Negative experience: I was extremely disappointed in a vase of flowers I received from your store. The flowers were already wilted and the roses were brown at the edges. It was obvious that old flowers were used. The arrangement was also poorly put together. This is not the quality I would have expected from a highly regarded establishment such as yours.

Fantastic experience: When my beloved Argyle Flowers closed, I needed a new place. I enjoy giving people flowers because I know it’s something that makes me feel happy when I receive them and it’s something we never really buy for ourselves. So I called Robertson’s one day and I was so glad I did. I talked to the nicest woman on the phone and she made everything so easy. I like to let the florist design the arraignments because they know what they are doing I really don’t. Every time I call, they are always so nice, helpful and friendly. They make suggestions if I do not know what’s appropriate to send and are always happy to help write a card on a sad occasion when it was too much for me to do. Their bouquets are always beautifully done- perfectly made. Deliveries are always on time without any delays. I cannot recommend Robertson’s enough. 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My mom unexpectedly had to spend Mother’s Day in the hospital, so I ordered flowers from Robertsons – not knowing that her floor/ward didn’t allow fresh flowers. I live abroad so when the team couldn’t get in touch with me, they spoke with my mom/dad directly and arranged instead to deliver flowers to her at home, once she was discharged. They really want above and beyond – and the flowers are gorgeous! Thank you!

Fantastic experience: Two beautiful sets of flowers for a brand new mother (Roses) and for a now Grandmother and Mother (36y later). The Peonie collection was absolutely exquisite and they were the flowers we had our wedding in Mid-May 1988. The Robertson's vase was extraordinary with Peonies, White roses and a touch of mint (lovely touch). My son (Maxwell) also ordered roses for his new wife and new mother of their newborn, Charlie. Fantastic experience: This was the first time we ordered from Robertson's. We formerly used our local florist here in Wayne, but we have been disappointed the last few times. Your flower arrangement took my breath away! I loved the pastel palate you achieved by using unusual flowers like seasonal peonies and lilacs. The delicate pink-color roses are still tight and full. The amount of flowers are very, very generous and all as fresh as can be. It's no accident you have been in business since 1927 and continue to maintain your exceptional reputation. Fantastic experience: I had to order a Funeral basket for my cousin's funeral. This was my 1st time ever ordering from Robertson's Flowers. I was very happy with the service I received both from Jennifer and Nicole. Most importantly, I was extremely happy with the Flower Arrangement/Funeral basket that was created for my Cousin's funeral. It was absolutely Beautiful!!!! I had asked Nicole to send a picture of the flowers before being delivered but she said they did not do that. But I got a picture of the flowers/funeral basket and attached a copy of the picture here so everyone can see how beautiful the flower arrangement/funeral basket was. The Floral designer did a wonderful job. I will definitely be using Robertson's Flowers again.

Fantastic experience: We used Robertson’s for our small wedding ceremony and worked with Bryce. We gave them limited details because we’re not super picky and asked simply for greenery and a “meadowy” vibe. The flowers were gorgeous and exactly what we dreamed of. Communication was great the whole time, even when we added some items a couple weeks before the ceremony. I definitely recommend working with Bryce and the team at Robertson’s for your event!

Fantastic experience: When I was little I used to wander into the back of Robertson’s to pick up flower petals off the cutting room floor. Now that I’m older and have moved out of state it is wonderful to be able to rely on this nearly 100 year old institution to create magic for loved ones back at home. The loyalty program offers great rewards and you can trust the final product to look exactly like the picture online. The dahlias in this one were particularly exquisite!

Fantastic experience: I called today for a floral standing spray arrangement to be delivered today by 1pm. My sorority sister for 28years passed away over a month ago and her memorial service was today. Another sister ordered a bouquet that was not up to our expectation. Fantastic experience: Robertson's gave the best service I've ever received from a florist, hands down. We put in an order, while overseas, for a loved one in the hospital in Philly. Robertson's follow-up was amazing, they called and messaged me to say they couldn't deliver to an ICU room and that they would keep trying until they got a room ok for delivery. They kept their promise and called and emailed with daily updates until they were able to deliver. They really lessened our stress during a trying and worrisome time! Robertson's will 100% be our go-to for any floral needs in the Philly area in the future.

Not only did I find a florist whose photos representing the floral arrangements online be an exact match of what was delivered; they also delivered within a few hours of placing the same day delivery. Will be ordering again for family and friends in the area. Highly recommend Robertson’s, I myself have recently received an arrangement and it was so special.

Negative experience: Few days before my last stop at Robertson’s, I happened to purchase a tray at HomeSense, and then saw that exact same tray at Robertson’s. Only difference: The price I paid at HomeSense was $12.99. The price for the exact same tray at Robertson’s was $72. I took a photo so I could compare the item number at home to be 100% certain, and yes, it was the exact same item (see uploaded photos). I also noticed that several photo frames at Robertson’s are the exact same ones as at HomeSense and HomeGoods. Thus, my recommendation to you: Only buy from Robertson’s if you want to pay significantly more for the same than at any subsidiaries of TJX Companies. The other somewhat disappointing experience at Robertson’s is that every time I buy something, they make a fuss about payment method. This past time, they didn’t want to take any of my cash (claiming there are too many counterfeits out). The time before that, they didn’t want to take my credit card and gave me some bogus reasons. Just weird.

Fantastic experience: Have you ever sent flowers only to find out that half dead, incredibly poorly arranged weeds trying to camouflage as flowers were sent??? Well you will not have that experience with Robertson’s. Robertson’s is one of the few local florists with a strong reputation for incredibly beautiful flowers and high quality service. You can rest assured that whichever arrangement you select online or in store is exactly what will be received. They are the only local florist I will use.

Fantastic experience: I purchase a bouquet for delivery to a family member. It was her 90th birthday. Definitely pricey but when I researched other florist website the arrangements were pretty but generic. The flower arrangements at Robertson are simply stunning. I saw her today and she raved and raved about the flowers. She made all her neighbors come over to see them. Everyone asked me where I bought them. When i said Robertson’s they all heard of you and said you are the best.
