Fantastic experience: I am from the US. I ordered flowers for my sister’s birthday in Canada, and this flower shop went above and beyond. They helped me get a wine as an add on, they kindly recommended a nearby accredited wine store, shared the link, and even picked it up for me to deliver with the flowers for free! When my sister couldn’t answer the call, they safely left the flowers in the mailroom and kept the wine secure and delivered it the next day for free also. The service was thoughtful, professional, and truly appreciated. Thank you so much for being so helpful! Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Very nice florist with a great variety of affordable flowers and plants, and cute ceramic pots.

Negative experience: Receive a gift from this flower shop, unfortunately the flowers were very poorly arranged, they had tape all over the flowers to stick them on to vase, the water was over full and dirty (brown substance), the leaves from the stems were in the water creating a toxic environment for the flowers. I had to fix their shortfalls and rearrange it. I do not recommend this shop especially for flower arrangements in vase, they don’t know how to treat & arrange flowers.

Fantastic experience: If you live in America, and have a girlfriend in Canada, then these guys are the ones to get flowers to her doorstep! These guys are the best! I used to use 1-800-Flowers, but they kept being inconsistent. I switched to Davie’s and it’s been 5 months now of buying flowers from them; and every time they have been perfect and consistent. Their customer service is kind and polite as well!

Negative experience: Don’t waste your money here. The quality of their flowers is extremely low, making it a waste of money. I bought 30+ roses from them for over $200, and they died in just three days! Costco roses last longer!!! The design is also subpar. There are many other, better, and reasonably priced flower shops in the DT area.

Negative experience: Purchased flowers for an anniversary from this store. Delivery was on time...but that's the only good thing. However, the flowers did not match the quantity in the picture. The colours were also completely different and they put in a lot of white flowers which was not in the original picture. I wasn't buying flowers to visit a sick person in the hospital. I provided feedback to the owner/store via email and they never responded back. Very poor customer service and they clearly do not care. Stay away if you don't want to be ripped off.

Negative experience: I went to buy roses that I saw rose is $5 each. They charged me $44.80. Since the amount was much higher than I expected, I went back and asked for a receipt and inquired about the details. Although the packaging fee was listed as $1 to $3 at the register. which was supposed to be between $1 and $3, I got charged $5. Additionally, there was a service fee that was not mentioned at the time of payment. I didn't mind giving a tip. But it would have been understandable if she mention about there's sevice fee included when I paid. I felt like I had been ripped off.

I chose a few flowers I wanted and gave them a general colour scheme. The arrangements turned out gorgeous. Their card machine didn’t have a tipping option so if you can, please support and ask them to add on a tip to the final bill ☺️

Fantastic experience: Davie Flowers is my favorite place to get arrangements downtown! Most recently, I ordered the country blooms basket for my partner, and it made both of our jaws drop. I’ve also ordered in person before, and the staff is always kind and helpful. If you order online, there’s a section where you can leave comments, which I was able to use to give details about the occasion. The people working here are amazing, and I always look forward to opportunities to get arrangements from here.
