Fantastic experience: This place is AMAZING! Great customer service. I saw on the website all the Beautiful arrangements of flowers they have. I was so indecisive. I told the lady the colors I wanted and that was that. I ordered flowers via phone to be delivered to my daughter as I live out of town. She received the flowers and showed me a picture of them and they were absolutely perfect and so pretty. Thank you so much

Fantastic experience: I've purchased an Eagles theme spread for my uncle's celebration of life and it was Beautiful I tried to hold on to the flowers as long as I could.

Positive experience: The bouquet itself was nice, but the quality and execution did not initially match the price point (over $200). The original arrangement had several issues early on, including flowers that were not in the best condition and inconsistencies in preparation. Despite proper care, the first bouquet declined quickly and never fully bloomed, which was disappointing given the cost. For this price, I expected fresher flowers and more attention to detail. UPDATE: The owner followed up and sent a replacement bouquet, which was visibly fresher and better prepared, and I appreciate the effort to make it right. The replacement, however, was not the long-stem roses that were originally ordered. While the quality of the replacement was much better, the initial bouquet did not reflect the same standard for the price so experience was mixed. Photos show both the original and replacement arrangements.

Fantastic experience: I love Rieh’s!!! We had Rieh’s as our florist for our wedding. They were incredibly easy to work with and made our vision come true at an incredible price point. They go above and BEYOND!

Fantastic experience: I own a photo studio up the street on 5th and buy flowers for the space pretty regularly. I always drive by Riehs on the way to my studio and decided today to stop in and give them a try. They out did themselves. I explained my budget and how it was just for an office setting so I just needed simple/professional arrangement. Long story short Riehs is now my go to flower vendor moving forward.

Fantastic experience: Flowers were very important to me when I got married last year, but I did not have the budget to pay thousands on them. Riehs' came to the rescue! They decorated my chuppah *beautifully* and gave me a bouquet to match. This year, for my anniversary, my mother in law called them and ordered a bouquet for us to remember the day. Great service for a great price!

Fantastic experience: Flowers weren’t super important to me for my wedding decor and I didn’t want to spend a ton of money on them. Riehs was super accommodating of that. We went in for a consult, I told them what I wanted and how much my budget was and they made it happen! Although flowers weren’t my priority, working with Riehs was a super easy process that I really enjoyed!

Negative experience: Sadly not what I expected as I know they can do so much better. I called to speak with the manager regarding the quality of their product. She did not sound very concerned or cared to fully accommodate. I received a floral cake and a very sad orchid. Missing flowers , one on it last petal and a very limp stem. Far from a happy birthday message. I was told that the person who ordered the arrangement picked it from a photo …. No doubt a stock photo !!! Lol. Proceeded to tell me that I come in to return it . The proper response should have been , we will deliver a replacement and take the sad orchid back. I spent $200 on a funeral arrangement last month and am so glad that I requested to keep it mostly green!!!! Warning the 5 star service is not received by everyone.

Fantastic experience: We chose Riehs as our florist for our wedding at Holly Hedge Estates and they did such an incredible job that I had to leave a review. Their price point is arguably hard to beat, but the service and execution is the highlight of our experience. The centerpieces + flowers on the arch/fountain were amazing and we were blown away when we saw how to venue looked once they were done. Fantastic experience: Please take my word for it that Riehs Florist at 5th and Gerard are absolutely amazing!! The first picture is what I asked for when I met with Jen, the second two are what I got! They have no minimum spend. Delivery was seamless and the entire experience was top notch from first meeting through the wedding. Over a week later my flowers are still beautiful! You have to go in person and talk to her by phone afterwards. She doesn’t do text or email. Highly recommended!

Negative experience: I shared how they never delivered the flowers for my son's funeral. Somehow, it doesn't show up on their review page. Don't worry about not showing my review on what you didn't do, and how you tried to hide it by not showing the review. I reviewed it outside of your control.

Negative experience: My son was an avid Philadelphia Eagles fan. When he passed, I ordered their green and white Eagles spray and paid extra so that it would be even more full than the pictures on the Reis flowers website. When the family was escorted in the Eagles flower, spray was nowhere to be found. I didn't get a call stating that there was a problem with the delivery. Nothing about needing directions to a place they told me they knew, Goodhart Hall at Bryn Mawr College. The location was on a college campus, not hidden away. So, my family, my son's friends, and I, who were all waiting to see these flowers, had nothing. I didn't hear anything from Reis flowers for 3 days, so I called them after I got my emotions in check, and they knew that the flowers weren't delivered. They hoped that the family didn't notice and said nothing. I wouldn't recommend this florist to my worst enemy. They sent me a refund of my money, but I didn't want the money. I wanted the flowers for my son's funeral. He's gone now, so now, they ruined that for my family. Shame on them! Shame on them!!

The flowers and table arrangements looked beautiful and exceeded my expectations, and their prices were very reasonable. Negative experience: first time i ever did business with them . preordered roses 2 days prior and when I arrived to pick them up i was told they didnt have them. although i was offered free delivery when the roses did come in this wasnt a option for my needs . this is unacceptable in my opinion. safe to say I'll never return

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love riehs! Thank you to Jenn and Dawn, and their team for helping us throughout the whole process from start to finish! I was maid of honor helping the bride set up all of her flower arrangements through Riehs. You definitely need an appointment to talk about flowers for the wedding cuz it took about almost 2 hours as We went through each item in details and colors, and then we were given the quote through email which was perfect. They said they only need 2 weeks notices for wedding arrangements and deposit was minimal. They made is very easy and we were able to use our own vases which we were able to drop off the vases and stands to them the day before of the wedding. The flower arrangements were beautiful the day of and they delivered to our hotel and the venue. Everything was perfect. They took 2 of the centerpieces from the tables to the ceremony and then back to the tables as described to us. Thank you riehs!!

Positive experience: Riehs was our favorite vendor during the wedding process due to the simplicity of working with them and the reasonable costs. Jen was extremely helpful throughout the process with ideas and inspiration. She was adaptable to changes and helped bridge two separate events throughout the wedding weekend. The only negative part of this experience was on the actual wedding day. The people who dropped off the flowers were not knowledgeable on which flowers should be given to whom, and they expected to ask the bride (who was busy). Several items were missing (flowers for cake, toss bouquet, a couple smaller others), which was not the biggest deal in the world, but whoever answered the phone was rude to the mother of the bride when she called about this. However, I will say that the blame here lays partially on us for not having a designated person other than the bride to deal with this on the day of. Regardless of the issues on the wedding day, I would 100% order from Riehs again since the flowers were absolutely beautiful and the costs could not be beat.

Positive experience: I really would like to give them a five star but they was late with flowers one time and another time did not deliver the message note with flowers. And one time did not add card. But I will never stop ordering from here and I still tell people to use this flowers shop one of the oldest best I ever known.

From graduations, funerals , anniversaries etc Reiehs work is always impeccable ! This arrangement was sent to my daughter and son in law for their 21st anniversary and they were quite pleased. It was a no-brainer when hiring for my wedding day that I would use Riehs. Dawn was so helpful sitting down and running through all our floral needs. Our florals were beautiful and fit right in w/ our theme. This shop is small and old-school so you either call or go in person w/ any questions or concerns, but that's something that I love about Rieh's. The arrangements they create are beautiful and their pricing is reasonable. I always know they are reliable. All our florals were delivered to their destinations on time on the big day. Fantastic experience: When I arrived an hour early to my grandmother's viewing the flowers were already there and set up. Everything was so beautiful that I couldn't be sad. Their prices are reasonable. I would definitely recommend them for your events.

Positive experience: Gorgeous flowers, great prices, but the staff regularly smoke cigarettes in the store and the flowers smell like smoke. If you go in to pick up, expect your clothes to smell like cigarettes when you leave. It's surprising and unappealing. I'll probably keep using them but only if I have a day to air the flowers out before giving them to loved ones.

Negative experience: Very friendly staff but lately I guess due to the pandemic they never really have anything available when I go to purchase flowers. The times I have purchased roses in the past few months they didn’t last long at all, died in 2 days tops.

Fantastic experience: I walked into Riehs to purchase flowers for my girlfriend without having any knowledge of types of flowers or arrangements or prices. The woman who assisted me was very pleasant and helpful. I requested a large arrangement of spring flowers in a vase and she immediately hand picked and placed each flower. It only took about 10 mins to create. The flowers are fresh and beautiful (see picture) and have begun to bloom. There was not a single dead/brown/wilted leaf in the entire bunch. I am extremely satisfied with my purchase and look forward to supporting this small family business again in the future.

Fantastic experience: If I could rate Riehs Florist a 10, I would. The floral sympathy cross Teresa designed for my brother’s funeral surpassed my expectations. The unique design and the beautiful fresh carnations and roses were more than I could have imagined. Teresa was kind, patient, and understanding, but I felt I was at a disadvantage placing an order from North Carolina by phone and not in person. So, I didn’t expect much more than a cross with a few flowers and a blue ribbon. However, when my niece sent the picture of the floral arrangement I was overwhelmed with emotion and so were my siblings. Unfortunately, I’ve attended several funerals, but I have NEVER seen a floral cross design this beautiful.
