Fantastic experience: I’ve been using Geelong Flower Farm for around 3–4 years now and they have been consistently incredible every single time. The flowers are always fresh, beautifully arranged, and last so well. You can tell they put a lot of care into their work. Their pricing is also very reasonable for the quality you receive, which is hard to find these days. Whether it’s for birthdays, special occasions, or just because, they always deliver stunning bouquets. Highly recommend to anyone looking for beautiful flowers and reliable service!

Fantastic experience: I received a beautiful Geelong Flower Farm bouquet of tulips from my daughter which not only made my day - but made my week! They were still stunning seven days later! I wouldn’t use anyone else when I want to send flowers or fill a vase at home. Lovely fresh flowers and beautifully presented. The photo was taken a week after delivery.

Fantastic experience: Geelong Flower Farm is one of my favourite places. The staff are lovely. They have flowers for any occasion you need. The selection covers everything you could need. It always makes me happy browsing the flowers then have a coffee and cake at the cafe.

Negative experience: Second time the blonde girl has been really rude and abrasive. Not only to me but to the younger staff member. Placed 2 bunches of flowers on the counter, got attitude and barely even looked at. Put into a plastic bag. So I asked for them to be wrapped. The response was “you need to ask before we serve you”….. yet my friend had purchased less than 5 mins before and they were wrapped. Like I’ve just spent $50 on flowers wouldn’t it be a given and good service to offer? I didn’t need them ‘arranged’ like you assumed. I asked for them to be wrapped. Then proceeded to snap at the younger worker. Then tried to make small talk with me. No love, don’t bother. You are rude. Try removing that giant chip off you shoulder and if your workload is to large, speak to your superiors - don’t take it out on customers who are keeping you in a job.

Fantastic experience: I have worked with Geelong Flower Farm twice now and can't recommend them enough. I hired the Bloom space for an event and the whole experience was wonderful. This weekend, we picked up our order of flowers for our wedding. Every single flower was beautiful - none with any damage. Once again, the experience was outstanding. From placing the order, getting advice to carrying out our buckets of flowers, the whole process was seamless. It is an extremely affordable way to do wedding or event flowers as well. 10/10 in every way!! Thank you for all of your help.

Negative experience: The flowers were beautiful, cannot fault them, however this is the second time the delivery service has let us down. I mentioned in as many places as I could when ordering online that the person they were getting delivered to would not be at their work place after 3pm, so could they please be delivered before then. They were delivered after. If my request could not be met, it would have been helpful to be advised so I could have organised an alternative. It really defeated the purpose of sending flowers.

Fantastic experience: We made our own flowers for my wedding using flowers from the flower farm. The staff were increasingly helpful, and sold everything we need. Great for a much cheaper alternative.

Negative experience: Pathetic service! I ordered flowers months out for my wedding and was never told that it was a ‘you might get them or you might not’ type service. I was emailed on the day of collection advising they were only able to source half of what I had ordered. No replacement offered, no discount as an apology (which I requested), just bad luck!

Positive experience: Today I received another bunch of flowers as a gift..unfortunately half of the bunch had smaller pieces stuck in the middle ..cannot use then too small too broken scraggly pieces..some of the younger staff are obviously lacking knowledge..as I receive a monthly bunch from my grandson I would appreciate a better arrangement...not the first time..

Fantastic experience: Organised a floral tied bouquet workshop for a hens night at the Geelong Flower Farm’s Bloom House. Planning was easy and it was such a fun workshop, the instructors were so engaging, patient and helpful. We hired the space for an extra 1 and 15 mins after the workshop which was perfect for the rest of the hens night festivities. Thank you! X

Fantastic experience: For a DIY bride, Geelong Flower farm was heaven sent! When I had rescheduled my wedding to winter, I was afraid I would have to give up my vision of DIY flowers because all the flower farms I contacted advised that winter was their off-season and they had no flowers to sell to me. But then I found Geelong flower farm and they amazingly have flowers all year round due to their partners/suppliers. What also stood out for me was their DIY consult. For someone like me who had a vision but didn’t have a clue on the details, having a lengthy consult with its Georgie was incredibly helpful. She followed my colour palette and suggested flowers accordingly. She also helped me break down the details of how many stems/bunches were needed for each arrangement we wanted. And the ordering process itself was so easy, I just needed to confirm my order via email a few weeks in advanced then picked up a few days before our wedding. All our guests gushed about how beautiful the flowers were and I would highly recommend Geelong flower farm to all DIY brides.

Fantastic experience: I bought flowers for my sister's birthday...Flowers were soo beautiful and they smelled so good that it was like a floral airfreshner...and also I contacted them many time ...their customer service is second to none..even the flowers were arranged and packed beautifully...I normally don't review..but thought of taking time to leave a good review..because I was so happy with what I got and the customer service Flowers were fresh..they looked good even after 7 hrs. Fantastic experience: We took Mum to the Fork n Flower Cafe (which was amazing), next to the Geelong Flower Farm and had prearranged for 20 yellow roses in a vase as a surprise. The roses were absolutely beautiful and we are very impressed with the high quality level of the service provided. We highly recommend the Geelong Flower Farm for the quality of their product, service and pricing.

Positive experience: The pink& white rose I purchased from this shop was beautiful and I’m really happy with the quality as well. The flower gets delivered to my place on the same day. The reason why I gave 4 star is because the delivery fee was extremely expensive. I was charged $18 for it. Other than this, I’m happy with the flower in general

Fantastic experience: We bought the flowers here for our wedding and couldn't recommend the team from Geelong flower farm more. The initial consult was fun and very informative and helped me to create the exact florals I envisioned for the special day without any previous experience in flower arranging. The flowers were fresh upon pick-up and reasonably priced too. Thanks GFF team!

Negative experience: After receiving a gift voucher from my daughter for my favourite Florist on Mother’s Day. How disappointed did l feel when l drove from Torquay to Moolap to redeem my gift voucher. After wandering around and picking up what I wanted and being informed at the counter that I couldn’t use it. Apparently there is an issue with online vouchers and l could only use it online to redeem it. After returning empty handed back to Torquay. I looked online shop and the gift l wanted to purchase wasn’t there. I would not recommend anyone purchase a gift voucher on line from this store as you will most likely forfeit your money. Totally unsatisfied that the fine print on a gift voucher forces customers to purchase from a limited on line stock You have now lost a loyal customer!!

Positive experience: Husband ordered $150 bunch of flowers for my birthday, I had showed him a photo of the exact bunch I wanted (Geelong flower farms own creation and picture on website) he emailed them the photo and when he collected the flowers they looked nothing like the picture. Was 2 pink flowers and the rest were dark orange and yellow. My husband is of soft nature and doesn’t like confrontation so he paid and left. He called me and apologised for the flowers I was about to receive as he knew they weren’t what he ordered. I rang the flower shop and explained the situation and I was met with well your husband shouldve said something. Very unprofessional service, I know flowers are seasonal but don’t advertise floral arrangements to order if you cannot fulfill. Have always enjoyed Geelong flower farm but will be taking our business elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: Ordered pretty soon before their cut off for same day delivery, delivered by 12.30pm that day. I got the florist’s choice pot for $180. Recipient, and I quote, had “never seen flowers so outstandingly beautiful.“ Thanks so much Flower Farm

Negative experience: My husband and I spent a while selecting a bunch of flowers within our budget and chose one that was clearly marked $50. We took it to the counter and the lady wrapped it and then charged us $70. When we said we thought it was $50, and she just said "$70". We ended up paying as they were quite busy and didn't want to make a fuss, but I don't think we'll be going back.

Fantastic experience: Ordered late last night and were delivered this morning. I did the pastel arrangement so was unaware of end result. My recipient said they're absolutely stunning. I saw a photo and they were, a beautiful selection and colour blend and contrast and generous too. Very fresh looking also. Thank you for an easy stress free experience.

Fantastic experience: Called in for coffee today, on our way home to Ballarat. Coffee was beautiful but whilst there decided to try a pre prepared, home cooked meal for an easy dinner tonight. Chose a honey soy chicken meal…wow! Thank you for an amazing meal. Delicious tender chicken combined with a flavoursome sauce and some vegies. A bowl of rice topped it off. Can highly recommend these meals.

Negative experience: Flowers delivered were already brown 1wk latter literally with rotting on them my husband sent these as a wedding anniversary gift what a waste of money. I’m unable to share pics but have with company

Negative experience: I ordered flowers and requested natives to the value of $80, which were delivered on Thursday 5/5/2022. I saw the arrangement today 7/5/2022 and was appalled at what was delivered, no way was that arrangement worth $80. The flowers were for my Great Niece celebrating the birth of her first baby. Such a skimpy arrangement nothing like what is on your website, I am thoroughly disappointed. My first time using your business which was recommended, what a mistake. I emailed you on Saturday and no response. Kathy
