Experiencia fantástica: I spent an absurd amount of time researching who in NYC actually makes beautiful flower arrangements instead of the usual overpriced generic bouquet-in-a-nice-photo scam. Julia Testa Florist kept standing out. The bouquets on their website looked genuinely unique, creative, and different from the standard “luxury florist” copy-paste world. My only concern was will it really look like that when it arrives… and it did :) The arrangement was stunning. Truly out of the box, beautifully done, and honestly even better than I expected. Also: very kind team, which makes a difference. You can feel that they actually care about what they’re creating here: making something actually beautiful.

Experiencia negativa: I recieved a custom wreath from Julia Testa on the first day of December. I paid for delivery as well. The wreath was upwards of $300. I noticed right away that a section of the wreath had an odd odor that smelled almost moldy. I dismissed it because we were excited for the holidays. The smell has only grown more and more pronounced to the point that anyone passing our door can smell it. It literally smells like an animal (or human) did something to it. We contacted them for a resolution which given how much we paid should include a pick up. But they refuse to resolve the situation. The design was sub par for the price. I wanted something really special and made the decision to spend a premium price. This was my mistake. I should have stuck to the Christmas tree vendors we’ve used in the past. Don’t use this florist. They have no interest in customer satisfaction.

They built an arrangement and I had them change a few things around and I didn’t like it, so I emailed to change it back to the way it was. They proceeded to deliver the flowers not the way I wanted them and are refusing to fix them. I would not recommend this business to anyone in the Tribeca area!
