Fantastic experience: The online ordering process was easy, but that is not what the 5 stars are for. I ordered flowers for a funeral online. Obviously I put the name of the institution where the funeral was being held and it's address on the order. Later that night I realised there had been nowhere to put the time of the funeral. I was worried the flowers would turn up late. I called the next day to make sure they would arrive on time. Not only did Jo know exactly what order I was asking about, she had seen the flowers were for a funeral and looked it up online to ensure the order specified a time frame for arrival of an hour before the funeral started! And, she was lovely to talk to

Fantastic experience: After a small mix up with delivery, I was impressed with a swift and generous response. They were super kind and responsive and went above and beyond to resolve the small issue. The flowers are gorgeous and their customer service is amazing. I’ll definitely be back!

Fantastic experience: We're in the US and ordered flowers for delivery on Mother's Day. We ordered early morning Aussie time in hopes they could squeeze in our last minute order. We would've totally understood if they were to be delivered the day after as we ordered late and understand it's very busy for this day. Not only did they deliver on Mother's Day, the flowers were of quality and absolutely beautiful! Highly recommend!

I described that I wanted pink and white flowers with not too much greenery and that's what was delivered. Flowers were fresh and beautiful. Highly recommend this florist.

Fantastic experience: These guys were fantastic through the whole process of getting a special gift. I bought a nice bouquet and some gifts to get me in the good books. I bought online, which was simple and straightforward. The communication was outstanding and the delivery time I could have set my watch to!
