Negative experience: Order and paid for the same day delivery. Order confirmed and processed then to be advised via text 8hrs layer that unable to complete or deliver order. Its now too late to organise another florist in time! Thanks for wasting my time, money, and leaving me embarrassed with a dear friend who wont be receiving flowers today.
