Fantastic experience: Over the New Year holidays, Westridge Florist was actually open. I ordered flowers on the Friday for delivery to a club bistro that afternoon. It was a bit complicated to find out exactly where to deliver the flowers, but once I had that information , Westridge Florist came through. The beautiful arrangement was delivered and they sent photos to me and I was soooo happy with the flowers and the service. Well done and thank you, Westridge Florist.

I was so pleased with the floral arrangement created by Sarah at Westridge Florist. Sarah went the extra mile to organise a floral arrangement to include specific flowers that I had requested. Used the website as reference only to pick the flower arrangement and ordered over the phone using CC. Sarah was great to deal with and extremely accommodating to the short notice. Sarah went so far as to text message me photos of the arrangement after she made it and confirmed the delivery was on schedule before the cut off time I gave her. Fantastic experience: Sarah was extremely helpful in preparing Gerbera corsages and Mens buttonhole flowers for a recent wedding we attended. We ordered 22 and each was made with care and attention to detail. Nothing was too hard for Sarah and her follow up was extremely kind and thoughtful. I’m interstate and called them to request a late notice and urgent delivery for a family member’s birthday. Positive experience: Update: I was contacted by Westridge Florists and it was discovered that the workers made all communications to the wrong phone numbers, and an attempt was made to deliver the flowers as late as possible. At 11:30am, I placed an order for same-day delivery flowers from here. I received no picture of the bouquet, even though I ticked the box on the order form to request as such. I had to wait until the recipient showed me a picture. I requested for the bouquet to be delivered after 4:30, yet they were delivered 2.5 hours earlier while the recipient wasn't at home. A call would have been nice to let me know that my request wasn't possible. I also requested for the recipient to be called upon delivery. This didn't happen, which is especially bizarre considering that the company's website states that the receipt will be called or messaged if not home upon delivery. The flowers were somehow left inside the gate at the recipient's doorstep, which I am thankful for, but none of my delivery instructions were followed, and I received no notification from the store about this fact. This bad communication really affected my experience.
