Negative experience: This company will steal your money any way they possibly can and I’m convinced all the 6.6k reviews are from bots. I was looking on their website to simply look at the cost of delivering flowers to my sister, when all of a sudden an order went through and charged my card $60. I emailed them immediately to inform them that it was a mistake and to ask for a refund. Because of my due diligence, they wouldn’t have faced loss to their company. I got an email back saying that I can only have store credit. I explained my situation further, and no one responded back to me. I reached out a third time and recorded the same automatic response. This company feels that it’s moral to steal people’s money who were not planning on providing them their business, when it’s Bloomex’s responsibility to ensure their website doesn’t take money from unknowing people. Why would I want store credit to purchase flowers that are subpar compared to the outrageous pricing?

Negative experience: I wish I read the reviews before ordering. Order requested delivery after 5pm which is within the delivery times posted on their website for residential delivery. Rather than stopping the order or contacting me to advise they couldn't deliver after 5 they sent the order at 440. Driver claimed no reply to texts but there was a reply. I replied to their non delivery email at 8 am requesting they redeliver after 5 pm. They did not reply to my email or by any other method. I say on hold twice for 20 minutes before finally speaking with a agent who kept talking over me, saying it was too late for a delivery today and wouldn't address any of my concerns then hung up on me. For a business that is literally just a service, they lack any semblance of customer service.

Fantastic experience: Easy to order and navigate. We have used Bloomex before and have been very satisfied. However, the website offers "Same Day Delivery" and yet when I went to complete the order it didn't offer me today for delivery. And it was only 10:15am PST when I did the order online.

Negative experience: Very disappointed. The delivery was supposed to be on Friday, it never arrived, Saturday I called, they said it would be delivered by 8pm Saturday, no delivery. Sunday I finally called them AGAIN they started an investigation. A few hours later, the flowers finally showed up, with all the petals falling off. Unbelievable, will never use them again. It was a fairly expensive arrangement, feel very ripped off.

Negative experience: Placed order online for Valentine's day, was not delivered or contacted on the 14th. I called and sat I. Hold for yesterday afternoon hoping to get some information as the flowers were for my girlfriend who lives far away. Just now recieved an email, addressed to another person, stating my order was being cancelled. No option to change the date, no recourse.

Negative experience: Terrible experience. I ordered a bouquet on the 12th for delivery on the 14th. I even called and placed the order by phone 2 days before to make sure everything was fine. At 4pm on the 14th nothing was delivered so I called them, and they tell me they don’t even have the flowers in stock?? Apparently they already substituted it with something else without even notifying me. And now they say it will be delivered on the 15th instead. What was the point then. I asked to cancel and get a refund and the guy on the phone wasn’t even sure if I’ll get refunded. He said I have to wait 48 hours for an email to “find out”. That’s crazy. Never ordering from them again.

Negative experience: I purchased 2 holiday baskets with floral arrangements for my family for $75 each. Two bouquets with daisies and carnations were delivered. One they didn’t even notify my parents that it had arrived. I emailed twice before getting a response. I provided a photo of them. Here is the response: Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. Upon reviewing the provided pictures, we confirmed that the arrangement you received adhered to our policy and item description. While we strive to source flowers that closely resemble the images on our website, variations may occur due to differences in computer monitors and natural variations in crops. Additionally, flowers may shift during transportation or vary in appearance depending on the angle of the photograph. Nevertheless, the florist maintained the design and color scheme of the arrangement, resulting in a fresh and beautiful presentation. We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused You will pay for what is photographed and not get what you ordered. Terrible.

Negative experience: I am a florist myself and am disgusted with BLOOMEX. My family ordered a rose and lily basket for $200+(pictured left below) and what was received is the picture on the right. I have to warn people…DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY…they rip you off. WILL ONLY ORDER FROM A LOCAL FLOWERSHOP IN THE FUTURE.

Negative experience: Terrible customer service. I paid for 1-day delivery and they didn't deliver it. Went to the apartment and didn't try to call, then took them back to the warehouse. Said they can't give a refund so gave me store credit. After reading the reviews of how terrible the flowers are, I definitely won't be using it.

Negative experience: Very disappointing experience. The order was marked as Delivered in the morning, but the delivery driver simply left the box at the front door, without knocking, calling, or notifying anyone. Because of that, the package stayed outside the entire day, and we only discovered it at night. The flowers remained inside the box for hours, which is completely unacceptable for such a delicate product. This was supposed to be a surprise, and the poor delivery completely ruined the moment. The experience was frustrating and stressful. This is not an acceptable delivery standard, and I do not recommend this service.

Negative experience: Bouqet was short roses, it was delayed and it was not worth what I paid. 3 dozen roses bouqet ordered and not all 36 roses were there. Bouqet was picked up day before and sat in delivery company overnight. Roses didnt look fresh at all. The bouqet online looked a million times better than what was received. Will never order through this company again.

Negative experience: Completely unacceptable. I paid $103.56 for wine and chocolate with delivery. The recipient received $20 chocolates (photo attached). Customer service LATER said the wine was out of stock and offered a credit. I requested a refund instead and have received nothing.

Negative experience: NEVER ORDER WITH THIS SCAM COMPANY, They delayed my order without telling me, gave me the wrong flowers and told me that they were going to submit my refund 3 weeks ago. I had spoken too 4 different employees throughout my time here and NONE have helped my situation where I paying customer like myself was not satisfied with their product or even communication with the company. This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had with a company and they still have yet to reimburse the order that they messed up, total unlawfulness, lack of trust and NO ACCOUNTABILITY. Negative experience: I am beyond disappointed with this service. I paid $250 for a specific order that was missed on every level. I ordered plants; I received wilted flowers. I ordered a variety of teas; I received one brand (Bloomex brand) that tasted like water. Most shockingly, the "fresh" fruit bowl arrived rotted and inedible. Beyond the poor quality, the delivery was three days late, missing the intended occasion entirely. After researching on Reddit and other review sites, l've realized this is a systemic issue with this company, not a one-off mistake. When I contacted customer service, they refused a refund to my original payment method and only offered store credit. I will be pursuing a chargeback through my credit card. Save your money and go with a reputable local florist instead.

Negative experience: I ordered the Vintage Bloom bouquet as a gift and paid an extra to “supersize” it. What arrived was shockingly small and incredibly disappointing. The bouquet contained 3 roses, 3 lilies, and about 7 carnations with essentially no other filler flowers. For over $100, this is completely unacceptable. At best, this is a $30–$40 grocery store bouquet. It is by far the skinniest, wimpiest bouquet I’ve ever received, and it looks nothing like what you’d expect for the price. Extremely poor value, misleading pricing, and overall a terrible experience. I will not be ordering from Bloomex again.

Negative experience: Terrible service They ruined my birthday, didn't deliver the flowers on the right day, and rescheduled the delivery without even asking me, to a day when I wouldn't even be at the hotel anymore. The Indian guy from customer support lied that he canceled the order, but in reality, he didn't. It's simply disgraceful. And they don't return the money.

Negative experience: Do not order flowers from them. I paid for the super sized order. What was delivered was embarrassing! Their customer service is horrible. They say they will send a new order, or a gift basket, or credit and then they go radio silent. I’ve been put on hold so many times and no one answers. I had 1 person just now hang up on me when I gave her my order number. I have included photos of what I ordered vs what got. A note, when you change the “size” their online photo doesn’t change. The first time I called, their person told me there should have been 5 roses minimum and there were 3. Also, wrong vase. STAY AWAY!!!

Negative experience: I had four different orders to four different addresses, which went quite smoothly until… The baskets that I sent were 3 gourmet baskets and one with beer and nuts. The so-called gourmet baskets were a joke! Repeat items, stale items, and not the quantity of items that were supposed to be in the basket. I was not impressed and neither were my recipients. This was a Christmas gift and it ended up being a joke,a total waste of money! I did send a message with my concern about my orders and I have yet to hear back from the company. I would not suggest using this company at this time of year. The quality is terrible.

Negative experience: I placed an order to be delivered on Dec 20th only to discover that an email was sent on the day it was to be delivered that it was delayed until the 23rd. I called customer service saying this was not acceptable as at the time I placed my order they never mentioned that the delivery could be delayed. They kept saying at least it will get there by Christmas which in my case did not matter as it was not meant for Christmas. I said it was very important that it was delivered on the 20th and they said there hands were tied. No chance to cancel!!! I will not be ordering from them again. I am so disappointed

Negative experience: I paid extra for same-day delivery, clearly entered COMPANY information so they knew it had to arrive by 5pm. Instead, the driver showed up at 8pm without calling ahead, so obviously no one was there. When I called the next day, they said they couldn’t deliver that day either and would only attempt delivery the following day. On top of that, they refused to guarantee a morning delivery without more payment, even though the delay was entirely their fault. This is unacceptable. Mistakes happen, but good customer service means owning them and fixing them. I paid for a service I didn’t receive, and their response was essentially “too bad.” Extremely poor customer service and zero accountability.

Negative experience: I placed an order three days ago for flowers to be delivered to a funeral at a specific time. I got no notification so I called them to ask what the status was. They told me there was a delay due to Purolator and they couldn't do anything about it. I paid for them to deliver flowers to a funeral home for a funeral at a specific time. They're now saying I can't have a refund because it's Purolator's fault. I didn't pick Purolator they picked. Purolator. I paid them to deliver the flowers on time to a funeral. Unbelievable that you even have to speak to management to try and get a refund. If you don't deliver on a service you claim to provide you should immediately issue a refund. Terrible customer service will never use them again.

Negative experience: The flowers do not look like the pictures they show! I ordered deluxe which should be more stems and there were less! The bouquets were horrible, not shaped and not full! Not what I paid for. They only offer store credit. Why would I email to out myself through this again? Especially when a loved one dies! Terrible service

Negative experience: I had one of the worst online flower delivery experiences I’ve ever encountered. I ordered a “Deluxe” bouquet from Bloomex last Thursday, expecting quality flowers and reliable service. What I received was completely unacceptable—the bouquet was poorly arranged, unattractive, and nowhere near the “deluxe” standard advertised on their website. Even the free chocolate that was supposed to come with the package was missing. The photos on their website are completely misleading. They advertise vibrant, full arrangements, but the actual product looked cheap, sparse, and disappointing. It’s clear that what they show online has nothing to do with reality, which is extremely misleading for customers. Customer service has been totally unhelpful. I’ve contacted them multiple times, and all I get are vague responses asking me to “wait for an email.” I haven’t received any update or solution. I paid a premium price for a substandard product and have not received a refund. Based on this experience, I strongly advise extreme caution when ordering from Bloomex. Their products are misrepresented, and their customer service is unreliable and dismissive. I cannot stress enough how frustrating and disappointing this process has been. I will update this review if they ever honor a proper refund and resolve the issue, but as it stands, this has been a completely unacceptable experience. Order Number: 04872573

Negative experience: If I could give negative stars, I would! We scheduled a delivery for Saturday order was placed on Thursday. No flowers on Saturday!! On Monday, we were suddenly notified it wouldn’t arrive until Wednesday, so we emailed to cancel the order. When we didn’t get a reply a few days later, we called over 40 minutes on hold, had to call back three times, and finally reached someone who casually informed us that they don’t actually keep a record of emails sent through their own “Contact Us” page. Unbelievable. We tried to cancel again at that point, but they said it was “too late.” We weren’t even at the property anymore to receive the flowers, but they insisted it was already on the way. They promised that if it didn’t arrive by Wednesday, we’d get a call and a refund. Surprise, surprise no call, no refund, no flowers. Today is Sunday eight days after the original delivery date and when I called to follow up, I was told there was “nothing they could do.” No communication, no accountability, no apology. Absolutely unacceptable. If I pay for a product and schedule a delivery, I expect it to arrive at least somewhat close to the agreed date. This is by far the worst customer service experience I’ve had. Would never and will never order from them again. STAY AWAY.

Negative experience: I don't write online reviews about terrible service ever. But this experience was so bad that I feel I need to warn people. I was completely ripped off. I paid 75$ for a bouquet, bloomex had a photo of the arrangement their website. A very dear close friend of mine's mother passed so the arrangement ment alot to me. The arrangement that arrived had three red roses and one Carnation and a spray of babies breath in a red vase! Something you might send for Valentine's day? The one I ordered had fall colours orange and yellow flowers in a vase not a red one. I also paid for same day delivery it took four days. I also added a sympathy card that they offered as a service so they know it was a sympathy bouquet. I sent them photos of what I ordered and what arrived at my friend's house thinking it must have been an error. I asked why a Valentine's arrangement was sent instead of the one I ordered? Also and how can they charge 49$ for four flowers? Thinking this must be a mistake. They basically have said well this falls in line with our policy regarding replacement orders if needed. I understand why everyone giving them bad review because getting a refund it's like pulling teeth. I ask cancellations they put status on hold. Negative experience: I would give zero stars if I could. I ordered a huge heart shaped bouquet for my mother in laws funeral. I called to place the order just so there would be no mix ups. They said it would be delivered the day of between 9and12 funeral starts at noon so I suggested maybe they should deliver it the day before but the worker said no the day of is better and he would make sure they were delivered on time. We'll the dayvof the funeral arrives and no bouquet at 11am so I called to check the time it would be delivered thats when they told me there was a problem and they won't be there until 5pm. We'll that doesn't work for me because the occasion they are for will be over by that time. They said sorry nothing we can do. Of course I got upset and said we'll then I dont need them the event will be over she said the best they can do is 5 dollars off the delivery charge. It was a $300 bouquet 5 dollars off was not ok with me. The flowers showed up at 445pm 45 minutes after the funeral ended. I will be reporting them to the better business bureau. Do not purchase your flowers from bloomex for an occasion they won't be there on time.

Negative experience: I paid extra for early shipping and they did not deliver on time. They were 3 hours late on the back end of delivery window they provided. Second, I am unsure how a special occasions business can spell "Anniversary" incorrectly. Photo attached. When expressing my frustrations to customer service they claim to take full responsibility without actually taking any actions. I was told to receive an email from management regarding the order within 10 hours. It has been 24 hours and I still have not received anything. I followed up again trying to get clarification on when I will get assistance, they told me that nobody was available and to try again. They clearly work off of people just giving up. I 100% do not recommend.

Negative experience: BEWARE ..you don’t always get what you pay for.!! I ordered an arrangement for a funeral that was advertised as fluffy white clouds. The anrrang was to be all white with eucalyptus in it and was quite impressive looking. What they actually had sent were pink roses. It didn’t come in the advertised jar and it didn’t look anything like what I ordered. They have refused to refund my money. There’s got to be a better place to shop. This is the second time I’ve had problems with this company and will not use them again.

Negative experience: NEVER USE THIS COMPANY! If I could leave negative stars I would. You are better off paying more for a local florist. Customer service is terrible and unprofessional. I ordered my Mom flowers for her birthday and paid an additional 19.99 for same day delivery. I recieved a message late in the day stating the delivery address was out of their typical service area and because it was a long weekend, the flowers would be delivered 4 days later! Customer service assured me they would "upgrade" my order and refund the same day delivery fee. It was too late to order flowers from a florist for same day delivery, so I was stuck to accept the late order. The flowers delivered looked nothing like what I requested and the "upgrade" consisted of a cheap box of chocolate covered nuts that you get from the dollar store. After numerous emails and requests for my refund (that they promised); I am told they would not refund the fee because it was against their policy and would provide me a credit for a future purchase. I have a screen shot of their customer service rep stating a refund would be provided. This company has to be a scam! They say on their website that they will replace with similar costing flowers where possible. I think that there was only one rose and all the rest were carnations. I placed an order from Vancouver to Toronto as a surprise gift, carefully selecting the date and even calling ahead to confirm. Despite this, my order was a complete failure. Not only did they initially charge me and later claim they “couldn’t process” the payment unless I added another $14, but even after paying extra, the flowers were still not delivered—days later, nothing. Their website advertises all-day delivery, but when I followed up at noon, I was told deliveries had already stopped for the day. The customer service was equally disappointing. Each time I called, I was left on hold for ages and spoke to agents who seemed uninterested in resolving anything. There was no accountability, no urgency, and no real attempt to make things right. What upset me most was that the surprise for my friend was ruined. I had to let her know about the order so she could stay home waiting for flowers that never showed up. Instead of bringing joy, the whole situation caused unnecessary stress and disappointment. To make things worse, they later told me they might not even have the bouquet I originally ordered and would just “replace it” with something else of equal value. Negative experience: DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. I have just had the most unprofessional experience through this company and I will never be ordering from them again. I ordered flowers for my friends birthday to her family members house, where she was spending the weekend. I was not made aware at the time of ordering, that this location was out of the delivery zone. All my payment went through and my order was confirmed! If this all went smoothly, I would be writing a completey different review. Instead, I recieved an email at 130 the day the flowers were supposed to be delivered, saying that my order would be shipped via courier instead one day later. Frustrating, but not terrible, so I just ignored the email and went about my day. I then recieved a follow up email that "confirmed my new order". Which I did not confirm- and it would be delivered 5 days later than my initial chosen date. Without any way to contact them in a timely fashion I tried and tried calling, emailing, using the help chat- any way I could get a hold of them to just cancel the order. No response. Another email comes through, once again confirming (which I did not approve) that my flowers would be delivered on October 1st. FIVE DAYS after my chosen date. I understand it's a long weekend, I understand the location was out of delivery zone. I really just wish it had been relayed to me before they automatically confirmed and made the decision for me. I finally received a few sparse responses via the chat help, and they sent me a store credit because " too much time had passed and my 2nd order was already confirmed". Customer service is absolutely garbage. Just order from your local shop and use Uber. This was incredibly unprofessional, and for the cost of the small bouquet, they should be offering refunds, not just credit.

Negative experience: I specifically requested for irises and was told yes as long as I supersize and add the vase it will have everything pictured. It did not have the irises and lilies, it was missing roses and when I emailed to complain I didn’t get a response. I even messaged on IG. I spoke to someone and she said she will escalate but I highly doubt they will do anything. I spent $100 for flowers I could have made a nicer bouquet myself. My brother bought a nicer bouquet for $30 at Costco. Very disappointed

Negative experience: Ordered on Sep 8. Bloomex sent to the wrong city and province, Toronto instead of Montreal. I called Sep 9 to correct. On Sep 12, I called for an update. Apparently driver could not deliver because he had patient name but not room number. When I pointed out that he could use the patient name at reception, operator said "oh OK". This had not occurred to the driver. Apparently they'll deliver tomorrow, Sep 13. That's Bloomex's "same day delivery". We'll see what happens this time. At no stage was I informed of any of these problems until I called. Good luck.

Negative experience: I am extremely disappointed with this company. I placed three separate flower orders to be delivered on April 21st, to three different recipients. Instead of receiving the three unique bouquets I carefully chose (based on the photos on the website), all three people received nearly identical arrangements — none of which resembled what I ordered. I reached out multiple times with emails, complaints, and photos for proof, but my concerns have been completely ignored. When customers spend money to send flowers for special occasions, they expect honesty, quality, and at the very least, a response when something goes wrong. What I received was misrepresentation, poor service, and zero accountability. Until this company makes things right and issues refunds for these failed orders, I cannot recommend them. Buyers beware — what you see online is not what you get.

Negative experience: I ordered a wine and cheese package for a birthday delivery. Instead of sending the wine kit, they sent chocolates. When I followed up with the helpline, I was repeatedly told my order had already been delivered. After three days of promises that the wine would be sent (with nothing arriving), I was advised to email customer support. Unsurprisingly, customer support never replied. I asked multiple times for either a refund or for the wine to be delivered, but nothing was ever done. I’ve ordered from this company a few times before, and even then, the flower arrangements were underwhelming compared to what was advertised. On one occasion, I ordered a rose bouquet and not a single rose was included. I gave them the benefit of the doubt, assuming it was due to shortages, and choose not to complain. However, this time I paid over $60 for wine and received only chocolates in its place—completely unacceptable. This has been an incredibly disappointing experience, and I would strongly advise against trusting this company to handle your important occasions with care.

Ordered online and PAID for Saturday delivery, only for the next day to get an email to say it wouldn’t be delivered for another 4 days after the original order date. I called them up and asked to cancel to which they said no it would delivered on time. I was fine with that. Then 2 hours later I got an email AGAIN to say it was postponed AGAIN till the Wednesday for delivery. I called up instantly asked for a refund. The person understood and said I would get a refund and sent me an email with this information. I then a few hours later get an email to state it was “policy” they wouldn’t refund me, but give me store credit… which was not what I was told on the phone. I had at that point ordered flowers for the person from elsewhere and had them delivered! This is not okay an unacceptable to make someone pay for a 2 day delivery and have this whole issue. I’ve called back and asked for a refund and not store credit so all I now have to hope it gets refunded!

Negative experience: If I could I would give 0 starts! This company has No customer Service, they rip you off, and they refuse to take accountability! I ordered a birthday gift bundle that was supposed to come with Flowers, A ceramic mug, a balloon, a full birthday card, chocolate, and a teddy bear. They charged me the amount, the website asks for an email to send you updates, I also supplied my phone number, however I got NO updates, no tracking, nothing. When they finally made the delivery All that my sister received was the flowers a balloon and a small post-it note! That is 2 1/2 of the 6 items. When I reached out they told me the area I ordered for could not supply the items, which they SHOULD have told me prior to sending. Instead they said nothing until I complained. They then refused a refund for the missing items, and offered a credit. AS IF I would EVER trust this scam of a company in the future! I will be placing a complaint to the Consumer Affairs Office as well as the Better Business Bureau. This is False Advertising and Theft. You can NOT charge for something, take payment in full and not supply what was paid for. That is literally a SCAM and ILLEGAL. I recommend that everyone report this company for false advertising to the BBB and the Consumer Protection Canada office for their province. Bloomex Policy states items that can not be filled will be replaced with items of equal or greater value. Which did not happen, nor will they issue refund. Don't Advertise things you can not Supply, make it clear WHERE you can deliver what products to, and communicate with the client BEFORE making changes or if something is unavailable. Those are simple concepts any business should abide by.

Negative experience: The company I work for has used Bloomex for years, for all sorts of orders. Recently we ordered a bunch of specific flowers and paid additional for a vase. The flowers that were delivered were withered and not even the correct type of flower and no vase was included. The customer service at Bloomex is non existent. If you call them you cant even leave a message and no one ever answers. I emailed multiple times with just generic auto replies as a response. Finally I was offered a PARTIAL refund of $65 on my $90 order. Once the refund came through it was for $55. I have inquired multiple times as to why there is a $10 difference in what was agreed and what was refunded. No response at all. My company will be going elsewhere in future for our online flower orders. This has been such a frustrating and incredibly painful situation to deal with. No communication from Bloomex, but they are quick to email and call you when they see an order coming in. Unreal. Just a scam and cash grab sort of company.

Negative experience: The flowers are not as advertised, and the vase came “on the side”. Basically not an arrangement at all - a bunch of flowers that you could buy at the grocery store or Costco, and a dollar store vase with the recipient left to arrange themselves. Not special at all, and no response from customer service after I replied to a request for photos 4 days ago. I ordered a beautiful pastel lily arrangement (what was, apparently, the more costly “deluxe” version) - got a bright colored, not arranged bouquet with vase on the side and no lillies. Very disappointed. Use someone different, do not recommend at all.

Negative experience: I had an extremely disappointing experience with Bloomex, a company I expected to be reputable for flowers in Canada. I placed an order last week for my friend for their baby girl arrival (on behalf of our entire family), made it super large, confirmed all the details with their customer service, and what was being delivered was nothing like what I paid for. The bouquet was small, unattractive, poorly arranged, and super small balloons and nowhere near worth the money. I paid CAD 115 for this smallest bouquet I have ever seen. Anyone can tell that the bouquet and balloons are no where worth 115 CAD. This was so embarrassing for us as a family. The photos on their website are completely misleading—the bouquet my friend received looked nothing like the one shown online. I even paid extra for the “super large” package, added 3 standard size helium balloons and paid for a personalized card but there was nothing super large about it. To make matters worse, they sent a super small size bouquet with kids size balloons. I’ve called them, emailed them twice, followed up multiple times, and each time I’m told to “wait for an email,” but I have yet to receive any resolution. I paid full price for a substandard product and have not been offered a refund. This feels like a scam. Order #: 5037064 I strongly urge others to stay away from Bloomex. If they do eventually resolve this and issue a refund, I’ll update my review. But as of now, this has been a frustrating and unacceptable experience. Their customer service is not existing as they have been totally unresponsive to this concern.

Negative experience: I ordered a dozen roses for my wife’s birthday to be delivered. There were only 10. I messaged them and they asked me to send a pic and email them. Their response “Upon reviewing the images provided, we confirmed that the arrangement received aligns with our policy and item description. The exact flowers and stems amount was sent”. The picture I sent clearly has 10 flowers and after ordering from them 30 times, to tell me they sent the correct amount is insulting cause they are either saying we can’t count or we are lying. My wife and I know exactly how many flowers were received and it was 2 short. I understand mistakes happen and instead of just apologizing, they double down. I’m not going to try and make a false claim of being short 2 roses after placing over 30 orders from them if it wasn’t true.. This is a very disappointing response and worse than the fact that the flowers were 2 short as that can be chalked up to human error. They had time to come up with this response and this was the best they came up with. They offered a $20 credit. If they just apologized then I would have accepted that but they had to insult me by saying they sent the correct amount as if I would go to the trouble of complaining about this after ordering 30 times from them. The don’t really care about customer service cause they clearly have some canned template they use for their responses instead of taking accountability.

Negative experience: Disappointing and Unreliable Service I ordered a bouquet to be delivered to my daughter in Vancouver for her birthday. As she stays in university residence, I clearly stated in the delivery instructions to leave the flowers at the food delivery table in the reception lobby — a common and accepted drop-off point. Unfortunately, the courier ignored the instructions and instead went to the reception asking for my daughter by name. When they couldn’t find her listed (which is expected at many student residences), the courier left without delivering the flowers — without even trying to contact me for clarification. I had to track the order myself and follow up repeatedly with the support team, who simply told me the delivery was “unsuccessful” because the courier couldn’t find her name. The delivery instructions were very clear, yet I was told I had to pay a re-delivery fee to try again. I asked for a waiver, but was denied. I then requested a payment link to proceed — I still haven’t heard back. This has been a very frustrating and disappointing experience. For a service that relies on timely and thoughtful delivery, I found this to be completely unreliable. I will not be using this service again and cannot recommend it to others. It would not even deserve one star!

Negative experience: I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received. I placed an order on July 22 for flower delivery to my sister on July 23—a special gift for her birthday. Not only were the flowers never delivered, but I also received no communication whatsoever—no tracking information, no text, no email, no phone call—absolutely nothing. When I called your 1-800 number to inquire, the representative I spoke to was incredibly rude. He informed me there was no florist in the area and that the order would not be fulfilled. Without offering any proper apology or explanation, he abruptly hung up the phone on me. That kind of behavior is completely unacceptable. To add to the frustration, I had to find this out myself—no one from your company bothered to notify me that my $150 order wouldn’t be completed. I expect a full refund immediately and a written apology for the lack of communication and poor treatment I received. I trusted your company to deliver something meaningful on an important day—and you failed, without any accountability.

Negative experience: Bloomex is deceitful and disappointing. I ordered a large purple and white bouquet for my friend’s birthday. When she texted me a photo of what she received, I was shocked — and honestly, embarrassed. The bouquet was scrawny, sparse, and looked nothing like what I paid for. I immediately contacted Bloomex and included both their own website image of the bouquet and the photo my friend sent. Their response? They claimed the bouquet was “prepared and delivered in accordance with our policies and procedures” and offered me a $20 credit toward my next order — as if I would ever order from them again. This is not acceptable customer service. Bloomex clearly does not stand by the quality they advertise. Learn from my mistake and avoid Bloomex at all costs.

Negative experience: I used to think this was a good company and would use them for our Corporate deliveries. I had required a same day delivery which they originally said they could. Later I received an email advising they couldn't honor the delivery and would instead deliver the next day. That wasn't going to work so I asked that the order be cancelled. The order was put on hold and never delivered. But they still charged my credit card. This was over a week ago and they still haven't acknowledged it nor have they issued a refund. Emails go unanswered. Phone call representative said they would look into it. Still no resolution.

Negative experience: Not recommend at all. Zero communication, no updates about order, order morning delivery which not happen, when reached support representative said what order will be delivered by 5pm. No sorry, no text updates, no email updates, no call to person for whom delivery was ordered, no following instructions for delivery. Terrible service all round. And finally bouquets not match pictures from website at all. Also bouquet size probably didn't match as well. Never order something again.

Negative experience: Don’t order from Bloomex! I ordered 10 days in advance and on the day of delivery I followed up to ask, and they said it couldn’t be delivered to that area on Saturdays. Would have been no issue if I knew that at the time of order, but not finding out until after it was supposed to be there is not okay. I ended up not being able to get anything to the person for their birthday due to extremely late notice. Please consider ordering through local florists directly instead!

Negative experience: After multiple emails to Bloomex attempting to resolve this terrible delivery, all unanswered, I am leaving this review. I ordered a bouquet of mixed snapdragons to be delivered for Mother's Day. The recipient received nothing. She received nothing until 8pm the following day, Monday May 12. What she received was a cheap mix of daisies and carnations, and a single hydrangea. The hydrangea was dead by the following morning. I understand Mother's Day is busy, and I understand substitutions may be necessary. But everything about this order was sub-par, most especially the late delivery. It led an 83 year old woman to believing she'd been forgotten about on Mother's Day. And since she's not the type to note she didn't receive anything, I didn't find out until too late. The problem with failing a flower delivery is that it's not the client who's disappointed. It's a third person who has no recourse. Avoid this company and use an independent local florist who will care about you and your loved ones.

Negative experience: DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. Like the rest of the reviews this company is horrible. The flowers they send are nothing like the ones you choose or to the size you select and pay for. I got the deluxe blush and berry bouquet and as pictured they sent something completely different and used the excuse of “we can substitute if certain colors or flowers are not available”. I am incredibly disappointed by them and will never order from here again. I would much rather pay the extra cost to get flowers from local vendors who will actually get it right. You might be intrigued to buy from here due to their low prices but this company is not worth it. Not only did they get the flowers wrong they also got the card wrong which I paid extra for. I cannot stress enough that you should never buy from here!!!

Negative experience: Second time I order and NEVER EVER AGAIN!! Lousy costumer service. Delivered flowers I payed for "Sympathy flowers" , only for them to send to the wrong address. They wanted to make it seem it was my fault, after a few agents, who were rude, I finally seemed to talk to a decent one. He assured me they were going to resend to the correct address, the next day. I only got my receipt by email where they took the money and my friend didn't get the flowers. I wrote messages via chat through their website, the person who attended me, didn't understand the address I was giving her or him. He/she gave me a different address telling me that the address I had provided didn't exist! I argued I did give them the right one!! then she/he wanted to make it seem that I was the one saying different things regarding the address. She then proceded to tell me that they would resend the flowers a week later! and didn't even tell me , but she did insinuate that I would get CHARGED AGAIN for delivery! When a previous agent had told me , they weren't. After their screw up on the delivery to the wrong address , why do I have to pay for Delivery again??? NOT happening! These people are RUDE, DISHONEST and never again will I ever order from them. Who knows in what condition those flowers are going to arrive to my family member for the loss of His mother. This company is NOT serious about their business, rude and do not care about their clients. Don't order from them. They are LOUSY! A week is ridiculous for them to send those flowers!

Positive experience: My recent, and first purchase from your company comes with mixed feelings. My purchase was for a friend who recently suffered a loss. Although the arrangement was well received, it was not even close to what I expected to be delivered. As her favorite color is blue, I was expecting the original order I made to have a blue vase and different flowers as ordered. Unfortunately, the arrangement was delivered with a plain clear glass. It was also delivered and left outside. Thankfully they were not taken. Not a completely satisfying experience.

Negative experience: This was my second time ordering from Bloomex, and I was disappointed with the service. Like many others have mentioned in their reviews, my Mother’s Day order was mishandled. They sent the wrong bouquet and responded with: “As per our policies, which are detailed on our website, in the event of a shortage of specific flower or plant types or colours, we reserve the right to substitute with alternatives of equal or greater value.” However, what I received wasn’t even remotely close to what I ordered. I paid $65 for a bouquet that looked nothing like the one advertised, and I had even selected the "supersize" option. What arrived was very underwhelming. They offered $20 store credit, which doesn’t help, because I don’t plan on ordering again after this experience.

Negative experience: Paid a premium for a particular day but they arrived two days late…contrary to substitution policy, flowers were inferior..(carnations for roses, etc) Go to a local florist, this company is a scam. I have attached what was ordered and also what was received. vase was pathetic! Could not have contained the arrangement, and was inferior to what was advertised. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!

Fantastic experience: First of all i can always tell quality by the secure packaging! The pretty bouquet was wrapped with tissue and cellophane, a ribbon secured the bouquet held by the green watered soaked floral product which assured freshness. I cut a couple inches off the bottom while the ribbon held the bouquet securely in place. Prepared the water in a vase, added the bouquet and presto ready to enjoy! The flowers are so fresh and the bouquet stayed as prepared now just to enjoy! Im impressed!, Thank you for the pride in packaging to ensure freshness

Negative experience: If I could give it no stars.. I would. my first experience with bloomex was actually awesome hence why i wrote them a review a few years back. 2nd time I ordered was the worst. It came late despite me paying extra for fastest delivery. I told myself never again.. but I was quite hopeful maybe they have changed -- let me give it another chance. I was fooled. Their quality control got even worse. and doesn't even look like anything on the photo online. It came so late in the day--- I opted in for text updates and I never received any messages. Mind you I paid $90 for this bouquet. all we got were some cheap chrysanthemums that are not even on the sample photo. I could've just gone and got them from the grocery store for a fraction of the cost. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

Negative experience: If I could give them zero stars, I would. I’ve used Bloomex in the past with no issues. Never again. I ordered a supersized arrangement for my best friend. She lives across the country and I wasn’t able to be there for her during a recent loss. The arrangement was stunning. All in with delivery, the total was close to $90. Imagine my surprise when my friend sent a thank you video of her showing flowers that were nowhere near what I had specifically picked out. Instead of the beautiful, serene, supersized bouquet that I chose, she was sent a a few stems of a colourful arrangement that you could buy at the front of any grocery store. See photos. It was nowhere near being an equivalent to what I ordered. I understand parts of arrangements being slightly different due to availability but this was 100% different. I was not notified that my arrangement wasn’t available so I could choose something else. When I contacted Bloomex, I was told that this was done to ensure timely delivery. Timely delivery of flowers I didn’t order or want?? They offered a credit for just the price of the bouquet or to resend flowers of equivalent value. They say they don’t do refunds according to their policy after orders are confirmed, created and sent. I’ve tried numerous times to respond and say that, while I understand their policy, that doesn’t apply bc MY order wasn’t the one confirmed, created and sent. They sent something I didn’t ask for. Every time I’ve responded to their emails, all I get back is a auto reply type form letter. Not sure why they would think I would want a credit to use them again. I definitely wont be recommending them to other friends who sending gifts all around the country. Update: after a couple more efforts, Bloomex stopped sending actual responses and just the auto reply. I finally caved and had them send new flowers to a different recipient. I asked for no card and changed the name. Imagine the surprise on my cousin’s face when she received flowers to her address but with my bf’s name ‍♀️ They can’t even follow the simplest of instructions. And the arrangement they send was even more baffling. Several white flowers with random blue tinted carnations and a couple random red roses. So bizarre. Thanks for nothing Bloomex.
