Negative experience: They allow you to order and pay for flowers that arnt even in stock. Customer service poor at best.

Negative experience: Ordered the Rose Noir for my girlfriend for Valentine's Day. Looked great on the website, red roses with baby's breath. What actually showed up was roses buried under a massive fern. My partner walked past it thinking it was a bush in the garden. You could barely see the roses. Contacted the shop. They refused a refund and pointed to a substitution disclaimer on their website. Then blamed me for not complaining fast enough. I stayed polite and asked for either what I actually ordered or a small gesture of goodwill. The owner's response? "I am the owner, decision is final." He rejected that the product was poor quality, then asked ME what I'd propose to fix it. They then dragged it out for two weeks. Staff said David was "on leave." When he finally responded, nothing had changed. No refund. No replacement. Just the same disclaimer used as a shield. Two weeks of emails for absolutely nothing. Go to any other florist in Toowoomba. I really don't recommend anyone that treats their customers poorly.

Fantastic experience: I came to Toowoomba for a quick day trip and wanted to get a lovely little posy of flowers for my favourite sister to leave as a surprise at her ladies sewing group. I decided to get a second posy for my sister-in-law. That was on the 11th of February. Today... 26th... my sister sent a photo of the posy... a few flowers obviously were wilted and removed... but she still had a perfect little bunch of sunshine to her day. THANK YOU... Definitely will be going to you again once we move up there.

Positive experience: Great delivery timeframe. Was a bit disappointed with the helium balloon, as one went completely down within 12 hours. I would have provided a higher rating if we got at least 2 days out of the balloons.

Negative experience: So disappointed with the bunch of flowers l purchased last Friday. They must have cost $8- $10 a stem, l got 4 1/2 stems but wait they put some green in it to fill out the bunch. Never would l go back or recommend this florist. And the flowers are half dead so l believe now.

Easy to use the online store, you just have to be a little patient. Suggested add on gifts at the checkout are fantastic and not too pricey either but I couldn’t find them anywhere else on the website and the actual “gifts” section is much pricier.

I sent an email to the florist with questions about flowers etc. They responded with a call to me within 15 minutes and offered a couple of suggestions. We placed an order for same day delivery. Unfortunately we provided an incorrect address. The florist contacted me and left a message to let me know. I was only able to retrieve the message much later in the evening. In the meantime the florist located our colleague and delivered the flowers. We were thrilled, of course, that the flowers had been delivered. This took place after hours. In Toowoomba, our flowers are hand delivered by our own in house driver, Monday to Saturday.' what you don't say here is, your orders for areas outside the toowoomba area need to be received BEFORE fastway comes, quite early. i ordered some flowers for my wife's birthday today for westbrook delivery. sent order around 10am. you called soon after advising this could not be done. it was meant to be a surprise but that was shattered. Look, I acknowledge you did help to try to correct the situation, appreciated, but too late by then. the delivery was ultimately made to a different address same day, but not directly to my wife. she loves the boquet. But sorry, can't give you 5 stars for this. more disclosure needed with your online platform. thank you
