Experiencia negativa: Balloons arrived deflated. Overpriced and pitiful balloon display delivered to 1 hotel. Better balloons can be purchased at dollar tree. .
Experiencia positiva: Nice arrangement but expensive but that was ok. Problem is the flowers died the next morning. Ordered an arrangement for afternoon evening and it was dead in the morning. I emailed and was busy but when got back to me they offered 20% off plus an additional 20% on the next order to give a second chance. They said they think it's because of the dryness of the room. Originally they said they would offer a new bouquet but I already left the area. I'll have to try them next time hopefully we won't have that issue again.
Experiencia negativa: A bit expensive for an average product. Chocolate covered strawberries were over $80/dozen a with taxes, delivery, etc. the total was over $120. I’m okay paying for high end products but felt the quality was far below the price point.
We're very sorry your chocolate-covered strawberries fell short of expectations given the cost, and we understand how frustrating that is.
We take responsibility and will review our pricing and quality controls with our kitchen and delivery teams to prevent this.
Please DM or email your order number so we can discuss a refund or replacement and make this right.
