Positive experience: According to Google, the shop was supposed to be open until 5:30 PM,on February 16th, but when I arrived, it was closed. It was disappointing to make the trip and find it shut. Please make sure the opening hours are updated online.

Fantastic experience: Can’t speak highly enough about this place!!! I live out of province and am always looking for a reliable shop to send my best friend flowers on special occasions. I ordered flowers from Celsia this time and the arrangement was beautiful. The team are so kind and talented, this will definitely be my go to floral shop in Vancouver :)

Positive experience: Recently ordered a bouquet of flowers here for my mum's birthday. I don't live in Vancouver anymore so I wasn't sure which florist to go with, but I had heard some good things here from the internet. I got the $90 uplifting (warm tones) bouquet for my mum, it came out to around $120 with delivery. My mum was happy for the most part which was important! But a couple things... Similar to some of the other comments, my mom got the flowers quite late. I think they arrived at 7pm in the pitch black. I understand there's a disclaimer on the website that most deliveries would happen before 6pm and rarely at 7pm, I just receiving flowers at that hour kind of dampens the vibe a bit. For a $120, the bouquet barely lasted a couple days. Most of it has wilted/gone off. My dad had mentioned that they had received the flowers, they weren't super fresh. Maybe the experience is different if shop in stores vs deliveries. Im happy that I was able to deliver flowers to my mum on her birthday but I'm not sure if I'll be a returning customer at this price point and quality.

Fantastic experience: This is our to-go-to Florist if we'd like to be sure that the flowers will be gorgeous! I'm updating my review as I've used their services on multiple occasions and they never fail to impress us! Fantastic, classy bouquet with a handwritten card! Fantastic experience: Absolutely beautiful. The bouquet you delivered to my daughter yesterday was stunning. It blended nature’s beauty with your artistry and the result was more than I could have hoped for. She was so happy! She chose to put the arrangement in a cut glass vase she inherited from her grandma, who she loved dearly. It was a very special bouquet indeed. Thank you for your kind, efficient professionalism, your design talent, and your care as we celebrated my daughter’s 40th trip around the sun.

Negative experience: For the price, very thin bouquets with mostly twigs/leaves than flowers. I got a bouquet, paid over $60, and when you put it in the vase, you notice it's mostly branches that look like hay.

Negative experience: Terrible timing! Ordered flowers for sister’s birthday, they did not deliver until after 5pm that day. I was out of the country and super disappointed that it wasn’t delivered during the day, not sure what same day delivery means for them! I had ordered in advance as well. Will never order again

Fantastic experience: My husband has been ordering flowers from Celsia for quite a few years now, including for florals for our engagement, and we were recently lucky enough to have them provide the florals for our wedding. Every time we have ordered from them, the arrangements have been beautiful and long lasting. And now, going through the design process with them, their team was so friendly and professional, that this part of the wedding planning was never a chore. I did not have any specific arrangements in mind when I came to them, but their creativity and thoughtfulness shone through in the designs they produced. Fantastic experience: Celsia Florist did an amazing job for our wedding bouquet/boutonniere. We had a tiny wedding and only needed two floral pieces, so we ordered a la carte through Celsia. I made general suggestions during my order, providing a few photos and suggesting colours, ect. They told me a few weeks ahead of time about the flowers they received that may be a part of the bouquet, but i had no idea what I was going to get. The results were SO beautiful and exceeded my expectations. They really captured the wild, bohemian look that I was looking for. Thank you Celsia Florist!

Negative experience: please brush up on simple customer service skills they’ll come in handy. today i attempted to call this florist 3 times when they opened. PAINFUL navigating through their greeting system for 10mins. no ONE picked up the phone even though the greeting mention they are trying to get to my call. they encourage customers to email their order. i don’t think so. well folks, i’d rather talk to a human being within a reasonable time but you’re missing the boat on quality customer service which seems to be lacking these days. i received a call back 2 hours later telling me it took long to get back to me because of the volume/long list of voice messages to retrieve. please!! my loss…. i ended up calling another local florist who picked up the phone immediately, she was friendly, knowledgeable, accommodating, and professional.choice flowers is the name of the florist. give them a try

Negative experience: Very underwhelming Mother’s Day bouquet/vase, surprising given the steep cost and overall reviews. Tulips were slightly damaged and had barely bloomed. Did not look fresh or as advertised. Will not be ordering from Celsia again.

Fantastic experience: I ended up coming here to have an emergency boutonniere repaired. The boutonniere was originally ordered at another flower shop with questionable practices and customer service. Came here to add colour and change up the boutonniere, and Celsia Florist Vancouver were amazing. Negative experience: One star review for the bad customer service in store and the flower bouquet was not fresh. I walked into the store I didn’t get acknowledged and welcomed. I looked around by myself and left. I couldn’t understand and thought they don’t accept customers in store. Later, I ordered a bouquet online. The size of it was okay but flowers were not fresh with yellow and brown pedal on the pedals.

Positive experience: EDIT: The owner reached out to us and provided amazing customer service and rectified the situation. We feel assured that the staff will be more attentive with orders and requests regarding pets in the future. Cat/pet owners be wary. Flower arrangements are nice, but customer service and knowledge of flowers leaves room for improvement. We ordered a bouquet of flowers and specifically requested that the flowers are non-toxic and safe for cats. Upon pickup, we received a bouquet containing LILIES! Which is very common knowledge that they are extremely toxic for cats and can be fatal when ingested! The lilies were replaced after this was pointed out and replaced with other flowers by the florist working at the time. Upon returning home, we became concerned about the other flowers seeing how careless they were initially so we emailed for a list of all the flowers used in the bouquet. A total of three of them came up toxic with a quick google search. We literally had to drive back to talk to them and return the original bouquet and then come back again the next day to pick up the new one. You would think they would at least offer to deliver the new bouquet. That’s a lot of time, effort, and stress for one bouquet which should’ve been done right the first time. Very disappointed with this experience.

Positive experience: On 13 Aug 2023, I walked in to Celsia Floral and was warmly greeted by 3 people working inside; Eriko, Bruno and Madisson/Maddison. Eriko is the owner of the store and was very welcoming, friendly and professional. The store was clean and tidy. I made a relatively small purchase and Eriko dressed it really well and carefully. The presentation looked great! I encourage every needing flowers in the Kitsilano area to stop by the store for a personal visit, located on the north west corner of 4th Avenue at Arbutus Street. Online orders are restricted to larger arrangements and if you phone in, you will most probably be greeted by the voicemail… loss of a star because of this…

Positive experience: For over $400 this bridal bouquet I was expecting amazing quality flowers that at least until night of? But it didn’t on night of after 3 hours out of vase, the snap dragon wilted and some smaller flower stems close to bottom came broken. We also ordered my fam 3 corsages, my moms corsage literally fell from the ribbon onto the road during photos & she ran back thru traffic to get it LOL. Maybe it’s my bad for assuming they are secure ? I don’t know, the design and colours were great. But I do not understand why this is $400.

Positive experience: 2nd set of flowers received this week, and whilst i appreciate my friends sent them, and noting I probably sound ungrateful. These flowers are a terrible selection, seem the dregs or left over almost dead, wilting flowers. Sparse and the quantity too, reading through the reviews seems may be better if you order in person. As online delivery isn't the best quality with shabby flowers being received.

Positive experience: I received flowers from Celsia Florists today but I'm disappointed with their delivery service. They were not effective in their communication and made no attempt to clarify their needs. Since they didn't feel like phoning me they just left the flowers in my lobby then sent me a text that they couldn't reach me. Since they needed further assistance, why didn't they phone me??

Negative experience: Flowers are fine but I feel so mislead by the 'same day delivery' claim. I ordered at 8:30am on a random Thursday in January and they arrived in the pitch black at 6:30pm. Technically the same day, sure, but such an unreasonable delay for my mom's birthday.

Fantastic experience: Not only are there prices beyond reasonable, the staff is incredibly kind and helpful, and their final product was absolutely stunning. They managed to complete and deliver a beautiful bouquet in less than a day, during the holidays. The bouquet was at least 3x larger than one I purchased for more from an online vendor, and it was beautifully arranged. Would recommend Celsia for anyone that needs floral arrangements. And thank you to the staff at Celsia, who fielded multiple calls at once, and still took the time to go over my order, reassure me it would arrive on time. They even hand wrote my very long note. I had initially planned on using another florist, but I will definitely purchase our wedding arrangements from Celsia.

I ordered online for next day delivery and I had multiple changes with the delivery instructions, buzzer/suite number, etc. and they were so quick to accommodate and reply to my emails. I've never been into the store but I've seen their products on Instagram so my ordering was a complete shot in the dark. The product ended up being so gorgeous (white jug dried arrangement) and it was so much more full than I anticipated - the recipient was thrilled, and bonus is it's something that can be kept forever. I've ordered dried florals from other florists for the same cost and it was so small. I highly highly recommend this company and would use them again.

(picture below).. at first i thought i did a terrible job taking care of them as they wouldnt last more than 2 weeks but on march i decided to buy an orquid again and it has lasted me 3 months already so i am pretty sure it was not my fault and they gave me an orchid that was already too old or I dont know. we were all upset that this happened just after 2 weeks, the other stem was perfect as you can see in the picture. Update! They contacted me immediately and offer to send me a new orchid and just arrived! Thanks!

Fantastic experience: I sent some flowers to my daughter on March 26th and I mistakenly gave them her former address. When I realized my mistake, I contacted the store to let them know the correct address. It was a Saturday and they weren't sure they would be able to deliver the flowers that day which made me sad because it was a special birthday. Much to my delight, the flowers were in fact, delivered that day despite my error. I want to thank the florist and the delivery person for getting the flowers to her on her birthday despite my error. The arrangement was truly beautiful and she loved them! Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

Positive experience: This is for the Celsia located in Fairmont Pacific Rim. The flower arrangements are gorgeous and quality seems really really good - I was just very disappointed with my recent pick up. When I arrived, there was a sign saying "be back in 15 min" on the counter (at first I didn't even see it, but that's on me). I waited for 25 minutes and no one came. I was picking up for a birthday party and couldn't wait any longer, so we had to come back after the fact to get them. It was so disappointing! There was no one to call or no way to know how long they had been gone for. Will definitely think twice and have to plan for extra time next time we order from here!

Fantastic experience: My fiancé surprised me with the most incredible flower arrangement today. He had only good things to say about ordering the flowers and the floral designer got him exactly the kinds of blooms he wanted. They got to me right on time and look absolutely beautiful! Fantastic experience: I felt like I was basically across the counter dealing with absolutely amazing people... it felt that 'in person'. The day before Christmas Eve, 5000 kms away in Mexico where I live, I emailed Celsia, my dilemma, I needed to get my daughter a birthday gift (Dec 24) nothing Christmassy (the gift I'd sent by mail had not arrived). The attention to my order was over-the-top wonderful, and the care in delivering (and switching out a spray of greens) at last minute (because she has a cat and I'd selected something dodge-ey) was incredible. As was follow up. I later received a photo from my daughter and true-to-the-website-image, there was a gorgeous combination of live plant, and a separate spray of perfect aromatics. I highly recommend this wonderful and responsive team of amazing people.

Fantastic experience: I ordered this arrangement very last minute for same day delivery and had to call the shop twice to ask questions. Each time the person on the phone was extremely helpful. Only thing was I asked for an update to delivery via text on after purchase and didn’t get an update. I emailed the store after they were closed and still got a reply back the same night. The arrangement was beautiful and the recipient loved it. I also asked the store to write in the card I purchased and her writing is beautiful and very creative. Will definitely buy here again!
