Negative experience: One star because it came Not only was communication poor, I was told from one call centre worker??? that the delivery was sent out which it hadn't, was told that a photo would be sent to me from the delivery, it didn't happen and caused such unnecessary stress I called back again only to speak with another operator who explained that it was in transit Eventually received, the flowers and gift were for family who had their first baby It was embarrassing to say the least, I chose the super size that is described as larger and a fuller volume of flowers, something to that effect the flowers were sub standard servo. supermarket crap I was promised a refund, now it's just back and from emails, asking that I completely unwrap everything, how do you unwrap flowers I said I didn't care about the gift portion only the flowers, not to mention the flowers are with the new parents, yep say no more that's the mentality I am taking the matter further and suggest others do the same ACCC have already investigated this company according to reports I also have media friends Bring it on So after a week of unsatisfactory emails ,today my family member received another delivery of flowers , the bunch actually look similar to the description and not out of my pocket I still have issue with the size but I'm just letting this matter go I still would never use this company based on having to fight to get what you pay for So if anyone reads this, I have just made an adit, after almost 2 months a response was sent, I will not get in touch with you, I've already made it very clear that this buisness is substardard and hope that people read all the reviews before making the same mistake so many have made How have you tried to make contact with me??I hadn't received any messages I have observed however this appears to be your standard response to all the complaints

Fantastic experience: Dealt with Ash over the phone. Very cheerful, helpful, and organised two lots of deliveries very quickly and easily.

Negative experience: Husband ordered flowers for to be delivered Friday, flowers didn’t arrive until Monday. Roses wilted and droopy, no water left in packing foam. No card and flowers didn’t match what was ordered. Husband complained and given ‘store credit’ so ordered replacement flowers. Flowers never arrived and now no response from ‘customer service’. Do not order from Bloomex, complete rip off.

Negative experience: Friend ordered me flowers and chocolates for my birthday. What I received were flowers some in the middle of the bunched looked wilted, others had broken stems and they came with a packet of Black and Gold Biscuits that retail for $1.29. Nothing says you are worth it like like a packet of scotch finger Black and Gold biscuits.

Negative experience: I gave 1 star as I could not give 0. The person assured me they were local and could have the flowers delivered by 4:00pm on the 22 December. Late in the day I find the flowers are coming from Sydney to be delivered to me outside of Canberra, absolute madness. The company mislead me in the location and the delivery time. In the end the flowers were dropped off to a post office 40km away. I had call upon someone to come and collect me and then drive me to the post office as I'm unable to drive, hence why the delivery. IN trying to resolve something with the company just got brushed off. Asked to speak to management but that was not available. This has to be one of the WORST Company’s I have dealt with in a long time. PLEASE KEEP AWAY FROM BLOOMEX DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AS I DID.

Fantastic experience: I’ve ordered from this florist multiple times and they never let me down. Every bouquet is beautiful and always arrives right on schedule.

Negative experience: WARNING ⚠️ WARNING ⚠️ WARNING ⚠️ Terrible service. No problem taking the money. Poor communication. Customer service has poor English and hard to understand during 5 phone calls. Ordered supersize white cycle reef. They delivered a heart shaped reef that wasn't supersize. Absolutely disgusted in this company and I will NEVER deal with them again. They deserve no stars.

Negative experience: Terrible disgrace of a company I ordered flowers on a Thursday afternoon over the phone and was promised they would be delivered to my girlfriends the following day at 9:30 pm as that was an available slot for delivery apparently. I then don’t hear from them till 11am the next day after finding out nothing had been delivered because my girlfriend told me. They said the following “ Dear Ethan, Thank you for choosing Bloomex! We wanted to inform you of a quick update regarding your order. Your special item must be sent directly from our facility and requires overnight transit. Unfortunately, our courier operates Tuesday through Friday, so we can only prioritize your order for TUESDAY delivery. As a token of appreciation, we will add a free complementary upgrade. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. If you have any questions, please reach out via Live Chat or reply to this email. Thank you again for choosing Bloomex! Kind regards, The Bloomex Team” This is utterly disgusting from a company to think that this is acceptable and a good alternative. I then asked for a full refund which they were reluctant to do which once they finally agreed to do refund me but told me it would take 2-5 business days… do not ever consider using this company

Negative experience: Long story short, ordered flowers for somone interstate before close of buisness on wednesday for delivery friday Recieved an email on the day saying the couldnt fullfil the order and gave 2 undesirable options for my situation 3 follow ups but i did get a refund to my original payment method More dissapointed that on the delivery day i got the notifcation which meant paying a same day delivery fee elsewhere

Negative experience: DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! Joseph was very pushy and a week out from my order, the flowers have still not been delivered and nobody can help me. I have not received any kind of message back from their "automated" help desk after 4 days. Joseph is from the Sydney office. I REPEAT, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I have reported BLOOMEX to the ACCC.

Negative experience: ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE BY A FLOWER COMPANY EVER. Not only did the flowers arrive 2 WEEKS LATE, they arrived in a cardboard box, in tissue paper - the flowers looked like they were picked and wrapped by a 3 year old - NOT WORTH the money, or the stress. When we phoned through to the customer service the help was less than helpful and the service was terrible. Wont ever be recommending this place and will never use again.

Negative experience: Worst place to get flowers ever. Days late and delivered in a sealed cardboard box. Substituted with daisies and already half dead when they arrived. My printed message that wss supposed to be written inside the card I paid extra for, was typed and stuck to the outside of the box. Absolutely disgraceful.

Negative experience: Do not order from this business. I ammending my review. I thought because I used them last year that they would be ok. Today, I received an email saying they could not find a florist to deliver in the area and the order would be delayed until Tuesday. I called them and they said they do not deliver flowers to Goonellabah at all. So I am confused why the consultant I talked to originally accepted the order. I am now in the process of getting a refund for this misrepresented service. I would advise checking out the ACCC $1 million dollar fine this business has against them for fraudulent practices. I ordered from Joseph, who was very helpful. He gave me a discount, a free vase, and was able to sort what I needed to send. I used this service last year, and while the delivery had a few hiccups, the customer service was great and Bloomex sent a lovely hamper to my mum as compensation. She was thrilled.

The lady I spoke to was lovely, offered me a discount and even said she 2ould try to ensure the delivery made the morning run. Negative experience: I am extremely disappointed with the service from Bloomex Australia. This is the third occasion on which I have placed an order, and unfortunately, each time I have had to cancel due to their failure to deliver on the promised date. When placing my orders, I clearly stated the importance of on-time delivery, especially as the occasions were significant. Despite the assurances made on their website, the deliveries were never fulfilled as promised. In my view, this constitutes misleading advertising, as their guarantees of timely delivery have not been met. The repeated failures have caused unnecessary stress and frustration and have directly impacted the ability to celebrate important events. Special occasions cannot be repeated, and the disappointment caused by Bloomex has been deeply frustrating. Based on these experiences, I will not be using Bloomex again and strongly advise others to consider alternative florists who can provide reliable service.

Negative experience: BUYER BEWARE! If I could give less than one star I would. This company has let me down twice now. I ordered a $100 gourmet gift hamper for my Father's birthday which was delivered a day late and basically contained a bunch of dry biscuits and drinking cocoa and many doubles of things. Nothing whatsoever like the picture or the desciption of the item on their website. When I complained they gave me store credit so I gave them the benefit of the doubt and ordered flowers and a Lindt and White wine hamper for my 50th birthday. It was delivered a day late after many phone calls to Bloomex and Aramex and I think I was lucky to get it even then as the estimated delivery by Aramex was actually 4 days later so the flowers would have been dead by then. The hamper I received contained not one piece of Lindt chocolate but some generic brand chocolates x 3 instead, a bottle of red wine (not white as ordered) and a bunch of chips and dry biscuits I could have bought from the supermarket. I have received a $25 refund for the late delivery and my complaint re the contents has been ignored. How can you call something a Lindt and White hamper when it doesn't contain any of those things? Seems like false advertising to me. I will be making a complaint to consumer affairs and the ACCC.

Negative experience: Luna was an absolute joy to deal with, she suggested different add ons to my order which made the experience feel really personal, thanks Take 2 of my review Sales was a great experience, however customer service and delivery was atrocious, customer service struggled to answer the phone, didn’t reply to my email, were no help once they answered and deliver was more than 3 days late from the original delivery date

Negative experience: After booking a flower delivery on Friday for delivery on Saturday I was contacted by Bloomex saying they were sorry they can't deliver them till Tuesday due to courier problems. Of course I cancelled the order and was then told it will take up to 7 days for me to be refunded, TOTALLY UNEXCEPTABLE.
