Negative experience: it looked nothing like advertised online and it was still $59. I would not recommend.

Positive experience: Convenient location (though a little hard to find the first time). Bouquet was packaged and arranged, but some flowers of poor quality, already wilting or wilting right after pickup.

Fantastic experience: I ordered the Premium Princess Peach for same-day delivery for my girlfriend's birthday, and while there was some stress about it coming on time (didn't get delivered until 8:30pm after I ordered at 1pm), this was hands down the nicest bouquet I have ever purchased. The aroma was magnificent - incredibly fresh and we can smell every time we walk by - and there were a bunch of unbloomed lilies, so every day since we have had a new lily open! The vase is also beautiful. My girlfriend is obsessed and I will absolutely be ordering from PFM again. Huge kudos to the florist! PS - the photo is from SIX DAYS after delivery and it's still gorgeous. My only suggestion is please improve your order status system. I got an email and a text after delivery, but no other notifications. An update when the arrangement was completed and turned to the delivery folks would have reduced a ton of stress on me.

Negative experience: HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I placed a same day delivery at about 945 am. Place of delivery is about 10 to 15 minutes, if that, from there shop. I ask will delivery be made before 230, to ensure my wife was still at work. They yes, otherwise I would NOT have placed my order. Then when I call back, some other girl ( not the girl Danielle whom took my order) answered the phone, and this was probably the most UNPROFESSIONAL worker I ever came across. I work in CUSTOMER service and will never raise my voice at a customer. She was raising her voice, and after wrongfully telling me my order would arrive by 530, she had a whole conversation with someone in the background about my situation without even putting me on hold. Im assuming she's talking to me, so I responded, then her response was, "I'm not talking to you" in what i feel was an aggressive tone. THIS WILL DEFINITELY BE MY LAST TIME ORDERING FROM THIS PLACE. I DONT CARE IF THEY ARE FREE!!!!!!

Fantastic experience: I've never made a review on google before to be honest but i'm going to take a few seconds to recommend this place, I purchase some yellow flowers for my girl and she got them on good conditions, the day I wanted as I request and you don't need to spend a lot of money to have a good buquet, this is the true price/quality, thank you so much for the good experience, if you're thinking on a place to buy your flowers you definitely need to come here.

Fantastic experience: Left it 5 stars but felt like I should come back and tell people why: I live out of town but ordered flowers from here (instead of an online service like 1-800-Flowers) and I'm glad I did. Besides having comparable or better prices, they delivered these to my girlfriend fully assembled unlike other services I've used in the past. Quality was great, she loved them. Delivery was easy. She's moved out of state since then which is too bad because now I have to find somewhere else and I'm sure it won't be as good.

Negative experience: Bought an arrangement for my daughter"s birthday for delivery. Upgraded from the basic arrangement. What was delivered was comprised of a much sparser arrangement without the variety depicted in the photos. A lot of money for what was actually delivered.

My first order was placed a week before delivery and I got email notifications with updates when it was out for delivery and after it was delivered. My second order was same-day and it was actually delivered on time! So happy with both purchases and I will be using them again in the future.

Fantastic experience: Good customer services. You can purchase a rose for 2.99 and they will fancy it up with some bows and complimentary cards. This florist is located in Suburban station. You can get roses from $10 bucks on up, stuff animals, chocolate, plants, etc. I definitely recommend! Great for all special occasions, even last minute award ceremonies.

Negative experience: This place seems nice, but they pretty much ruined my Valentine’s Day present. If you are out of something, I think it is much better to say you cannot fulfill the order than send out a tacky, unintentional arrangement. The business said they did not have enough blue roses for the requested set & offered to replace half the blue with 1 technicolor rose and a bunch of red roses- already losing the coordination but okay. What made things terrible was that the roses came in a box in several different lengths ranging from 8 inch stems to 14-16 inch stems with no rhyme or reason to it, tacky. One red rose was very short with an 8 inch stem, at least 2 inches shorter than the rest of the red roses and at least 6 inches shorter than the blue roses. The flowers also arrived looking rough, many with holes and tears in the petals & leaves, missing an uneven amount of petals, and looking jostled about. I couldn’t help but feel this was assembled with little care or intention. Instead of having a nice Vday present, this was a project that required about 40 minutes of cutting and arranging to even look decent which took the awe out of things. I’ve never seen an arrangement from a professional florist take so much extra time to arrange. It should be clip and go. It really felt like they took whatever flowers they had leftover in whatever length and threw them in a box. I appreciate someone from out of state doing their research to support local and send this but I know neither of us expected it to turn out this way. I love to call in or write reviews when I receive gifts as it’s almost always an opportunity to rave about something I wasn’t even expecting & how it brightened my day. With this, I just think of how someone trusted this place and I had to make the flowers look decent before even sending a picture so they were not disappointed. I also noticed my phone area code was listed as 315 instead of 314. I understand doing what you can & trying to make things work to sell products but this product was subpar and doesn’t align with the expectations I’m sure they’d like to uphold. At this point, this is not a business I’d trust to produce a consistent product.

Fantastic experience: I had to have Valentine's Flowers delivered a day early, due to the Super Bowl Parade. The Flower Market was very accommodating in this matter. The flowers were beautiful and my girlfriend loved them!! Unfortunately, when she arrived home, the bag she carried them in ripped and the flowers fell onto the sidewalk and broke the lovely vase!!! But, still, the arrangement is beautiful and she is very happy! Thank you!! The picture attached is the only picture taken before she arrived home.

Unfortunately this time the bouquet contained plants that, even though I SPECIFICALLY on the telephone stated that nothing could be toxic to pet cats, had several deadly selections & my daughter had to throw out much of the arrangement. Fantastic experience: Ordered flowers for a funeral in Philadelphia. I am in a different state. When the flowers got to the church, no one was there. I received a call advising where he put the flowers and took pictures to confirm. I really appreciate the call especially since I am not there and familiar with the area, it was reassuring that the flowers got there. Negative experience: Terrible service. I ordered flowers on 01/07/2025 to be delivered on 01/10/2025. I spoke with someone at 5 PM 01/10 2025 because they weren't delivered and was told they were on the delivery truck. They never arrived!! No one ever called me back after I left multiple messages. The owner reached out to me after my review and resolved this situation. She had a new bouquet sent out within an hour and added more roses. The arrangement was very nice.

Negative experience: Very rude staff. Spoke to them about sending flowers for a funeral and they could not care less about the saddening situation. I understand it's a business but would it hurt to have some sympathy? I asked them to be delivered at a certain time and they quickly and sharply told me no the delivery driver works as early as possible to get the rest of the day off. Lol. Flowers also did not look how they were described. Would not order from them again.

Fantastic experience: Danielle was exceptional to work with, she made everything so simple. We had a thread of emails back and forth that she was so quick to respond to. I had a few last minute changes that I requested and she made it seem like it wasn’t a big deal at all, nothing was an inconvenience. My bridal bouquet and bridesmaids bouquets were absolutely beautiful. The boutineers were also everything I imagined, so festive with line one and berry accents to stay with the December theme. Our over the mantle piece was transferred to our sweetheart table which was so lovely. Our wedding had five long family style tables with greenery strung throughout the middle with candles. It was everything I had imagined. Highly recommend.

The next day the delivery was attempted & it seemed to be the wrong address. The delivery teamed called the contact #, no answer! Dave called me to verify the address and attempted the delivery again. Dave called back, the recipient was notified by me, and contacted the team. The delivery was Successful!! Negative experience: I ordered a bouquet for my Mom, the best seller and I used this company since they have good reviews. It was very disappointing. Took me more than 1 hr to choose the plants since my Mom has cat and I need a plant that's not toxic to the cat. So I placed Money Tree and Prayer plant. Early this morning they called me telling me that they don't have Prayer Plant and they could restock on Wed. So I called them and told them they could replace it with any plant that's not toxic to the cat. Also asked them if they could text me or email me with the name of the plant that they're going to replace. They never did. I called again around 5:16pm since there's no update yet with the delivery and they told me it's on the way. They delivered around 5:40pm. Now to my surprise the flower they delivered is nothing like in the pictures. Some of the flowers were dying already. It was very disappointing. Attached is the pictures of the flowers my Mom got and the replacement plant. Update: Customer service reached out to me and apologized. Also told me it was a Palm plant.

Positive experience: Unfortunately when I upgraded my order I was called and told that the bigger size was not the cute container but a mason like jar. It was my sister’s birthday so I did ok it but the quality was not the same or as cute as the actual ghost vase was. This was just s mason jar painted white with some black eyes. Positive experience: I’ve used this place a bunch of times. They’re usually good at delivery and boxing everything up. This one time the delivery was horrible. I sent flowers to someone and they dropped them on their doorstep and didn’t notify anyone that it was delivered. That sat outside all day in the sun. I finally asked if she received the flowers and she said “oh they’re sitting on my steps. What time did they deliver them? The flowers are sweating like they’ve been sitting here all day”

Negative experience: First time in my in my life i write someone a bad review But this time is different I entered the store to buy flowers When i got to the store i saw they had a sale l 20$ for a dozen roses Than i asked the lady to make me a 4 dozen bouquet Before she started working on the bouquet I was making sure with her that she was gonna set it up as a even bouquet and wrap it up for me And she said yes As she started making the bouquet i noted her that she is breaking and messing the bouquet and when i told her that she said if i want it to be organized nicely it's an extra 50$ this is after she told me that she’s not going to charge me extra, Even when i agreed to that extra 50$ she treated me very disrespectfuly And it was like that from the beginning Very condescending attitude In the process of making the bouquet she broke 3 roses and she still charged me for the full amount When she finished the job She basically charged me 50$ extra and it was even worse than the beginning And all of a suddden she was trying to charge me almost extra 15$ for nothing Even tho i paid cash , all of a sudden I will put picture of the “even bouquet” and I will let you guys to decide before you guys step in this place

Living out of town and wanting to send flowers to my daughter in Philly, I picked out a contemporary arrangement I was really excited about and placed an order Monday for same day delivery. Got a call from the Flower Market shortly after that one of the flowers was unavailable. I asked if it might be available the next day and was told that they would order it. The next morning, I got a call that said that the flower had come in but was not the quality they wanted and they suggested an alternative. I agreed - amazed and delighted that they called me twice to make the arrangement as good as possible. I received a text not long after that delivery was on the way and another that said the flowers had been hand delivered. The flowers were beautiful. The customer service amazing. I'm someone who worries about the details and the Philadelphia Flower Market went above and beyond to make this gift all I hoped. Thank you so much for this gift back to me.

Fantastic experience: I had ordered a day in advance, because my mom was coming to the city for a special birthday lunch the next day.. I purchased the 'Garden of Sunshine' bouquet, and had it delivered to the restaurant, The Daffodil, in Rittenhouse section of the city. Mom was delighted by my choice of the place we ate, and she was speechless when a man walked into the Pub and brought her flowers to the table! The flowers were fresh and packaged beautifully. Just wish they would’ve called ahead of time if such drastic substitutions needed to be made, as we would’ve instead canceled the order.

I was pleased with the ease of ordering, the quality of the flowers, and the reliable delivery of the flowers in a timely fashion. Fantastic experience: The Philadelphia Flower Market did a beautiful job on the bouquet that I ordered for my friend. Ordering flowers online can be tricky as you never know what you’re going to get but the picture online did not even do this bouquet justice. The bouquet was so full and all the flowers were all so pretty. It’s been a week since they were delivered and my friend said they still look so good. I don’t live in Philly but I would definitely use this florist again to send flowers.

Negative experience: I ordered a snake plant for a friend , the description said it was 10 by 24 and that it would come in a ceramic pot. I called the day before as well to add something to my order and girl that answer said everything was good to go. Some rude girl called me this morning saying she wasn’t doing that , the snake plant she was going to delivered would be 6 inches and in a plastic container . You guys need to update your information online because the description says something totally different. No where does it say 6 inches and that the ceramic pot wasn’t included. When I told her to please cancel the order she said no problem and hanged up right away not even telling me when I would get my refund or nothing, very rude. I should have listened to the bad reviews online but decided to take a chance . I would understand if a mistake was made about the description but at least have better customer service from staff, there is no reason to be so rude.
