Fantastic experience: I ordered a bunch of flowers to be sent to my sister locally a few days prior to her birthday. They arrived mid morning on her birthday and were absolutely gorgeous. Fantastic experience: I’ll admit it—I’m that husband. The one who usually forgets Valentine’s Day until I’m standing in Woolies at 7 AM, panic-buying whatever’s left. But this year, I decided to redeem myself. I went outside the box and had Ruby Lane deliver flowers before Valentine’s Day (yes, I know—shockingly romantic). I had no clue what bouquet to pick, but the friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable staff helped me choose an arrangement that even I was impressed by. Better yet, they didn’t just throw it on a standard delivery run—they arranged for hand delivery at a time that suited me. My wife was blown away. I was officially out of the doghouse. And as a bonus, I discovered they also serve an incredible coffee. Ruby Lane, you’re the pinnacle of service in my books. Highly recommend—and yes, I’ll be back (hopefully before next Valentine’s Day!).

Fantastic experience: Great small coffee bar inside a florist. Reasonable range of coffee drinks available and in a nicely renovated compound. Shopping for furniture is much more enjoyable with their coffee in hand. Small snacks available.

Fantastic experience: I’ll be honest, I’m a flower snob. I love my flowers to be colourful and fragrant. I was honestly shocked when my partner handed me these for my birthday. It brought me to tears. If you want your partner to tear up and feel very loved & rave about her flowers, I highly recommend ordering the premium floral arrangement! I can’t stop looking at them. Positive experience: I ordered a medium posy for my friends birthday costing 90.00. I was very disappointed in the size of the posy for that amount of money. Sent another friend flowers in Wagga NSW on the same day same cost and twice the amount of flowers.

Please know we try to be as competitive as possible, however flower prices from our suppliers have nearly doubled in the last two years and we've kept our flower prices the same, sometimes to our own detriment. Unfortunately availability and prices vary widely from region to region so we are working to the best of our ability with what we have here in Queensland. So sorry if your friend was disappointed x

Fantastic experience: Update: thank you for doing that! Beautiful flowers but this is what they sent when I ordered the large dried arrangement. I sent them an email asking why they sent one that’s clearly half the size and they just said “it will fluff out in a vase” Yeah. No. I said I wasn’t happy and I got no further response. They are pretty but not $125 worth of anything (I also bought a candle which is nice) Edit: after writing this, a new bunch was sent. Very sweet but I think they might need to update the pictures on their website to reflect their post covid capacity. I just want what was advertised so make your sample pictures slightly smaller or (please don't cause it's already expensive) increase prices.
