2 months ago Fantastic experience: East End Flowers are awesome. I’m from out of state and needed to send flowers to a friend, and the whole process was super easy. They even gave me tracking. When there wasn’t anywhere safe to leave the flowers, they called me straight away and organised a new delivery time without ruining the surprise. Highly recommend East End Flowers Market.

3 months ago Fantastic experience: Great people to do Business with I needed flowers to be sent to my daughter who was in hospital for a procedure, we come from the bush and Adelaide is over 600 km , I ordered flowers online and this was a very easy to navigate, I gave them the wrong address firstly they found her at another hospital and then there was a mix up with the flowers and they then sent new flowers the next day , I offered to pay but they would not accept saying it was on them , Thanks to the great team at Eastend Florist really appreciate it’s I wouldn’t hesitate recommending this florist

4 months ago Fantastic experience: I didn't see the flowers outside of the photo so don't know how the size and beauty of the bouquet actually compared to the picture but the price and service were fantastic. Delivery cost less than my time and petrol would've and was on time. Communication was great: I had an almost instant answer to my emailed query. I was notified when delivery would be, when it was on it's way and when it was delivered. Very happy

4 months ago Fantastic experience: I wanted to send my daughter some flowers and was unable to go out to purchase some. So I looked online and found. East End flower market and they had some lovely arrangements online. I found it easier to choose what I thought would be great for her and sent them as a surprise. They were delivered the same day and she was thrilled. I will definitely use this service again as it was effortless and easy and the flowers were beautiful exactly what I wanted.

5 months ago Negative experience: As a long-time customer of East End Florist since their original location, I was extremely disappointed with my recent order. The Christmas arrangement was described as white, crimson, and ivory, yet the flowers delivered were predominantly red and looked nothing like the photos online.nor included any of the same flowers or foliage. When I raised this, I was told it was based on a general Christmas theme rather than the product description. The only resolution offered was 10% off a future order. My husband was planning to purchase a fortnightly flower subscription for me, but we will now be taking our money elsewhere.

When you first contacted us via email, we did offer to swap your arrangement, which is our standard resolution when a customer feels their flowers are not as expected. As you declined this option, this is why we offered a code for 10% off future orders as a gesture of goodwill.
Our Christmas designs are created using a seasonal palette of white, ivory, crimson and festive tones, with flower varieties and foliage chosen based on availability at the time. While the overall colour story remains consistent, exact flower types can vary, which is noted as part of our colourtone approach.

5 months ago Negative experience: I ordered the natives for about $50 and got these, which is somewhat less impressive than the website. I also requested an asap delivery to my house 10 minutes from the depot and it took over 24 hours to get it.

Your order for our $45 native bouquet (with $5 delivery) was placed at 11:53am on Saturday 6 Dec, with the delivery date selected as Sunday 7 Dec. Because of this, your flowers were scheduled and delivered on Sunday as requested.
We did receive your follow-up email around 12:30pm on Saturday asking for same-day delivery instead. Unfortunately, our same-day cutoff is 12pm, so we weren’t able to make that change.
Your flowers were delivered at 12:11pm on Sunday, and as we mentioned in our email to you, our delivery runs aren't based on the time an order was placed, they are made in the most efficient way for our couriers to complete all their deliveries.
We’ve also reviewed the bouquet prepared for you and can confirm it matches the product shown on our website in both style and value.

7 months ago Fantastic experience: Ordered flower online from Thailand for delivery on the following day effortlessly. When I received the confirmation email I discovered I had made a mistake on the delivery details. Did an immediate "reply to" email advising of my mistake and the correction required. Within 30 minutes I received a response from EEFM advising the correction had been made. Following day I received an email to advise the delivery had been effected. Great service!!!!! Subsequent message from the recipient advised the flowers were "glorious". All-round a very pleasurable experience using East End Flower Market.

The flowers are quite simply the best I have ever received, and almost a week on they still look as fresh as the day they arrived! 7 months ago Fantastic experience: Ordered flowers from their website for a friend’s birthday. Her birthday was on Labour Day so it was really hard to find a florist who was able to deliver atleast over the weekend before! I placed my order on Friday night and they delivered on Sunday morning! It was an effortless experience -from placing order to getting confirmation of the order to email link to track the progress of the delivery. There were even photos updated of how it was delivered. Truly recommend them if you’re sending flowers from overseas!!

Their flowers are beautifully fresh, last for ages and most recently arrived in the friendly hands of a pleasant young fellow, not just beautifully wrapped but perfectly cut to length and ready to go straight into a vase. 11 months ago Negative experience: Terrible service — do not order flowers here! I wanted to surprise someone with an evening flower delivery, knowing they wouldn’t be home earlier. Despite my clear request, the flowers were delivered anyway — and worse, they were handed to the wrong person! How does something like this even happen? I live overseas, and I informed them about the time of delivery to the right person. They ignored. And on top of that, the flowers weren’t even the ones I ordered. So basically, they didn’t fulfill the order at all. Please see what they delivered/ what I ordered.

As stated in our Terms and Conditions on our website, our couriers deliver between 9am and 5pm. Delivery runs depend on the number and location of orders for the day.
We received your email requesting a later delivery time and responded promptly to confirm that your order was scheduled for our afternoon run, with delivery after 12pm. There was ample time to respond and reorganise a different option that better suited.
The flowers were delivered to the correct address and accepted by a third party who lives there. We confirmed with our courier that they asked for the recipient and the flowers were accepted on her behalf, which is standard procedure.
We are sorry we could not deliver later in the day, but unfortunately, a specific late delivery service is not something we offer.
