The flower arrangement was absolutely beautiful, full, vibrant, and not skimpy or plain like some I’ve experienced before. You can truly see the care and quality in the work. I also ordered the 37-inch bear, balloons, and candy, and together it created something very special. My goal was to make her feel special, and y’all helped make that happen perfectly. I’m extremely grateful and impressed with the quality and presentation. I will definitely be using your shop again and highly recommend you to anyone looking for something meaningful and well done.

The recipient of the arrangement also sent me a picture and they were beautiful as promised. I ordered on a Sunday for same day delivery and I think they were delivered in two hours or so. Negative experience: Paid 94$ for flowers posted at 39$. Didn't see the service charge until the last page after hitting review purchase. Seems a little ridiculous to list flower for 39$ and end up paying 94$. Also I went to cancel within 5 minutes of purchase and it says I can't because the order is already being done, yea sure!!! Anyway, well played, you got me this time, but not again.

Negative experience: I was extremely disappointed with my recent order from Flowerama of Plano. I paid a decent amount expecting a beautiful, vibrant and fresh arrangement, but what I received looked like something thrown together from a grocery store clearance bin. The flowers lacked freshness, the arrangement was uninspired, and it looked nothing like the pictures on their website or what I was promised. For the price I paid, I expected quality and care, but sadly, this experience fell far short. I won’t be ordering from here again and would not recommend it to others.

Fantastic experience: This place is the best! I called this morning as soon as they opened, and Ann answered the phone with such kindness and helpfulness, even though it was so early. She guided me through choosing an arrangement over the phone and even offered to make adjustments, which I really appreciated since I needed it last minute. Within two hours, the beautiful arrangement was delivered to the funeral home. Sadly I couldn’t be there in person, but they sent a delivery email with a photo of the flowers upon arrival, which meant so much. Positive experience: I have been going here for years, and their flowers used to be some of the freshest. Unfortunately, the last few times I've gotten flowers, they don't even last a week. One time, I walked in and picked a pre-made arrangement, and they wilted in days. I decided next time I would walk in and order. The picture above I got 5 days ago. I changed the water and gave them food, but no luck.

Negative experience: Imagine spending over $500 on Valentines Day flowers and within 48 hours of receiving them they all looked like this (see pics) - Extremely disappointing and upsetting. The flowers showed up looking wilted right from the beginning to two different locations so it had nothing to do with temperature of home, not enough water, etc. Flowers were old and clearly at the end of their lifespan when they arrived. Also, one bouquet showed up with no card, driver delivered wrong bouquet to only come back later and exchange for almost an identical arrangement. For a place that has been in business for many years they’re very disorganized and do not offer great service.

Negative experience: They stole our money, that too for a large funeral flower arrangement. We had placed a sizeable order for a flower arrangement for a funeral. However, they would not deliver beyond a certain area, so we tried to arrange our own transport. But we could not do that, so the next day we told them to cancel the order, which they agreed to do. But they never refunded the money. I called them about it several times and even sent them several emails. They said that they would refund the money, on the call and email. But they did not! Sad that they lied so many times!! God bless!!! Hope you bought a wonder gift for your family with the $300+ bounty!!

Negative experience: Ordered a planter for a friends service. I was specific that I wanted a prayer plant along with the plants he said would be in the planter. I also ordered an angel figurine to be placed in the planter along with a few fresh cut pink roses and a pink chiffon bow. I upgraded from a basket to a ceramic base. Last name was misspelled on the sympathy card. It was delivered on time. The figurine was laying next to the planter in the church and they didn’t know who it was from. There was no prayer plant, no roses, and no ceramic base. Needless to say, disappointed, Called to talk with the man, but he had stepped out. I left my number, waiting to hear back.

Fantastic experience: Ordered flowers for a friend in a local hospital in Plano. Found out she had been checked out of the hospital by the delivery folks. I called back and learned they do not deliver to her home area so offered my money back which I accepted and then planned to call a local florist to place the order again. Within 3 minutes of getting off the phone with them I got a call back where they offered to transfer the order to a local florist that would deliver, saving me time and billing, etc. Throughout my out of state experience with the folks at Flowerama, they were extremely pleasant to speak with and made my life much easier. They even followed up and sent me a photo of the arrangement that was delivered and brought some joy to my friend. I would call on them again without hesitation.
