Fantastic experience: During a time of sadness, I called Cathy or Cassie from the Enchanted Florist in Newtown Toowoomba for assistance to send flowers to our loved ones. Care, professionalism, kindness and understanding was received from the first moment of contact. Due to the time that we were not sure we had left with our loved one, Cathy/Cassie put together the most precious bouquet and delivered it in Toowoomba within the hour. I totally recommend The Enchanted Florist and particularly Cathy/Cassie for her kindness and understanding of our need. Thankyou Cathy/Cassie Very appreciated. Dot
Thankyou so much Dot for your kind words so glad your family loved the flowers

Positive experience: Order was not as expected but after speaking with florist the flowers included a vase. Now that makes more of value of my order. Thank you for your call.
Hi Kieran,
Glad I could speak with you over the phone and clarify your misunderstanding of the vase being included in cost
Sorry you feel disappointed in the flowers you chose for delivery.as per our substitution policy we will endeavour to match as close as possible, what we used were yellow, white and apricot, including roses, lissianthus, chrysanthemum and carnations. That was the colour palette chosen
Fantastic experience: Friendly, respectful and helpful staff. Flowers are of a decent quality, pricey, but I dont buy flowers very often, so I dont know what the mean price is. Aside that, great florist
Thank you Zac
