Fantastic experience: I ordered this arrangement called Blue Beauty" from Sally's Flowers on Monday for same day delivery. They were so beautiful! However, the best part was how much they lit up my best friend's day. She was so surprised and ecstatically happy to get the arrangement, and it was in her favorite color "BLUE." Customer service was amazing! My best friend told me that she had the sweetest delivery guy who also wished her a happy birthday. They are very personable, and I would highly recommend anyone needing flowers in the area to utilize Sally's Flowers. This was a tremendous Google search find, and took a lot of weight off my shoulders since I live in Florida. They are truly living up to their 5 star rating!

Fantastic experience: During the recent services for my mother, I entrusted Sally's Flowers florist with two key pieces: the arrangement for her urn and a standing spray for the altar. I am so deeply grateful that I did. The arrangements were more beautiful than I could have imagined. The flowers were incredibly fresh and lush. The use of lilies, in particular, was stunning, a thoughtful mix of closed and open blooms that felt symbolic of life's different stages. The colors were so bright and vivid, bringing a needed sense of life and love to the service. Most importantly, the elegance and beauty of the flowers provided immense comfort. They truly helped us honor my mother's memory in a way that was full of love and grace. I cannot recommend them highly enough for their sensitivity and exceptional quality.

Fantastic experience: I needed a birthday gift for my daughter. I searched for a florist in her zip code, where I found Sally’s Flowers. I ordered a plant online. Within a few minutes I received a call from them saying that the plant was not available and could they substitute another I agreed. The plant was delivered to my daughter at the time I requested (she’s a teacher) and I wanted it delivered while she was still at work. The arrangement was beautiful and my daughter loved it. I will use them again and I recommend them.

Negative experience: 1 week ago order placed for today for a prom corsage. Went to pick it up and it was awful. Rose were wilted and they must have used left over trash . Looked like the corsage was made several days ahead . Had to wait for the corsage to be redone and still a disappointment. Very pricey for 4 tiny roses . I will never over anything from there again. Very sad

Once to ask about a slightly different arrangement than the one I chose because the Georgia florists did not have access to her website. We talked about my preferences and agreed on an adaptation of the arrangement. The 2nd call was to ask if a delivery date one day later than requested would be okay. She'd already reached out to 4 florists in Georgia who were unable to deliver on the requested date, but found one that would deliver a day later. That was above and beyond what I would have expected and it was greatly appreciated.

Fantastic experience: Sally's website was very easy to navigate and order flowers. Two family members ordered flowers for our Aunt's funeral. The flowers were beautiful. At first we thought there was an issue because no cards were attached to the arrangements at the church. I sent off an email and Sally responded back very quickly that cards were attached and she could have new ones delivered ASAP. What awesome customer service is that??!!! Turns out the funeral director removed the cards that came with the arrangements and put them with all the Mass cards. I still don't understand why he did that as the family had no idea which arrangements were from who. I could not recommend Sally's enough, they did a wonderful job on the arrangements and the customer service is outstanding!

I called to customize the flowers and to make sure they were delivered before the service and the lady on the phone was extremely nice and assured me that they would call the church to ensure they were delivered at the appropriate time, which they were. I came by after a long day of work with a deep brain fog but the florist worked with me to help me order what I needed to fit my budget. The flowers we picked up were SO beautiful. I'm still marveling at them, they're flawless with gorgeous coloring and the roses are so big. I wouldn't go anywhere else if I needed more flowers

Although the person we sent the flowers to last week was happy, I was not happy at all when she sent a picture of what she received along with her thank you. We had ordered the Fly Me To The Moon premium to really show our appreciation for an act of extreme kindness. The actual arrangement was not the same as the beautiful picture on the website. We were very disappointed, so today Sally's Flowers delivered a brand new beautiful bouquet and we are delighted. Thank you, Sally's !!

Negative experience: My receipt noted everything I asked for in bouquet, I ordered to send to a grieving friend, but the bouquet itself was missing the green hydrangeas, although I paid for them; one of the stargazer lillies was brown on the edges and didn't look very good and I would have been able to put the flowers together in a much more pleasingly arranged bouquet than what this professional produced with the flowers I chose. I made it clear to the owner that I was unhappy with the bouquet and wanted it changed, but she spent more time trying to convince me it was fine, when it wasn't and that I didn't order the green hydrangea, which I did, and it is clearly on the receipt. If this bouqet was half the cost, it would have been somewhat ok, but still not artfully arranged, at all, or with enough pretty greens. I order flowers all the time and use florists from all over the US, so I am pretty familiar with costs and what to expect. This was way too expensive for what was delivered. My grieving friend did not receive what I ordered; when I complained, I wasn't offered solutions, and when i reiterated, I wanted the bouquet fixed, I was told it was already out on delivery. After nothing could be fixed, because they already sent the flowers out for delivery, even though I told them 3 times I was unhappy with the picture of the bouquet and would like it fixed, the owner started calling me and left an annoyed sounding message that we needed to talk. I suppose she became worried about possibly getting a bad review. She should have addressed my concerns and fixed the bouquet and should have charged half the price for the little nothing bouquet, that was $85 add delivery over $100. When I complained about the small size of the bouquet for a total of over $100, I was told that since the flowers I sent for condolences happened to be close to Mother's day that I was being charged more than what this bouquet would normally cost. Wonderful.
