I was picking out a card and mentioned how terrible my handwriting is — without hesitation, the kind lady who served me offered to write it out beautifully for me. It was such a thoughtful gesture and truly went above and beyond what I expected. The shop has a great selection of gifts and cards, but it’s the friendly and caring service that made my day. Thank you again — your help meant more than you know!

Negative experience: Hi. Just wanna let you know that im really disappointed with the quality and delivery of your service. I choose to come back and buy flowers from your business because I previously bought white roses for my gf from your business, and she was amazed by the freshness and quality and delivery service. This time, however, the red roses looked withered and not fresh at all. On top of that, the card with my special msg was hand written, it wasnt printed out, and my gf couldn't even read it. Also, the delivery person didn't wait for her at the door to receive the roses. Just knocked and left it at the door. My gf was home and was waiting for the flowers. If I didn't tell her and keep it as a surprise, then roses would have just been left at the front door. I am so very upset and dissatisfied with the quality and service this time round, especially when I paid extra for the delivery. My efforts to make my gf happy on our anniversary were ruined. You guys let me down and will go somewhere else to purchase flowers in the future.

Fantastic experience: needed a very colourful very large bouquet for a funeral and these lovely Ladies whipped it up on the spot. So fresh and looked amazing! Definitely recommend them. Thankyou Ladies !!

And they were beautiful - not to mention the delivery lady turned off her roast and did extra hours to ensure they were delivered same day!!! My flower girls flowers were sensational & I left them totally in there hands to create & they were perfectly handcrafted.
