Negative experience: This morning the girl attending probably her name was Bec, She was rude and arrogant. I asked her to make $100 flower bouquet but she was not being proactive in making it! I had to buy pre made one.

Fantastic experience: I came through to buy some flowers on New Years Eve for my mums birthday. A last minute decision, I was put at ease as soon as I walked in. The gentlemen who served me was amazing, he listened and put something together like a pro. It was just so nice to be able to get something put together on the spot. I was very impressed. Lovely service and selection of flowers. She loved them, thank you so much!

Negative experience: Terrible service. I’ve been to flowers everywhere many times but this time I was spoken to terribly but a frustrated staff member with the long pony tail. I arrive just before opening without realising and the door was unlocked so I opened it and I was literally yelled at by this person. Some of my family members often go there too and have told me this staff member in particular is sassy (not in a cute way) and just generally unpleasant. The other staff members are lovely.

Negative experience: Hello I have been buying flowers from you guys for many years. Unfortunately in the last few years the arrangements that I have brought do not last more than a day. I recommend my cousin to you guys. She ordered flowers from you guys the same thing happened they last one day and then they started dying. She complained you guys sent her a new arrangement. I have complained over the years and again I was sent a new arrangement. It is not about you sending me a new arrangement of flowers. I want you guys to sort out the issue. Why your flowers are dying so quickly I don’t know. My mother brought an arrangement of pink gerbrews with baby breath on Saturday from you guys and by Sunday the flowers starting dying. WHY Sort out the problem. I am stopping buying flowers from you guys because after so many years of me complaining you guys have done absolutely nothing. I won’t allow my family to purchase from you as well. I might come across as harsh. But I have given you guys many chances and it has fallen on deaf ears. NOT HAPPY

Fantastic experience: I only used their service once last week and couldn’t be happier. It was a same day delivery and received a text mag to manage my expectation on timing of delivery. I did not choose an exact photo but went with the option of “large size- bright flowers” and photos could show how amazing the arrangementw as! He went out of his way to get a flower, balloon and teddy delivery to a little one in hospital. I ordered over the phone. It was quick and easy and Richard was very patient with me through my decision making. Fantastic experience: Received some great customer service from both the staff working. The owner helped me pick out some flowers that went well with the one flower I picked and turned it into a beautiful bouquet. The option to customise and pull stems out of the bunch was really nice (considering the florists I went before coming here only sold in bunches). You could tell he really knew his stuff! Had a really large variety of unique, seasonal flowers which I really appreciated as well. Definitely would come back and highly recommend!

Negative experience: Bought 4 x bunches of lisianthus flowers Lasted 2 days. Flowers were for end of life patient. Thankfully patient outlived the Flowers. $100.00 a complete waste of money. The servo Flowers Lasted longer.

Negative experience: I had an awful customer service experience provided by staff Jamie. It’s disappointing as I was a long term customer but will no longer return. I asked Jamie to replicate a bouquet similar to one I made at this exact store before to which Jamie began to arrange a bouquet (that did not look alike) using the stock that was dull and had shrivelled petals despite there being plenty of nicer stems of each flower. Usually the florists here are good at picking out the healthiest, freshest and most vibrant flowers but this time we had to pick out the good stock ourselves to replace the bad stock she had chosen. The bouquet cost more than $100 and I think it’s reasonable to expect the florists to provide the best service and stock available. For our second bouquet we chose a colour scheme and picked out the flowers. When Jamie put this together, it didn’t look nice and we asked her if we could change the colour to which she rudely laughed and told us we were wasting the business’ money since we were wasting her time. I was absolutely shocked as the main reason I come here is because this store is known to provide a unique service of arranging customised bouquets on the spot and I’ve previously asked to change colour with no issue. It is poor customer service to be telling customers that they are wasting their money and really telling of what the they care about $$$. If you don’t want customers to “waste” the business’ money, then don’t offer the service that you say you provide and also I was paying for the bouquet?

Fantastic experience: I recently came to flowers everywhere to get a last minute bouquet for my wedding. They were able to put together the most incredible set of flowers I have ever seen and exceeded my wildest expectations. They also made a flower to put on my husbands suit. I was happy to settle for whatever I could find at such last minute but found instead something more perfect than I ever imagined. In every photo they are the star of the show and truly made my wedding the most memorable experience. I can’t recommend them enough!!
