Fantastic experience: Ordered the Endless Love arrangement for my wife for her birthday. Flower selection was second to none and was very well recieved. I also got the extra box of Lindt chocolates to go with the flowers for the win.

Negative experience: I usually don’t write reviews, but after my last visit I felt I should. I’ve supported Tynte St for years, because they’re convenient, but almost every time, the staff are disgustingly rude. Their arrangements are dated, and the flowers don’t last. They also really need to consider that people come in for emotional moments. Thank goodness One Rundle has opened around the corner.

Negative experience: Were rude, appeared not even to be interested in myself walking into the shop. 3 staff in the shop and only 1 serving. No hello, we will be with you shortly, nothing....I could have been in there to buy a full arrangement for a huge wedding and now you've lost me. I will never be passing your shop onto friends and colleagues to buy from you. Absolutely disgraceful service!!! Will never return. Amateurish...

Fantastic experience: Purchased a bouquet for a 90th birthday, staff were extremely helpful and created a lovely arrangement adding hydrangeas to a colourful bouquet they already had to achieve my vision for the gift. Great value for the size of the arrangement with a vase, very happy and would return / highly recommend!

Negative experience: On Friday 9.1.2026 we received maison hydranges at about 4pm. They have barely lasted 24 hours. The water was dirty and all the instructions were followed to keep up with their care. Flowers no matter what type are expensive and mean a lot to the sender and recipient. Tynte flowers you need to know about this. My husband and I received them from our daughter for our birthday. A short moments of joy and surprise has now brought us tears and disappointment for our daughter's hard earned money wasted.

Negative experience: Absolutely shocking customer service. The florist on O’Connell Street clearly couldn’t be bothered helping because they were closing in five minutes and just wanted to go home. No effort, no care, and a very dismissive attitude. If helping customers feels like a burden, they shouldn’t be running a business. One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve come across. Avoid.

Negative experience: Rang ahead to ask if flowers chosen for this specific item are seasonal or exactly as pictured. The man who I spoke to said it will be as pictured. As you can see, the florals don't match (instead of roses and flowers I got these large green/white space fillers) and the quality of the small daisy petals and the white rose crushed in the middle is especially poor. Sent this gift for a friend interstate so couldn't pick it up myself to check quality. For the price point, I'm a bit disappointed. I had hopes based on the gorgeous 5 star reviews. But sadly, if you're ordering from here, like many other 1-star reviewers, I recommend you go collect it yourself in person. I did ring to try and rectify the problem but was left on hold for more than 10 minutes before I was hung up on.

Fantastic experience: I will never forget the kindness of staff at Tynte Flowers. I've been ordering flowers from Tynte Flowers for years. This time I walked into the store to seek special flowers for my best friend who was dying. The staff helped me find the roses in the colours she loved - lemony and peachy heritage roses - and then found extra roses which they added free of charge. When I took them to my friend in hospital she said she could never convey how much pleasure these roses gave her in reminding her of the colours of her garden. Their beauty calmed her. She died a couple of weeks later and we are all heartbroken. And yet the kindness of staff at Tynte Flowers made such a difference to her final weeks.

Positive experience: Very disappointed. Our foster daughter living in the USA sent us two orchids via Tynte . After a while the orchids died. Today I removed the two orchids from the pot. The pot was full of water. The pot had no drainage holes. The orchids were in two separate plastic mini pots filled with moss. Every thing in the mini pots were yellow and rotting. Never to revive. Very poor presentation G

Fantastic experience: I bought a roses lucky dip bunch special and was initially disappointed on pick up, seemed a small group of roses and less impressive than the online photo ad. But when I got them home and arranged in a vase I soon realised it was just the freshness of the rose buds that made it seem that way. Once more open after another day they were already looking great and even had someone else comment on the beautiful colorful bunch. Super happy!

Negative experience: I was very disappointed with the flowers I ordered Monday for my parents and myself for the birth of my great nephew and my parents great grandson. The arrangements were small and on Wednesday when I visited the hospital the flowers looked like they were dying. Not worth the money paid.

Negative experience: Extremely disappointed with the quality of flowers sent from my parents to their grandson for the birth of his first baby. 24 hours later and they looked like they were already dying. I used to love this florist but will no longer shop there, the standard has definitely dropped.

Negative experience: Flowers were beautiful but on the day of pick up, my order wasn’t packed and at first couldn’t find my order… no apology either and they decided to give me the flowers that were on display. When you’re paying $120 for 3 small vases of flowers, you expect better. Edit: after not even a week, the flowers are all dead. Really disappointed

Negative experience: Really disappointed to made a special trip to Hindmarsh to pick up 3 bunches of flowers I had ordered online, that appeared as bright flowers with a mix of white and coloured flowers, meant for a friend in hospital. On arrival I received a bunch of white flowers that looked quite limp, with no card. The staff member went to go look for it and eventually found it. Not the bright bunch I had intended, and had it been advertised or photographed correctly, or I'd been in store, I never would have purchased.

Negative experience: Terrible these didn’t even open were bought as a present so disappointed. They gave a refund of the flowers but not the delivery. I personally won’t be ordering anything again.

Fantastic experience: Tynte Flowers has been my "florist of choice" for a very long time! Recently, this was highlighted for me. A friend and I sent identical bunches of sunflowers. Hers from another florist and mine, of course, from Tynte. All the flowers were beautiful. My bunch was $30 cheaper. (I am still shaking my head) Tynte - great flowers, fast service, best pricing.

Fantastic experience: I called this place in a hurry, hoping to get flowers to a friend who had a very sick family member. Even though I called from Ohio, they were super friendly and patient with me. They communicated very well when they weren’t able to make a delivery at the right location, my fault, and were super communicative when they did. I wish I could give them 10 stars!

Negative experience: After emailing a complaint about the poor quality of the Roses I had bought [some stems with absolutely no leaves and drooping heads the day after I picked them up] and providing photos, I received a curt response and apology with an offer of a $14 credit to my profile. I found this insulting and unacceptable and declined the offer stating that I would not order from them again. No response to my rejection of the $14 credit. Very poor customer relations. So disappointed.

Positive experience: My daughter sent me a lovely vase of flowers, the large rose died within 1 day then the smaller ones in 3 days. A replacement bouquet was delivered & was beautiful as well but same thing happened with the roses! Not great for $130!!!

Fantastic experience: I ordered my wedding flowers from Tynte flowers, and they did an absolutely incredible job! Given that my wedding was 2 weeks before valentines day, it was very difficult to find a florist willing to take on even a small wedding - but even in this short time frame, Lauren and the team put together 2 decorative arrangements for the chapel, 2 small bouquets for my bridesmaids, and a large bouquet for myself - all within my comfortable budget range. The arrangements were so beautiful, they went above and beyond what I had hoped for - they were absolutely perfect and I couldn't be happier with the quality of service that I received. 10/10, would recommend!

Negative experience: Received flowers on 13th feb, with quality slightly deteriorating. Even after having changed the water and trimming stems as soon as they arrived and daily this is what they look like 2 days later...

Fantastic experience: Absolutely beautiful I ordered flowers for my niece who is in hospital over in Adelaide. We are from Coffs Harbour in NSW so I just had to Google search and hope for the best. From the start Tynte Flowers were helpful and friendly and the flowers were delivered within 2 hours !! Unfortunately my niece was still in critical care at the time so the flowers were not permitted to be left by hospital rules for that ward (understandably) but Tynte contacted me immediately to let me know. My brother who is there with his family picked them up from the florist the next morning and we are all so delighted at the quality. My brother said that as good as they look in photos they look even better in true life. So thank you very much Tynte for supplying an exceptional quality product and giving such wonderful customer service too !!!

Positive experience: One star review turned into a 4 star review, I had ordered flowers to my partners work for Valentine’s Day, they were not delivered on time and delivered to a wrong address, leaving my partner without on the day. After my complaint with no help or compassion from the staff about the situation. The owner Rick called me to apologise and did everything he needed to try and fix the situation. Sent Flowers to our house in a taxi a hour later. Their Punctuality on a busy day like Valentine’s Day might be questionable, but the owners integrity and willingness to make things right is not!

Fantastic experience: Always a good experience from Tynte. Flowers have always been very high quality and have generally lasted much longer than expected. Prices are quite comparable. Delivery people are always friendly and flowers never look damaged from delivery. Have always received what we ordered, never any mix ups. Delivery is always the killer for me because we live on the other side of town so have to always buy enough to justify the delivery fee.

Fantastic experience: I've used tynte flowers a number of times now. So I will call them my preferred florist. When I send flowers they have always been for different reasons a thankyou, Happy Birthday, congrats on retirement etc etc. One main reason I go back, is their unusual flower size setups. My recent order was a thank you, 2 females, one was the main recipient. I ordered a large vase of white lilies for the main lady BUT I also wanted to gift her assistant who helped. So I ordered a small vase with 2 blooms for her. Please keep the uniqueness of your vase sizes, or the little groups of 3. I've never been disappointed in what they send on my behalf.

Fantastic experience: I have always been extremely happy with the service I have received from Tynte Flowers. The person who takes the order is always very obliging and happy so early in the morning. The lovely selection of flowers offered are so reasonably priced and they last longer than from other florists. The complimentary card is also a lovely bonus. Delivery is always prompt and the driver happy to deliver to the door. Who wouldn't be when the flowers are so special to whoever is receiving them. Flowers are always wrapped beautifully. Negative experience: very disappointing experience with Tyne Flower. We ordered flowers for a birthday and stayed home all day to ensure we wouldn't miss the delivery. When the doorbell rang, we answered immediately and rushed downstairs in one minute but no one was there—no note, no call, nothing. Despite leaving notes when placed order that to give us a call, they didn't follow through. Then we received a text after 5pm, saying they were unable to deliver and that we could either pick up the flowers or have to pay for redelivery. This was incredibly frustrating, as we had paid delivery fee and had been home all day. What else we could do? Even if we can get the flowers later, the birthday has already been missed, nothing can make up for this.

Fantastic experience: I ordered the 'Uptown Girl' arrangement for delivery. It arrived promptly on the day and the arrangement was absolutely STUNNING. So fresh and the pale pink roses were so perfect, I touched them to see if they were actually real. A beautiful gift
