chocolate heart weren’t my favorite.
