Fantastic experience: Cannot recommend this company enough. I called on the morning of Valentines day {one of the busiest for any florist} to arrange a different delivery time from original agreement which necessitated Monica going the extra mile to locate truck, order, driver etc to correct the situation. She was understanding, went the extra mile, called me when mission was accomplished. Recipient sent a picture of flowers and they were more beautiful than the posted pictures. I had called in an order the night before and the young man I spoke to could not have been kinder. In a world of where kindness matters Nature's Wonders Florist sets the bar very high indeed. Well done. Kudos to the entire team.

Negative experience: This is the second year in a row I’ve had a disappointing experience with this company. Last year, my flowers were delivered very late in the evening. This year, I specifically tried to avoid a repeat of that situation. I placed my order well in advance and, based on the company’s own website policy, requested morning delivery, as they state that delivery windows can be requested if the order is placed at least 24 hours ahead. Despite doing exactly that, the flowers were again delivered well into the evening. I called around 4:00 p.m. to ask for a status update. Customer service was polite and told me the flowers should be delivered within the next couple of hours. When I tried calling again later in the evening (close to 7:00 p.m.) to confirm delivery, I made multiple attempts using the phone numbers listed on their website and received no response at all. I later emailed to express my disappointment. The response I received did not acknowledge any of the issues raised and simply confirmed that the flowers had been delivered. Given that these were sympathy flowers, timing and communication matter. Experiencing the same issue two years in a row, combined with poor follow-up and lack of accountability, reflects very poorly on this business. I won’t be ordering from them again and would not recommend them.

Fantastic experience: Just want to say thank you to everyone for taking such great care in my order for my aging aunt. The flowers were beautiful and she was thrilled. Negative experience: They didn’t send me delivery confirmation despite I specifically asked for a picture confirmation after flowers being sent. (Which is a usual practice from florist all over the world anyways) First time I ever experienced such service!

Negative experience: Amazing selection but horrible follow through. So take your pick. First delivery they were supposed to send me a photo of the drop off and text me or my gf but neither happened. Called them twice and emailed once with zero response. Giving them a second chance today to see if they will be any different. Otherwise I’m moving on the another vendor.

This florist not only took my call late Monday PM before a holiday, (oh, a couple others in the area didn't even pick up their phones!) answered my questions, was patient and made the whole process smooth and problem free. Negative experience: Note that this is not a regular flower shop. The cheapest arrangement you can get is as expensive as $50. I wanted a handful of flowers ranging $30-$40 and was completely denied that saying it would take too long for them to assort 3 flowers in a bouquet and it's not worth it to them. Bad service.

Negative experience: Pretty disappointing experience. I ordered the flowers on April 1 to be delivered on April 3. But they were delivered on the same day I ordered them. Not sure why they even have the option to have them delivered on a specific date when they don’t adhere to it. Kind of ruined the surprise for my wife’s birthday. Considering the fact I paid just under $120 for this service, I’d expect better.

The red roses interspersed were the deepest red I have ever seen and the petals like velvet. We were extremely pleased.

Negative experience: Pictures speak for themselves. Half are wilting, one is literally rotten, and they didn’t even bother to trim the stems or arrange them. This is the saddest bouquet I’ve ever seen. My husband is livid. Also told me 8am-5pm and arrived past 6pm.

Negative experience: Complete scam of a store. Asked me to pay in advance, and when I went to the store on the agreed time, the store was closed and never picked up my calls. Moreover ignored all my calls after I sent the payment. Tried calling the next day still no pick up. Dont ever buy from this store, you’re going to regret it

Negative experience: Never will I order from here again. Twice they have screwed up my order. I was told after the 1st screw up, it would never happen again. They made me cry so many tears knowing that my Mom will not get her flowers for Christmas. Not even so much as a courtesy call to explain the situation. Shame on you!!!!

Fantastic experience: I live in the UK and wanted to send some flowers to a family friend who was celebrating her 100th birthday. The process of ordering the flowers, I went for the Dreamland bouquet, a gorgeous arrangement of roses and alstromeria) online was so easy and there was excellent correspondence with regard to the flowers being delivered. I received a Whatsapp message the birthday girl's daughter and they were amazing, even better than the picture on their website. They commented on the lovely perfume of the roses. Wonderful service.

Fantastic experience: I had a very positive experience with this company in November 2024. I ordered a funeral wreath, and I was very pleased with how it looked in-person — just like the online picture. It also smelled amazing. The representative was able to kindly help me fill a substitution request to change the ribbon color. The flowers were delivered in the timeframe requested, on the day requested, and I even got a courtesy phonecall from the driver before he arrived to make sure I was home. The delivery driver was extremely helpful and pleasant when making the delivery. Thankyou Nature’s Wonders Florist for making a sad day just a little bit brighter

Negative experience: Not impressed. They phoned me at 9 a.m., asked if I was home to accept a delivery. Five hours later, no delivery, I phoned the number, and was told they make deliveries between noon and 5 p.m. After waiting in for 5 hours, they expect me to wait another 3 hours? Nothing is THAT good. I did suggest they instruct their staff to be specific when checking.

Negative experience: Ordered online and received a confirmation for a next Day delivery as I requested. I called them at 3:00 p.m. the following day to make sure that they had the order and they said I would receive them by 5:00 p.m. it's 6:30 p.m. I do not have a flowers, I have not received a phone call, and I have not received an email

Fantastic experience: I ordered flowers over the phone in Kelowna. Monica offered suggestions and was so knowledgeable and kind. Flowers were delivered amazingly quickly. I highly recommend this Flower shop.

Negative experience: "The flowers shop", is what google has them listed as. Ordered my wife flowers as a surprise, called at about 8:30am, got a phone call about 2hrs later saying they could not deliver my flowers to my wife because they contract the flowers through a different company in Saskatoon and they want to charge $65 instead of the $15 I already paid online to have them delivered, and I now get to deliver the "surprise" flowers to my wife myself because they will only deliver to my work. The picture on their "flower shop" website shows at least 4 big lilies on the front of the arrangement, I got 3 total and 2 are closed, shows 6-7 roses on the front of the arrangement, I got 6 total, but one would assume there were other flowers on the back side of the arrangement so it looked the same all around, but I guess not, either way, $115 total for maybe a $55 arrangement placed in an ugly "dollar store vase" that resembles a red version of the eggs from "aliens" the face huggers jump out of. This will be the only time I order flowers from "the flower shop", mostly because they are located in BC and just contract out the business to some local flower shop in my city and then charge more for doing so. Lesson learned

Positive experience: I'm updating my review because the flower shop quickly contacted me to apologize for the mistake with my order. I really appreciate their prompt response and effort to fix the issue. Their customer service seems excellent! I'll post new pictures once the correct flowers are delivered. For now, I'm giving 4 stars for their great customer service. I'll add an extra star if the recipient is happy with the flowers!

Fantastic experience: I am no flower person and don't have plants in my home but wanted to surprise a friend who likes them. The online ordering system is straightforward. I liked that they have products categorized by occasion. This helped me a lot finding a plant I liked. Products are shown in photos. Filling out the forms was a delight and at no point I found it confusing or ambiguous. Their support was super quick and on the point via email. They send a confirmation email out once the delivery happened. Painless, straightforward and beautiful.

Negative experience: Canceled my girlfriend's flower order for PhD graduation (without any warning!) due to "fraud detection". Only found out about it the morning after. If an order appears unusual, you should contact the buyer rather than canceling outright; it is entirely possible for people (particularly those who own domains) to create custom emails for a given service to aid in document organization. Incredibly unprofessional and extremely dismissive and disrespectful while speaking on the phone attempting to clear up the issue. Claims to have attempted to call us to resolve the issue, but neither of our phones recorded an incoming call.

Negative experience: NOT WORTH YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY. You get cheated. Total for this lame looking vase of tulips was $105. Quite "wondrous" given the company's name. Stem length ranged from 6-8 inches, some were broken off and didn't even have a flower on it. How low can you get?

Positive experience: Edit: The florist gave me a call and offered a refund as well as new flowers and said that this was the first time crane flies have been found in their orchids. They’re picking up the orchid to inspect it. Fantastic customer service Do not buy orchids from this florist. They are infested with crane flies. The orchid was delivered a few weeks ago and today I came home to find many huge crane flies hatched out of this plant.

Fantastic experience: I was out of town and chose Nature's Wonders through a Google search for a Valentine's day gift for my wife as they were close to home . I wasn't 100% happy with the arrangement when I arrived home, it was nice but not quite what I expected. It was late in the evening and I posted a review noting I was disappointed. First thing the next day Monica from the shop contacted me directly, she was very pleasant, and apologetic. Monica offered to send another arrangement, I said that it wasn't necessary but she insisted. A very nice boquete arrived that evening, and a follow up call first thing in the morning. I must say I have never experienced as good customer service before, my sincere thanks to Monica.

Positive experience: I had placed an order for next day delivery, and although there were a few delays, miscommunication and unforeseen events, major snowstorm and store closing. The lovely bouquet of flowers was delivered. I received follow up phone calls and apologies and even a credit to make what was a worrying few hours into a refreshing display of great customer service. Many thanks for making it right.

Negative experience: Give them 2 stars for having flowers to deliver I guess. Leave the other 3 off because, 1. If you don’t order 2 days in advance they can’t guarantee a delivery time according to the fine print. Deliveries don’t even go out until 11.. (Delivery couldn’t happen anyways so not their fault, but if it could have wasn’t the time I would have wanted.) 2. They included one line of the note I wanted to leave on the flowers which was the other main part of the surprise which was disappointing. Don’t leave all that room to write something if you guys won’t include it. 3.Deliveries leaving at 11 and the whole office closing at 2 leaves almost no time for people to be able to leave their work schedule to arrange a pick up if needed.

Fantastic experience: We ordered a Candy Cane Christmas Basket from The Flower Shop in Riverview Michigan for our Aunt. We could not believe how promptly the Staff delt with the order and delivered a beautiful floral arrangement to her which she is absolutely thrilled with. We were a bit apprehensive in ordering flowers as we had ordered before from a different supplier and we were very disappointed. They were very expensive and did not look remotely like what we had ordered. Suffice to say The Flower shop has restored our faith in ordering flowers and as we are in Ireland and our Aunt is in the U S it means a lot knowing that what is delivered is exactly as ordered!! Fantastic experience: This was our first time ordering from this flower shop. It was recommended by my cousin who lives in that area. We were definitely not disappointed.  We ordered online. Making our selections was not easy as there were so many beautiful arrangements to choose from.  My husband ordered first and two days later I ordered mine. They were going to the same location, so I emailed the flower shop and asked if they would waive one delivery fee. On the same day,  in less than 10 minutes, I received an email  from Elisa showing that I was reimbursed for one delivery fee. I will mention also that I ordered mine on a Sunday of a long weekend. The flowers had to be delivered in two days (Tuesday) and Monday was the stat. An employee called me Sunday morning to confirm the particulars of my order and reassured me the order would be delivered on Tuesday as requested. Customer service was exemplary. Negative experience: I ordered flower plants on the 11th for Mother’s day and was promised delivery on the 14th. On the 14th day the plants did not arrive. I’ve tried to contact customer support twice through email and as of 19th still no response. It has been very disappointing to order from here with no communication, leaving me in the dust for Mother’s Day. I had to scramble for a gift substitution and at this point just want my money back.

While I typically reserve a five-star rating for businesses that get everything perfect from the start, this elevated rating reflects the owner's extraordinary efforts, going above and beyond expectations without being prompted and following through on their commitments. A simple refund would have sufficed, but the decision to refund and provide another arrangement was truly brilliant. ORIGINAL COMPLAINT. Ordered flowers for My 80 year old mom for MOthers day from overseas. Received confirmation of order and payment processed, but did not receive any tracking information, so I would know when to call my mom once she received them. I contacted them three times to ask for tracking number. Finally today, I get a response that the flowers I ordered were out of stock and delivery today. However today has passed, still no flowers. and still NO TRACKING number provided. Mothers day has come and gone. No proactive communication of the delay. no communication that flowers that they were happy to take money for were non existent in stock.

Negative experience: It seems this florist doesn't want my business. Walked in pre-covid, and was completely ignored by the staff. Busy? Ok, I'll let it slide. Tried calling to make an order, 100 rings with no answering service or message of any sorts. Guess I'll find another local florist.

Negative experience: Ordered $300 worth of flowers first thing in the morning to guarantee same day delivery for our anniversary. My wife never received her flowers. Tried to call this Florist several times using the local and toll free number and email but received no response and company would not pick up telephone. Absolutely horrible customer service. Do not waste your time or money with this company. Can't believe they are in the "people business" with this kind of ethos. Absolutely unconscionable business practice. No communication with their customers. Two very big thumbs down and they still owe me $300.00
