We didn't have the ability to trim the stems but with a water change and ice every day it was in full bloom by day 3 and was holding all of its blooms on day 6. So 10/10 customer service despite the situation. Tulips never opened. The store said they should “bloom soon”, but they never did. These flowers are pretty expensive and disappointing for the tulips to die without even blooming.

Experiencia fantástica: We ordered a wide and low floral decoration centerpiece about 20” wide and 8” high for a milestone birthday dinner in a nearby restaurant’s private dining room. The arrangement was gorgeous and contained roses, peonies, lilies, orchids, hydrangeas, green berries and other foliage. In addition to looking beautiful it smelled great. Delivery occurred as scheduled. The cost of $200 (including delivery and tax) was very good value. Sales and customer service personnel were very courteous and accommodating. And a personal thank you note from the owner, Nic, was a nice touch. Highly recommended!
