Negative experience: I got three white roses on January 27th. The staff intentionally picked sad looking roses - a bit withered and widely bloomed open. I understand that she wanted to use older ones first, but I wished at least she mixed up some old and new together.

Positive experience: The owner was very helpful and willing to work within my very limited budget. This was a ready made bouquet and the florist helped me remove a rose to make it fit within my budget and was patient with me. I did ask about whether any of these flowers would be toxic to dogs a couple of times though, and was told no. However, upon researching later I realised that hydrangeas are very toxic to dogs. I should have researched this before my visit and would advise you to do some research as well, before you make a purchase!

Fantastic experience: I've used Bay Fresh Flowers several times for work events and they've never disappointed. The price point is reasonable and the flowers fresh and beautiful. I decided to use them (on somewhat short notice) for my wedding bouquet and am so glad I did. I provided very little input (showed them two of their online options that I liked - one I liked the shape, the other I liked the colours), and that's it! They delivered the flowers to my hotel the afternoon before my wedding as requested, and when I saw them the next morning I was so happy! I received so many compliments - the flowers were stunning. The bouquet held up well throughout the day and then in a vase for the week - would have lasted longer if I hadn't been so busy I forgot to change the water! Negative experience: The roses that I bought awhile ago here are in a bad condition and I was really disappointed about that since the clerk that picked them didn't really choose the best ones. They do have great choices of flowers but if you're picking something inside of their glass room (especially the roses), tell them to pick the flower that you want.

Fantastic experience: I called them on the day before Mother's Day and they were able to make the flower arrangement and also make the delivery in about 2 hours time on that same day. I was almost expecting that they would only be able to make the delivery on Sunday, if at all. But they told me they could do it that same day by a certain time and they kept their word. The person I spoke with , Paul, was also very nice and helpful. I wasn't there to look at the flowers, but my grandmother, my uncle and aunt told me that the flowers were very nice. My uncle and grandmother couldn't hear the doorbell when they rang, but they didn't just leave the flowers at the doorstep. They rang the doorbell until my uncle heard them and opened the door. I definitely appreciated that. Overall a very pleasant experience buying flowers from them.

Positive experience: Flowers are nice but they're too expensive. You can get better value for money from other florists. They also charge extra for tying a piece of ribbon to the flowers as a hidden cost
