Fantastic experience: During a time of sadness, I called Cathy or Cassie from the Enchanted Florist in Newtown Toowoomba for assistance to send flowers to our loved ones. Care, professionalism, kindness and understanding was received from the first moment of contact. Due to the time that we were not sure we had left with our loved one, Cathy/Cassie put together the most precious bouquet and delivered it in Toowoomba within the hour. Negative experience: Wasn't happy with recent bridal flowers which I'd ordered. Neither the bridal bouquet nor the two bridesmaid bouquets had any decorative ribbon attached, only some kind of gauze banding. Overpriced and didn't look attractive; more like bunches of flowers just pulled out of a garden. Would not use the florist again.

Fantastic experience: Huge thank you to The Enchanted Florist for helping out another florist in her travels. On short notice I had to travel from NSW to Toowoomba for a family funeral. During travel the day before, I called to place an order over the phone. I described that we were after a bright, pretty and colourful arrangement to celebrate a cheery and beautiful woman's life as well as some tribute flowers to lay on the coffin. We gave her our budget and Kathy (sorry if I have misheard the name) created this stunning bright and modern arrangement. It was beautiful and the Lily & stock also made it smell amazing also. Rather than order online i called up and just said bright and colourful and a dollar amount rather than choosing a specific arrangement. What they delivered was really beautiful and exactly what i wanted. Sure to brighten up anyone's day. No issues with delivery, and just really happy with the product.

Negative experience: I ordered a purple and white arrangement in a glass cubed vase. It arrived in a silver cardboard box and 80% of the flowers are closed buds. No Purple in the whole bloody thing!!!!!
