It’s one thing to have gorgeous floral arrangements but it’s the service that really stood out. The staff helped me exchange the products smoothly. No attitude, no “why,” just pure attentiveness and respect. Highly recommend if you’re looking for something meaningful — Moms deserve the best
Experiencia negativa: A nightmare. The absolute worst experience. Ordered on a Saturday for overnight delivery. Sunday comes nothing delivered where it needed to go. I made an inquiry Sunday and was told order was ready for delivery. Order was not delivered until Tuesday afternoon. Absolutely atrocious. Never again.

Our shipping carriers, UPS and FedEx, do not operate deliveries on Sundays, which means orders cannot be shipped out on Saturdays. Shipping timelines are calculated based on business days, excluding weekends. We understand how important timely delivery is and regret any frustration this may have caused. Experiencia negativa: Hands down one of the worst customer service experiences Ive ever had. Ordered over $600 worth of items and paid for shipping to be delivered on 2/13. As promised by the site, the order would be delivered BEFORE Valentines day. Well, it didnt. The shipping label was created on 2/13… it didnt ship until 2/14 and didnt arrive until 2/17. 6 days with customer service and they have offered me zero information or resolution. Company Charges a stupid amount of money for dried flowers and a high end experience to be met with worse customer service than walmart. Maybe invest so of your insane profits in the customer service department. Thank god for AMEX!
Experiencia negativa: Awful customer service and experience in general. I ordered a gift for Valentines Day on Feb 2 and was promised delivery between Feb 7 and Feb 13. I was called on Feb 7 and told there was some issue getting my order together and they would call me back with more details. I waited until Feb 11 with no call. When I called back I was told the order would be shipped out next day and I would get it on Feb 13. Today is Feb 15 and I still haven’t received my order. I’ve called multiple times gotten the run around that they need to speak to leadership and will call me back. No one ever calls me back. I’ve left complaints on their customer service page on the website. No response. This company ruined my Valentines Day. Awful customer service will never order from them again. Waste of time, stress, and money

There is no updates or information provided as to delivery status! The immeasurable embarrassment they’ve caused is horrible! NEVER AGAIN!

Our team was been handling an incredibly high volume of calls and messages surrounding Valentine’s Day and was been working around the clock to respond to everyone as quickly as possible. That said, we know this does not excuse the lack of communication or the inconvenience this caused.

Experiencia negativa: DO NOT BUY FROM THEIR SITE! their customer service is horrible- I placed an order and my coupon code for some reason wasn't applied, and the store refused to honor it because "No further modifications or cancellations can be made after placing the order, as stated in our terms of sales you had agreed to at checkout." You got to be kidding. Puts a sour taste in my mouth for the whole brand- buy Million Roses or some other brand instead

We were not able to modify your shipping method as the item had already shipped and been delivered. Experiencia fantástica: Came here to get my daughter’s birthday gift. I got a cream roses in a perfect vase. Beautiful display. The store is full of rosy scent. The lady was very helpful and kind. Will visit again.
Experiencia positiva: My first experience with VF. The candle smells nice, haven't had the chocolate yet but it smells very floral/rosy. Apparently the cover can't go back on. I was on vacation, it was dropped off at my hotel, but then it couldn't fit into my suitcase. I almost missed my flight, check in for me was a headache, they held me back. My bf opted to buy another ticket to keep it safe but the airline was being extremely difficult. By the time I got home 2/4 flowers were absolutely destroyed. I tossed the single rose but I'll donate the big box. I spoke to the airline about the issue - their solution does not make up for my damaged flowers . He wants to order me another small one, bringing his total spending to over $1130.. :/ It's not VF's fault so I'm still leaving a decent review. The scents are prominent, the colors are vivid and pretty, and the arrangements are oh-so-lovely.

Experiencia negativa: Save your money and keep it moving! Don't bother ordering these. Way overpriced for what you get. My husband ordered the biggest bouquet for Valentine's Day 2024. When I received it, I noticed it was an old batch with no scent at all and the flowers looked dull and ripped on the sides. I said this cant be right. The packaging was off. When he called me from work to ask if I loved my arrangement, I said. Thank you for the gesture, but I think they ripped you off. I asked how much did you pay for this? He said $500, I said what? The flowers on the side were crumbled, it had no scent, the color is off and the round box has seen better days. I immediately emailed with my complaint and photos as proof. They sent over a shipping label within hours. We were told we had to ship the old one back. So my husband took it to the post office and I received the new one exactly 8 days later. I didn't enjoy flowers for Valentine Week or the day of for that matter. It took the novelty out of the experience for me. I had also expressed that my husband ordered a specialized engraved love top for an additional $20. I didn't receive it for the first shipment, and they didn't rectify it for the second. After I received the new shipment they smelled much nicer, the scent was strong and the flowers looked beautiful and bright. It was enough to deodorize my entire dressing room. It's almost like they sprayed TeaRose perfume on them because it smells exactly like it. I should know, I own the bottle. Please note, it is not their natural rose scent. So don't be fooled. Today, 5 months later, they are still holding but the scent is slightly gone. So I just lightly sprayed them. The nerve of a staff member to ship out an old batch of expensive flowers and sell it as quality is unacceptable. They probably mailed me a display. I used to love passing by this store in Short hills, NJ and stay mesmerized by the scented flowers. Today I don't bother looking their way. What a huge disappointment! I don't recommend. Oh and get this, as courtesy they gave me a $50 off coupon to use on another purchase at their store. I received it in the 2nd shipment and literally LMAO! No way am I ever purchasing from you ever again. You're a joke! You need to do better at fixing the issue and getting your customer back. You get 1 star for quickly responding to emails but still need to learn how to process the full complaint. Rip off!

Unfortunately, we are not able to control the potency of the smell as it does carry through the process it undergoes but all of our arrangements are made to order, ensuring they are fresh upon delivery. We do advise that the smell may not be potent for the year, but the roses will live for a year or longer as long as they are cared for properly. Liquid or moisture can damage the flowers, so we would not recommend spraying them, unfortunately. Our team was able to process the replacement as we understand the importance of experiencing a scent with this product. We are sincerely sorry we missed the mark with your lid message. Our team offered a refund for this with an additional credit for all of the inconvenience you faced with your order. We are so sorry again for any inconvenience this has caused.
Experiencia negativa: Please don’t waste your time with this joke of a company. The company just makes their employees lie to u about the smell and quality of flowers. Ask the employees what’s the strong smell from. They’ll tell you it’s the natural scent of the roses lmao. They drop essential oils in the flowers people, trust me I would know. Don’t ask about the quality and shipping… You’ve been warned. You might get lucky but overall quality and lies aren't worth the expensive price tag.
Experiencia fantástica: Nice place to enjoy with the families to go shopping and have some coffee shops, too. It is the small mall in the heart of lower Manhattan, next to the World Trade Center Twin Towers Memorial, and also there is railway terminal to New Jersey (West Concourse One World Trade Center PATH/Subway_.1.) At the same place it is a Fulton Center the MTA Station there are the line A, C, 2, 3, J, Z, 4, 5, R, W metro trains.

This company has screwed up multiple orders (didn’t include a note, shipped on the wrong date than asked, order stuck in customs because of lack of info etc) and been a complete waste of money. The customer service is rude and snarky. They recognized their mistakes and sent me a lovely gift card for $50 (after spending thousands on their lame flowers) which is good for exactly one flower (and you can’t even use it in store). Do yourself a favor and use one of the many other companies that do this. This company is so wack it makes me want to start a competitor. Good riddens!

With all of our orders, we ensure to include the note in the email confirmation you receive upon placing the order. We completely understand how important it is for an arrangement to arrive in perfect time for a special occasion and we sincerely apologize for the early delivery and we see that our team did attempt to provide compensation as a resolution. For any international orders, we do advise that there is always a chance that there can be a delay due to to customs. Our team provided the appropriate paperwork necessary to ship, but there is always the occasion that UPS requests further documentation depending on their import restrictions. Experiencia fantástica: I have made a couple purchases from Venus et Fleur. The products I have purchased from them have been outstanding and surpass all expectations. They state that some of their flowers are meant to last UP TO one year, but mine have lasted to this day, even with my first purchase being more than two years ago!

I had ordered online and they sent me the complete wrong arrangement and box and they charge me an arm and a leg do yourself a favor. This doesn’t last long it’s just a fad. This won’t last long will eventually fail and go out of business. These companies do not buy from these companies at all.

Experiencia negativa: I received this as an early gift for mother's day from my children because they know how much I love a smelly Gardenia flower. Unfortunately, the first one didn't smell at all. Since it was an expensive gift, I contacted customer service so they said the quality wasn't good and sent me another one and asked me to return the first. Unfortunately, the second gardenia also didn't smell like anything. I don't know if it is just this kind or all of the products don't smell. I am grateful for my children because they sure chose what would give me great pleasure, but I am sad that they paid a lot of money for nothing :( Huda

Unfortunately, we are not able to control how potent the scent is, as it will vary between arrangements. Your flower will still last for a year or longer without any water or maintenance!

Experiencia negativa: I ordered two gifts on line. One gift for my daughter that was delivered with the roses smashed in a gift box overturned. The gift box was stained from the flowers and the flowers were damaged. The second gift of flowers for my girlfriend never arrived (unless you count the add on rose spray that showed up without flowers. The day after I received email that the company is out of pink roses and I should call them. This email went to spam and I did not see it for days - only after I began to search to see what happened with the package. When I called customer service, they told me everything was delivered ...no wait, upon further customer service further review, everything was not delivered but soon will be delivered through the post office. Why the post office if it was being sent by UPS? Anyways, no one from the company emailed me or called me to tell me that the pink roses are now back in stock and are being shipped. Customer service 0. Quality of delivery 0! And they charge 100's of dollars for bad service and quality. Lets see if the flowers ever arrive! n poor product

Sometimes items that ship UPS are re-routed to USPS due to their Surepost service. Experiencia fantástica: My husband ordered me huge box of my favorite color roses. I received it right before my birthday in July 2022. now its March 2023 and my roses are still in perfect shape. I think they will even last longer than a year. The box is super cute and I am planning to keep it after because my husband also did special Happy Birthday engraving on the lid. Experiencia negativa: I’m a fan of these roses because they make for nice presents, so I’m a frequent customer. I stopped by today around 6 PM to get some ideas for Valentine’s, but I was accosted by an extremely rude salesperson who asked me quite angrily whether I even knew what these flowers were (perhaps it’s because I was dressed in sweatpants after working out…?) and, when I confirmed politely, she proceeded to quiz me on the flowers, if I’ve been a past shopper, and whether I “even know what it means to be a rewards member.” I was thinking of making some purchases but I was so uncomfortable with her subjecting me to a veritable inquisition that I left. Not quite the etiquette I’ve seen in other, more helpful store associates.

Experiencia fantástica: VenusetFleur was the best shopping experience of the holiday, because of an accident in shipping… I received on the 22nd and reached out via chat to CSR Eduardo Guyton who issued a replacement to be sent asap… the day before Xmas eve.. . I didn’t believe him… also reached out to Megan via twitter DM & she also confirmed that a replacement was on the way… didn’t believe it would arrive in time, she reached out to the warehouse and gave me the tracking, still doubted…it arrived the next day at 4PM my mom ❤️’d it TYTYTY! I received the flowers however they were clearly damaged and discolored. I reported the issue within their requested timeframe and requested that my flowers be replaced. I received no assistance.

Experiencia negativa: Non-existent customer service: I was excited to find out about this business and order a treat for my father's 70th birthday. The moment I completed the purchase, I realized the shipping address was incorrect. I called customer service immediately - less than a full minute after the online order - but it was after business hours. I emailed right away but it was clear the inbox was not monitored on the weekend. I received a response the following morning they could not assist. I expressed my disappointment that, at this price point, they should have better capability to assist customers with hiccups such as these. It has ended up being a huge waste of money and I was left with such a bad impression of the customer service that I will actively discourage others from ordering.

Their website has all Over it shipping in time for MD as a matter of fact it says now spend 9.99 to get in time for MD. Only to get an email saying sorry will ship out after MD. Contact them to expedite and they say too bad you agreed we will not help you. Customer services reps actually laughing at you on the phone. I even offered to pay more to get it shipped expedited as the website is still Offering it and Their response was nope. This is what you get when you spend $500.00. Experiencia negativa: I ordered from the online store in April 2022. I had ordered these flowers for a friend who was going through some mental issues. I needed them delivered asap. Unfortunately I inadvertently selected the “mothers day” delivery option. There was no explanation of what this meant -- even though it could be assumed — and it was the same price as the regular delivery. I called and emailed customer service within 5 minutes of placing the order. I was told that because of their policies, and because they “process” the order right away, they would be unable to change the shipping method. I cant even blame customer service - other than their clear lack of any real empathy - regarding the policies. The company simply doesnt want the hassle of making changes. Thats the real reason they cant change the order even if you ask for it one minute after ordering. This was not my first order with them. But it will absolutely be my last. NO service after the sale. They have lost a customer for good. Note that this company is NOT accredited by Better Business Bureau. BUYER BEWARE.

Experiencia negativa: My husband got me some of the flowers for Valentine’s Day and told me that those flowers are guaranteed forever. The flowers started to show signs of discoloration after a year. We subsequently moved out of the city. Of course during the move we put the cover on to protect the flowers. The flowers were flatten. I took the flowers back to the store and asked for “guarantee” aka replacement. The staff first blamed me for putting the cover back (I guess you are not allowed to move forever if you ever get this flower) and then told me that the “guarantee” is only for a year and she also added that “the minute you walk out of the door you cannot really get an exchange”. Buyers beware. This forever flower definitely is not forever.

After a year it is normal to see changes in the appearance of your arrangement. Because of their fragile nature, it is easy to mishandle or not care for the arrangement correctly. Experiencia positiva: UPDATED REVIEW: So I’m changing my review because I was finally contacted by the company and they were helpful. I told them that I had went with other arrangements for my mother and was no longer interested in a replacement and offered me a full refund. I’m going to give them 3 stars instead of my original 1 star, which I feel is a neutral rating because they did settle things with me in the end. If my initial interaction with them would have been like this I would have definitely given them more stars for customer service, but the fact that it took this negative review to get this type of customer service leaves me to believe a neutral rating is fair. I think they should have in their confirmation email clearly stated that you have 24-48 hours to make any complaints because this is actually a very short window to make any types of claims. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I had bought a flower for my mother for Valentines day. Today however she opened the box only to find the flower destroyed and petals no longer on the flower. Now i generally wouldn’t have been so upset or cared too much. However, seeing the joy on on my mothers face when i gave her the box, then immediately seeing that joy ripped from her when she opened the box has upset me. I emailed them with pictures and was hoping I could get a replacement for my mother but was just given a generic reply that I only have 24-48 hours to report any damages. I even told them I didn’t need a new vase or anything, just the flower. Had I known this I would have checked this item the minute it arrived at my house. The sad thing is I had purchased flowers for my girlfriend a few days before and had no issues. So to get such a pathetic response after such an upsetting experience with my mother has definitely rubbed me the wrong way. Honestly, do yourself a favor and spend your money else where, because at these prices you would expect to receive flowers in good condition. Now my mom is stuck with an empty vase worth $187.25 If I could go back and never order from this company I would.

The edges of the flower were a little ugly but that's what you expect when it's a real flower and it adds to the realness of it. Love it, Venus et Fleur will be my go to gift from now on.

Experiencia negativa: I typically have great experiences here. I ordered a product early November and it stated that it would be delivered before the holidays. In my head I thought Thanksgiving. I reached out after thanksgiving, and was told l, no that massage meant Christmas. I offered to pay extra for immediate delivery or to cancel order, and I was told no to both. Not satisfied! **UPDATE: Would like to add, a very nice rep contacted me, advised that the company would actually offer overnight shipping for my order, it’s going on 2 weeks now and still haven’t received the order as promised.

Experiencia negativa: JUST DONT! I have ordered from Venus et Fleur on multiple occasions. I never had an issue in the past. However, in my most recent order I was sent a defective set of flowers. After pleading with them I was made the "courtesy" of a replacement. I was asked to first send the deflective flowers back, all with in 48 hours in the midst of a pandemic. Upon receiving them I was told my replacement would be sent. Forget about going above and beyond for their customer. Venus et Fleur could not even do the bare minimum to rectify their defective product. The communication has been absolutely abysmal. I have been following up daily to try and get this resolved. The cherry on top of this madness is that I still don't have the replacement flowers for my wife nor a confirmation that my replacement was sent. Once these guys have your money they could care less about you or your experience. This entire ordeal has just been terrible. This is by no means a "luxury" brand peddling a "luxury" product and experience this is a sham. *09/13/2021. UPDATE. No one called, contrary to this message. No one also answered my e-mail about my replacement. I did however get the replacement. It was the same flowers I originally received however they attempted to "fix" them with a hot glue gun, they even managed to leave two separate glue stains on the acrylic. Photos below. Spent $250 and all I received in return is a nightmare with no end in sight. My original order was on August 20th, its almost been a month and I cannot get a replacement or my money back. STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS! They incorporate some of the most deceptive business practices I have ever seen. The product is sub-par and the experience is even worse.

Unfortunately, the order was delayed in production (out of the color I wanted) and arrived late. Normally I wouldn’t care, but I was upset because no one in the company reached out and told me the bouquet I bought as a very special gift would be delayed. When I called to inquire about the time frame the customer service rep wasn’t very helpful. Pretty much told me nothing they could have or will do. They got 3 stars cause the final product was great but customer service definitely lacked.

Experiencia negativa: So a clp things I didn’t realize till I got the flower, make sure to check the measurements Bc it was definitely smaller than I had realized but that was my own fault!! I ordered the single white rose in the round marble black box. The one thing I was kinda disappointed about was around the sides, the rose was frayed and torn. I was disappointed by the low quality and appearance of the rose Bc I spent $63 on it and felt like the edges of the flower were paper. I was kinda disappointed Bc I was expecting the rose to be perfect and not be torn and paper like on the edges. I feel like it must b the process or maybe bc I bought the small one and not a bigger arrangement. I also feel like they use rose oil at the bottom of the rose and that’s where the flower smell comes from and not from the rose itself. Bc to b honest they can’t preserve a rose and the smell also, so they are definitely using some oil to give off the smell of roses. But if u like the smell of rose oil then u will love this, if not then maybe try something else. Also I bought mine through their website and I tried to post this review on their website and I can’t find how to do that. So if ur purchasing through the store u may get a better rose than I did!!! So I definitely suggest going to the store to purchase ur roses bc I just feel like the store will give u a better product than when buying it online!!! Good luck and happy shopping.

Experiencia negativa: My son ordered a surprise Mother's Day gift for me from Venus ET Fleur. Issue one: He used a free shipping code and was charged for shipping. Issue two: Venus ET Fleur forgot to ship my order! Issue three: I had to call and ask for my order to be sent to me considering my son paid for the order two weeks earlier. Issue four: I asked that a manager call me to discuss these issues and I am still waiting for that call. My son's thoughtful gesture was ruined, so sad.

Experiencia negativa: Purchased 2 items on from their website. One item was not in stock. They charged my credit card anyways without a timeframe on when I’ll receive the item. When I asked to cancel that item, they offered to issue a credit instead. I will be contacting my credit card company and filing a complaint with consumer affairs at AG office and BBB. Their stuff is bogus anyways. Lookup how to preserve roses with silica gel and you can do this yourself instead of spending hundreds of dollars.

Experiencia negativa: Don't waste your money buying flowers from this company. My $455 roses were supposed to last for a year. As soon as I opened my box and to my $455 surprise, I saw wilted roses. I contacted the company within the required 48 hours. They responded by telling me these $455 roses were fine. They have ignored all subsequent correspondence. Don't get bamboozled by Venus Et Fleur. The $455 product I received, was nothing like the pictures. Do yourself a favor and chose from the numerous reputable companies online (such as The Million Roses and others) that provide a quality product and excellent customer service. Neither of the latter had been my experience with Venus Et Fleur. If there was an option for 0 stars it would be well deserved. I had no warning about there poor product and customer service. This warning is yours. Be advised, my experience is from their website, not the store.

Experiencia negativa: I was choosing between many box flower company, and i went with Venus Et Fleur. How I wish I didn't! I ordered the one Grand big rose for a special occasion, the rose arrived was much differ from how it is present on their website. The rose looks much smaller, one side opened in a blossoming stage, the other half all flatten, and it's not in a circular shape. Can I call it defected, or the sick rose during a pandemic. I wanted to make it right, I called and asked if I could go to the store and exchange something closer than expected; I was told the online aspect of the business doesn't link to the store, if I send pictures to email they are gladly to help me and expedite a replacement. When I did email them, they simply shut me down stating each flower is unique and their policy doesn't offer exchange or refund. Yes I understand each flower is different and unique, I dont mind a little off, maybe offer 70% from your presentation; but what I received doesn't even meet 50% from what's presented online. I was willing to travel to the store to make an exchange, and they refused that as well. This is good if you are shopping in their store in person, so you know what you are getting. But DO NOT order from their online service! Overall this is a very bad business ethics, I would not recommend.

Experiencia negativa: Save your money! My husband just splurged on these for me for Mother’s Day and they arrived looking terrible! He reached out to their customer service team, sent pictures, explained how bad the roses look and they said they are fine. They are smooshed, ripped, wrinkled and wilted. Definitely not worth $500 and definitely not fine!!! A total waste of money, bad customer support and they deliver a product that doesn’t look like their photos online. Save hundreds of dollars and just buy REAL, living roses and take a photo of them to enjoy for a year. Much better use of funds and prettier product. Venus ET Fleur, do better.

Experiencia fantástica: I had a great experience with Venus et Fleur. The flowers are gorgeous. I had a small problem with the order and they were very kind and prompt in resolving it. I will definitely buy again.

Experiencia fantástica: I got a flower (gold) as a thank you for throwing a baby shower. It lasted almost 2 years! Do not water them! This is such a unique gift, I highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: I purchased the single rose in the acrylic case with drawer for each of my daughters. They were elated and felt so special as they definitely are. They smelled so nice and the bow was the perfect addition. Will be ordering again hopefully for myself soon.

Experiencia negativa: I went there 2 days during this week, the first time I went I was pleasantly surprised when greeted by a nice young lady. I made the purchase and left feeling taken care of. I went again to buy another set of arrangements and this time I was very disappointed with the customer service. I was greeted by a more mature woman, who just was not friendly at all and ruined my mood once I walked in. I was buying the flowers for my mother and wanted to ensure quality. When asking if I can receive a fresher one I was told that it was the only one left ( which I believed and eventually bought it. ) however, what was unnecessary was that the woman took the bag she prepared for me, grabbed the arrangement out hastily and tossed the bag on the floor saying that I did not have to buy it. Felt like anger was taken out on me, did not feel pleasant and completely unnecessary in my opinion. ***Update - I was told a customer service manager would reach out to me, that never happened.

Experiencia negativa: I am having such a hard time understanding why such a luxury item is being sold with such poor execution and customer service. It's not like this item is cheap as my order was for the large round evil eye and I placed an order which was confirmed to be delivered the same day on Friday because I had ordered before 2PM. After placing my order at 11 AM, I received an email 5 hours later about my order triggering a fraud warning from Venus which delayed the same day delivery. Shouldn't credit card companies do the fraud monitoring instead of (Venus' fraud department) delaying these orders for several hours? After I sent in the required information, another email told me that the flowers would be delivered the next day by 7PM the latest (Saturday). I spoke to customer service on March 14, but they never called me back. Well today is Tuesday and I just received the flowers. I had ordered these flowers to be a part of my daughter's 1st birthday photography shoot which was done yesterday on Monday without the flowers. This is my second order with Venus ET Fleur which was messed up and ended up being cancelled by the company even though I had verified any information asked from them. My previous order # was 336197. Did I really need to get screwed over twice? I am so disappointed with this company.

Experiencia negativa: Bought gift box set for Valentine's Day and was shipped wrong color boxes and some of the flowers were damaged in shipping. One of the flower arrangements was literally rolling around in the box when I received it. Terrible job of packaging. But wait it gets worse. After contacting the company, we go back and forth with the company asking for multiple photos. They finally agree to replace it but now I have not received anything for 3 weeks. Finally, disputing charge with my credit card processor. Lessons learned: 1) don't order from this company, they may ship you the wrong product and it may be damaged 2) if you do order from them and they screw up, just dispute it with your credit card company, they may say they will replace it but good luck actually getting anything. UPDATE: Despite what the owner said in response I haven’t heard anything from them. Lied about sending a replacement, now lying about reaching out. LIES LIES LIES
