Fantastic experience: The finest flowers. Enough said

Fantastic experience: Sarah takes so much pride in her business and it really shows in her customer relations and dedication to her craft and the quality she provides. I had ordered a bouquet with specific flowers which weren’t included on the day of delivery. Sarah reached out personally to explain that some selections aren’t up to her standards or, seasonal. Such is the nature of the business, certain selections can’t always be guaranteed. I then organised to have another bouquet with similar flowers. Sarah went to great lengths to ensure that I was able to make it up to my partner with her favourite flowers! Her staff/team members are also lovely and welcoming and do such a great job in the arrangements as well. A business I’ll continue to come back to and also recommend for anyone to order from!

Fantastic experience: Wonderful flower shop! I ordered for the first time under my husband's name as it is for my mother in law. Ordered online to pick up and I called to say we will arrive before they close. We live 30+ mins away from this shop and traffic was horrendous so I arrived 2 mins after their closing time - Shop was still open and even I apologised many times they did not show one bit of annoyance! Customer service is amazing and so were the flowers, they smelled so good! Next time again guys, thank you!

Fantastic experience: I ordered a bouquet from Chill Flower for my brother's wedding gift pack after arriving in Adelaide. I was rushed and missed some details, and although the bouquet was beautiful, it included Chrysanthemums as part of the seasonal selection, which my mum wanted to avoid. I contacted Chill Flower, and the team was incredibly kind, they quickly arranged a new bouquet. It really eased our stress, and my mum and our whole family loved the final result. After being away from Adelaide for years, this reminded me how lovely SA people are. Highly recommend!

Updated review: That said, Sarah reached out personally, handled the situation with genuine care and professionalism, and generously offered a refund. It’s clear she takes real pride in her business and customer experience. I truly appreciate how thoughtfully this was managed and have updated my rating to reflect the level of service and sincerity shown.

Recently, when a close friend lost a family member, I knew exactly where to go. I loved that the website clearly shows which size arrangement is pictured—it made choosing so much easier. I’d previously received the Crème Brûlée arrangement, so I ordered the same one in a larger size for my friend. The colours were perfect, and when our friend sent us a photo, the flowers were just as beautiful as the image online. Ordering was simple, and when I called the shop to confirm details, the team couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly. I honestly can’t recommend Chill Flowers highly enough.

Although not a high-end bouquet, the flower selection, colours, and artistry were captivating. I ordered flowers Saturday morning for same day delivery to a hospital. Unfortunately, by Sunday morning it was clear they hadn't arrived. I tried calling but Chill was closed Sundays. I sent an email advising of my issue. The owner checked the emails (on her day off) saw the problem, looked up my order and found the delivery log. She then personally called the hospital TWICE to track them down. She then let me know exactly where they were and apologised for this even though it was 100% the fault of the hospital. When others may have just said "our records show it was delivered" she took charge of the issue, went above and beyond to resolve it, and ended up with a customer for life. and after all of that... The flowers were stunning.

Fantastic experience: I recently received flowers for my birthday from a family member overseas who used Chill Flowers. The bouquet was pretty but was not exactly what was ordered. After contacting them, the owner went out of her way to rectify the error and delivered a new arrangement which was stunning! The flowers were beautiful and fresh, the customer service outstanding!

Negative experience: I don't leave negative reviews; however, my recent experience forces me to make an exception. I made a large order and did not receive any confirmation of delivery. When I contacted customer service, I was met with a shocking and dismissive response—the representative claimed both sets must have been stolen. The lack of empathy and accountability was appalling. I strongly advise against using this company, as their failure in service is deeply disappointing.

However after a phone call with Grace she was extremely helpful with everything and sent out a fresh bunch for my partner’s birthday. Negative experience: UPDATE: I am grateful the owner Sarah reached out to remedy my disappointment. She kindly, quickly organised for another floral arrangment (which was beautiful) to be sent to my friend as a replacement. It appears a range of reasons/ series of events resulted in the original floral arrangment, my understanding of this experience is... it has been beneficial and has assisted her further in her business policies and procedures. Well Done! REALLY DISAPPOINTED. Placed a phone order based on the imagery on their online imagery for a "Tall / Pink and white" which looked stunnning, with a full, beautiful selection of flowers. (Eg @ least 6 pink stock, 2 white stock, 1 x orchid, @ least 5 roses, Queen Anne Lace, Geralton Wax and contrasting greenery / filler.) The order I placed was for the same, except in bright colours, I confirmed this with the lady when ordering.... In contrast the delivered bouquet consisted of 4 red roses, 2 orange chrysanthemums, 1 orchid, 2 spindly stocks and some frugal filler foliage. It sadly looked cheap and minimal, embarrasing! Gave feedback, along with an image from their website as to what I had believed I was purchasing/ in contrast to what was delivered... no response, nor apology received. They have since updated their product details/ explanation of inclusions.
