Negative experience: I ordered the baby hamper in sage (first picture) to be delivered as a gift for a new Mum. I chose it specifically because it included a koala which had special significance for the recipient. Instead, the koala was replaced with a different toy and the sage wrap was replaced by a dirty brown coloured wrap which I would never have chosen (second picture). Both these replacements were made without any consultation with me and resulted in a very disappointing gift which did not look like it was worth the money I paid. The picture on the website misrepresented what was actually sent and an email to the store expressing my disappointment went unanswered. I will not be using this store again.

Fantastic experience: Had to order some emergency flowers for my Mom's birthday. Ordered at 3:30pm some flowers and a hamper. Was worried they weren't going to be delivered because I ordered so late but spoke to lovely Marissa, who was making the flowers as we spoke. The flowers and hamper were beautiful, made with care and the price beyond reasonable for delivery included. Could not recomend Ever and Maple Florist more highly !

Fantastic experience: Beautiful store with lovely staff. I can’t believe I didn’t know of its existence before today! Lovely items as well as flowers. Perfect spot to pick up a gift for a loved one. The florist made a bouquet for me on the spot and it was just what I wanted. (A side-note—I know florist shops usually smell nice but this one was spectacular!)
