Everything was easy and well explained, the price I thought was pretty great too for fresh flowers and I got a fair bit! The end product was AMAZING! So so beautiful and exactly what I wanted. They also lasted a long time afterwards to enjoy. Highly recommend

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Toowoomba Flower Market for wedding flowers. The bouquets and buttonholes for our day were so beautiful and went so well with the colours of our wedding. The native flowers really brought the special 'Australian' detail to our Filipino-Scottish-Australian wedding. So many of our guests complimented our flowers! They are great with communication and the coordination of deliveries.

Fantastic experience: We have gone to this place now for two years for my mums grave flowers for her resting spot. I cannot fault these people . From coming up with a new arrangement with same flowers types. But what I love more so is the flowers come in and sent perfect they talk how to help that as they only want the best. With price With customers service they are awesome and making hard times so much easier and brightee they do amazingly. Negative experience: Ordered some flowers at the first visit from a very lovely and accommodating lady. However, the lady who attended to us at collection was extremely rude and uninterested. Was so disrespectful even when answering questions and tried to be sarcastic. Was not expecting this experience after spending a few hundred dollars worth of flowers. On top of that, one of the more expensive bunches was wilted and we found the exact same bouquet at Coles and Woolworths for half the price and looked way fresher. Would have overlooked this if we were treated better.

Negative experience: $166 Flowers that are dead and burnt. I read the reviews and assumed quality. I am extremly disapointed I sent these to my unwell mother to cheer here up but this has done the oposite. Massive Rip off.

Negative experience: Flowers got delivered to incorrect address, so they were out in the hot sun all day. Not a happy customer when you spend $76. For a grandma's birthday, went to number 7 instead of 37 with is clearly stated on tax invoice and card to be delivered to 37. Would not recommend them for deliveries at all.

Positive experience: Toowoomba Flower Market did a wonderful job of the bouquets, buttonholes, and corsages for our wedding. The team were friendly and easy to chat to during the initial consultation, and the flowers were beautifully fresh and well presented on the day. The team listened to what my husband and I hoped for and delivered an incredible array of flowers.

Negative experience: If I could leave a -100 star review I would. The treatment I received from the staff in this store was absolutely appalling. I visited this store to buy my sister a bunch of flowers for her birthday. I was jumped on as soon as I entered the store asking me where my mask was. I replied I am medically exempt from wearing a mask due to my medical conditions. The demanded to see my mask exemption from my doctor to which I declined as legally no one needs to see my medical records. I felt personally attacked and discriminated against. They did not follow the mask exemption rules. They were extremely dismissive and aggressive towards myself in front of my small child. I was told they ‘don’t care about mask exemptions.’ Due to my medical conditions. It is extremely unsafe for me to wear a mask. I felt utterly humiliated with this treatment. I would strongly recommend NOT stepping foot into this store. Absolutely disgusting treatment. The staff should be ashamed of themselves.

Negative experience: Was rudely told to leave as I was not wearing a mask. I said I have an exemption, which a lady told me they have to sight it before they would serve me. (Breach of privacy act). This person rudely turned around straight away before I could give any response. I had even been in the store for over 5mins and was happily talking to another staff member! Another lady behind the counter politely told me the owner has given instructions not to serve anyone without a face mask. No problems, I said I’ll go elsewhere. Went to a competitor 5mins away and spent my $85 there…no issues. I use to shop at Toowoomba Flower Market, so that’s why I gave them 2 stars instead of 1, but I won’t be going back there again unfortunately. I’m happy to spend my money with businesses that want it.

Negative experience: Very very disappointed. I usually have had only good things to say about the Flower Market and recommend them to everyone I can. But my second last experience the flowers were dead after three days. This time I placed three orders one order had to be remade as it was nothing like what I had requested. The other two also didn’t look like what I had asked for and there was more greenery than flowers. I don’t believe that my flower bouquets were value for money. Unfortunately I don’t think I will be using the Flower Market for my future flower needs.
