It was literally better than I had even hoped for/ expected and all at an extremely reasonable price compared to what other florists I had talked to from Instagram, etc had quoted me. My husband and I were trying to figure out flowers for our wedding and knew that we were going to make the flowers for the tables ourselves but wanted to hire real professionals to make the large pieces for the stage and my bouquet. I had found some small florists on IG and had chatted with them but the prices they were quoting me just seemed very pricey for what we wanted. One day we were walking through the floral district and just decided to stop into Mahir. We chatted with Sufia, I showed her some inspo pics and she gave me a price LESS THAN HALF of what these IG florists were quoting me. I couldn't believe it and we didn't commit right then but took her info. I wrote to her later with even more inspo pics and color ideas and she said they could definitely do that. I figured, whatever they did would be good enough for that price and went with it. When we showed up to our wedding venue and saw what they had made for us, I was shocked. It was so incredibly beautiful, romantic, exactly what I wanted but even better! I hope my photographer got real pictures of my bouquet because it was stunning but these are just the ones I took 2 days after at home to remind myself.

Experiencia fantástica: Brought my inspiration to life in an unimaginable way -- I'm very particular and had been longing over an idea for weeks; it wasn't working out with a number of talented vendors due to time constraints. Abu requested trust and a bit of creative freedom because we were on an extremely tight timeline (under 48 hours by the time I approached him). I was completely out of options and thought it was going to be a whole "you get what you pay for situation" yet the universe had the best in mind (thanks to God) that's why I somehow found myself dialing the number to Mahir last minute as everything else didn't work out. Everyone was overwhelmed with the beauty and preciousness of what Abu, Hussain, and the rest of the team delivered.

The stems were brown, wilted, and clearly dying. The blooms? Already rotting. They looked like they’d been sitting in a cooler for a week past their prime. For the price of a luxury bouquet, you’d expect at least fresh flowers, not something that belongs in the compost bin. Total waste of money. This place is either careless, greedy, or both. Never again.

Flowers are fresh, though overall price was more than my initial budget and didn’t know price until checkout. There is extra for the packaging and ribbons. Total came out to be ~$180 after tax. Wish they have slightly more selection of flowers and ribbons, but would overall recommend!
