However, I would have appreciated notification (either phone or email) that the flowers had been delivered - I ended up calling the florist to check for myself. Fantastic experience: I placed an order for a lovely bunch of flowers for my girlfriend's birthday. I had an issue locating my friend and asked if the girls could hold the delivery for me until I ensured she was at home. Last year was a disaster as my friend had decided to spend her birthday away, so she was greeted with a dead bouquet by the time she got home. The staff went above and beyond what should be expected of them to ensure they retrieved the flowers from the courier and held them until I could advise that my friend was home. After many disappointing previous flower orders both interstate and internationally, it was refreshing to see a florist deliver exactly what I had ordered. I definitely recommend this florist for Customer Service and value for money.
