Fantastic experience: I received the most beautiful, colorful flowers from Creative Edge Flowers for my birthday, and I’m still amazed by how stunning they are! It’s been over a week and they still look fresh and vibrant, truly the best quality and care went into this arrangement. I'm absolutely in love with my arrangement and I highly recommend! :)

Negative experience: I try to get my partner flowers every 2 weeks or so and love trying new places. Unfortunately, this shop was a total miss for me. 1 flower, some greenery, and baby's breath came up to $21 (most places it's $8-13, with the exact same kind of flower and add ins), so it was very over priced. Also, in comparison to many places their available selection of single flowers was very small and lacked a lot of color. Lastly, as the are more eco-friendly, they can only wrap the bottom of the flowers in water-soaked paper towel, no water picks available. On the upside, the wrapping was pretty and the staff was nice. I suppose this is a good place for workshops or pre-made bouquets (according to other reviews), but it is not for me and I will not be a returning customer. I don't recommend if you're looking for a single flower that won't be put in a vase. Can't say for the other things.

Negative experience: My Lillie’s had no scent and 80% of them did not bloom, nor did I get any plant food- also a bit over priced

Fantastic experience: Their response was very fast and professional. I sent in a couple inspiration photos and the bouquet I received was absolutely stunning and everything I wanted. I don’t live in Calgary and was traveling through and their store was very easy to reach from the highway and was very easy to get back onto the highway after!

Fantastic experience: This wonderful team created our bouquets and boutonnieres for our wedding. The flowers were gorgeous and followed our colour palette to a T. The team was also very diligent in keeping us in the loop with any changes and really ensured that everything we wanted was incorporated into these bouquets. Negative experience: I came in to get a dozen Roses Bouquet (white & red), last week. Great service provided by Justine but I was disappointed to see that the Bouquet did not even have the flower food, to make the flowers last longer. I paid $116.00 for this bouquet which was outrageous. I understand the concept of inflation but this was unprecedented!

Positive experience: First time purchase of flowers for Mother's Day from Creative Edge Flowers because of my mother's location change. Based on the reviews and the fact that they specialize in florists designed bouquets, I thought they would be a good option. The flowers were ordered and delivered same day which was great. My mother called immediately after receipt and advise that the 'medium' bouquet was very lovely with a mix of what she called large and small flowers and was very pleased. I myself could not see the flowers being in another province and she does not have camera phone skills to share. However, I can only give 3 stars because two days later I was advised that the larger flowers had already died off. I have ordered flowers for many years and this would be the second time which the bouquet has died off so rapidly.

Fantastic experience: I attended an Easter arrangement workshop here and had such a great time! The staff was knowledgeable and kind. The flowers were beautiful and they made me feel competent at flower arranging (no small feat). It was just such a fun night to attend with my elderly mom as a gift to her. I highly recommend the workshop and can’t wait to do a different one soon. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: I love this place, they have really nice and unique flowers. A few days ago I went to three other flower stores to finally found this store which I was satisfied with the flowers they have and their arrangement is really pretty. Nicole was very patient and lovely and listened to all my requests and made sure I am happy with everything. I highly recommend this flower store. I just love it.

Fantastic experience: Just spent the most beautiful evening with friends and family putting together our April Easter Center pieces at the Creative edge workshop! It was so much fun and I landed a lot! The flowers are the best quality, vibrant colours and smell amazing! The store is so cute, clean, and the staff are so friendly and willing to help. I wish I could curl up with a book in the corner because being around so much beauty of bouquets and flowers is relaxing and inspiring!

Fantastic experience: I stopped by with my husband on the way to visit his mother's grave site; she was buried the day prior and I was unfortunately unable to attend the burial. I didn't think much of it at the time but as we started picking out flowers for her we became quite emotional and the staff was incredibly kind towards us. Their warmth meant more to us than we may have expressed so I wanted to drop this review to thank them. Fantastic experience: I was in and asked Stacey if she could do a hand tie bouquet for my daughters convocation yesterday. I explained that we could pick it up the day before as we had to travel to Edmonton. We provided a photo of the sash. She made it early morning Tuesday. She gave me a lot of details how to care for it to keep it nice for the day. The bouquet was incredible and matched perfectly. Unfortunately i even fell on it but there was no damage. It traveled around with us several times and still looked beautiful and fresh. Thanks again for making such a gorgeous bouquet that made my daughters day extra special. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: I just took a workshop with Creative Edge Flowers and it was SO FUN! They had their hands full with probably 50 of us making our Grinch Trees. I highly recommend them for your floral needs or if you are looking at doing a workshop!

Fantastic experience: Requested them to arrange for a flower that secretly conealed a ring to propose to my girlfriend. She loved the flowers and it was a wonderful surprise for her. She said yes.

Negative experience: I asked for a bouquet with a vase, and they counted me as a bouquet with a vase, but they didn’t give me a vase, because the flowers were beaten in a box. My mistake was not to check the appearance of the vase, but I was shopping and my hands were busy. It was the second time, more I didn’t like the service, and the sediment for the vase. She also asked about the check, I said “what is not needed, I’ll be back in 30 minutes and pick up the bouquet” - this was the second mistake. I think that the woman took the opportunity.

Negative experience: I reached out to order an arrangement for my sisters bday…called in July 3 realizing they may be observing the stat holiday. Phone message still referencing May long holiday hours! Called back next day and reached someone. Upon answering I asked whom I was speaking to…I was promptly hung up on…I guess I was mistaken for a solicitor…understandable these days I guess. But I make it a practice to ask whom I am speaking with as I also make it a practice to leave reviews. I prefer to name whom I have received exceptional service from…I am also calling from out of town so it’s nice to know who I am doing business with! I did attempt to call back again but all I got was the message system referencing May long weekend…I took that as a sign!! I may not live in Calgary… but I have plenty of family and friends who do…I will certainly share my story with them. Enjoy your May long weekend!!

Fantastic experience: I recently got married in May and had Rhonda do our flowers. The main decor/theme of our entire wedding was light and airy with lots of white and greenery. So, we had a ton of flowers ordered. The flowers were really the bulk of our decor. I can't even begin to explain how STUNNING our flowers were for the whole wedding. She did such an incredible job, and everything looked perfect with the venue. Even the smaller flowers for the cake and cupcakes were perfect. The bouquets were magical! All of the flower arrangements photographed beautifully. I received tons of compliments on the flower arrangements on the day of the wedding and after receiving our sneak peek photos. We can't wait to see all of our photos/videos to see the flowers again!

Fantastic experience: Creative Edge was a recommended vendor by my photographer. After looking at their photos online it was clear they produce beautiful bouquets and are very good at what they do. Fantastic experience: I contacted Rhonda and Emma regarding my wedding flowers. Emma was so kind and she helped me change up some of what I originally wanted to fit my budget. In the end I was blown away with my bouquet and cannot put into words how happy I was.

Negative experience: Dissatisfied and disappointed. I spent good money ($242)on an arrangement to go to the Funeral home for my sister’s funeral. I requested to have a photo sent to me so I can see the arrangement. It was lovely, they can arrange it alright but disappointment followed. First, the delivery was not made to the day it was requested. It went out for delivery at 9 am (Dec 21 as requested) and could not deliver until 10 am the next day Dec 22. By the time the funeral service has started the flowers was already wilting. I am very disappointed at this flower shop. I learned my lesson and will not use them again!

Fantastic experience: We had a great experience with creative edge flowers. They organized an event in panorama community center and we enjoyed a lot ,they give a training to my kids on how to make a beautiful Christmas center piece. It was so beautiful and fresh. Everyone loved it.

Fantastic experience: The Creative Edge team is amazing! I am always pleased with the quality of the flowers and creativity of the floral designs. I also wanted to spotlight Jolene and Andrea for their excellent workshops. I've been able to attend both a Grinch tree workshop and a Christmas centre piece workshop. Despite my own limited arranging creativity, Jolene was aptly able to explain how to build the arrangements and both her and Andrea patiently helped to realize my vision. I highly recommend Creative Edge.

Fantastic experience: We only use Creative Edge flowers on our cakes, and for our flower orders. The quality of the flowers are as top notch as the staff! Rhonda and her team as such a delight and so talented. The shop is convenient, has loads of parking and a good selection of arrangements or loose flowers. I’ve been know you pick up the occasional gift at the check out too from locals suppliers like candles and cards! 5+ stars!

Fantastic experience: My mom, sister, and I did the grinchie tree workshop on Dec. 8th for my mom’s birthday. We had so much fun and we’re really pleased with how our trees turned out. The shop is beautiful, quaint, and also filled with unique giftware. We highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Received a bouquet of gerbera daisies today. Stunning and so much care taken. From the delicate twine, to the selection of greenery, right down to the velum soft pink paper. Everything is perfectly beautiful. An unexpected gift that is all the more wonderful because of where it came from. My first encounter with Creative Edge.

Fantastic experience: We recently had Rhonda and her team create our wedding florals and WOW they did not disappoint! The florals were something we wanted as a statement to our decor and with the combination of florals and candles, the outcome was amazing. I nearly cried when I saw my bouquet- something I left up to Rhonda to design. Our center pieces were taken home by some of our guests which was so special and I am having my bouquet preserved so I get to keep a part of the florals forever! We could not recommend Creative Edge Flowers more- thank you to Rhonda and her team for making our day so special!

Negative experience: I'm downsizing my 2star rating from 2021 to 1star2022. Firstly, the quality of the flowers remains terrible. I bought 6 peonies in the Spring at a steep price of $60 because they are my mom's favourite flowers. Understandably, the sizes of the buds were not the same but there was one that was too small to be charging the same as the others. I had to muster the courage to ask for it to be replaced, which met with some opposition from the owner, but was done nonetheless. I apologized and explained that being a single income household and the steep price, I wanted the flowers to be the same size. After replacing the flower, the original was passed to me a "gift". [Photo provided] Secondly, while the roses are divine when they bloom, several of the flowers didn't even open up. [Photo provided] Lastly, the service is constantly rushed. When coming in one is made to feel like an inconvenience. The 1 star I give is for the 2 workers who are actually nice and the flowers that look pretty but aren't worth the price they're charged. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 2021 - I wish I could give this florist 5 stars because the arrangements and floral selection is very nice. However, on several occasions I have spent good money ($40-$60) for a bouquet and the flowers start to drop within 24hours. It’s fair to ask if we take care of the bouquet and I can only say: my mom has the greenest thumb around and is able to revive plats people throw away. So, yes, she knows how to care for bouquets. The only conclusion I can make is the quality being sold is far less than the price for which they are selling them. Very disappointing. Especially when it’s a gift. (Pictures available) Also, last year when Mother’s Day was a circus because of the first time COVID restrictions, I had placed an order online but didn’t hear anything back. When I went there on Mother’s Day, everything was sold out and no more orders could be placed. It would’ve been nice to at least get a notification that my order couldn’t be processed. But nothing was ever received.

Fantastic experience: The flowers I received from Creative Edge for my wedding truly exceeded my expectations, everything was stunning! I corresponded with Emma solely via email, changed my mind a few times, and I lagged on making decisions and this didn’t seem to hinder Emma at all. When I arrived at the venue and saw what was delivered I nearly cried, everything was so beautiful! Thank you so much Emma and Creative Edge team for helping to make my wedding day so special.

Fantastic experience: Our experience with Creative Edge Flowers was absolutely perfect! It still amazes me how they provide the most pristine and beautiful flowers in the middle of winter. From first contact, customer service was impeccable with colour matching for our desired theme. Rhonda, Andrea, and Emma are amazing and provided stunning flowers for our bouquets, corsages as well as incredible decoration around the reception and signage. Fantastic experience: I got a vase of flowers from Creative Edge for my grandma to celebrate her birthday last week. I loved that there was already some premade vases to choose from and it was easy to choose something in my budget! The team took great care packing it up and it made the 2.5 hour drive out to her house quite easily. She absolutely loved them and I would definitely come back to Creative Edge for my future flower needs!

Fantastic experience: Just finished a Valentine's Bouquet workshop with Jolene Campbell. This is my second workshop with her, as I also did a Grinch Christmas tree one last year. Jolene is a wonderful instructor as she proceeds at a good pace for both beginners and more experienced designers, takes time to explain the product, and always answers questions. Fantastic experience: I am not well-versed in flowers and needed a bouquet for a photoshoot. With little direction (and maybe even convoluted information) from me; Crystal at Creative Edge Flowers was able to create the most beautiful bouquet with her attention to detail, thoroughness, professionalism, and kindness. From asking us to take sample photos of the flowers as she tested out some combinations to providing great advice on ribbon selection and flower care, Crystal made the experience at Creative Edge extremely pleasant. This will be my go-to florist.

Fantastic experience: I did a few workshops with Jolene and Creative Edge Flowers at our community centre and they have all been amazing. Each event was informative and the greenery were all well put together for the individual kits. Their response on Instagram was very quick and efficient. We had a to put together for some flowers for a funeral in the summer and Creative Edge was very responsive to our request and accommodated on the delivery as well.

Fantastic experience: I just moved to Panamount last year. This year I signed up for the Christmas flower arrangement provided by Creative Edge Flowers at the community centre. Fantastic experience: We participated in a virtual workshop to create a Christmas Centerpiece. We received the kit the day before as expected. It was lots of fun - very clear instructions. We're very happy with the centrepiece we created.

Fantastic experience: We had the opportunity to do a Zoom Winter Centerpiece workshop last night. Once again, Jolene was wonderful! She explained everything really well and sets you up for success. The quality of the greenery and florals that were delivered were perfect. Finished project pictured below. We did a Zoom "How to make a Grinch Tree" with Jolene tonight. It was such a great way to spend an evening. Everything from the supplies being delivered to your door, the printed instructions for reference and the zoom tutorial itself were very well done! Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: We had amazing experience of the Grinch Tree workshop. The Florist is so knowledgeable and helpful, and we learnt so much from her on Grinch Tree arrangement. It's a super fun workshop during holiday season! Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: Creative Edge Flowers is the place to go for beautiful flowers in NW Calgary. Wonderful selection, high quality. I have never been disappointed with any of the arrangements that I've bought there. Highly recommend. I recently attended a Grinch Tree workshop with Jolene. It was excellent. She is an excellent instructor and made the workshop a tonne of fun. I'm so pleased with how my Grinch Tree turned out.

Fantastic experience: Thoroughly enjoyed a Full Wreath making workshop with Jolene Campbell. It was a virtual event which was very well organized and easy to follow along. The wreath and the decorations were all delivered to my home, prior to the event. Given the COVID gathering limitations, I have to say that events like this are truly needed. Thank you Jolene.....

Fantastic experience: We ordered DIY Grinch Trees for our 7 and 10 year olds. We participated in a zoom call teaching session and just had a blast! I would highly recommend it. the trees also came out awesome!

Fantastic experience: A hidden gem to say the least! I have had the pleasure of visiting this cute shop a few times, and I always leave with something beautiful; a gorgeous bouquet, some new plants in adorable pots, and/or some local goodies. The team at Creative Edge is so friendly and helpful. Tonight my mom and I did a Zoom Grinch-Tree making class with Create Edge which was also fantastic! I easily picked up our items ahead of time, and the class prep and presentation was clear and lovely. I hope to be back at Creative Edge Floral sometime soon! :)

Fantastic experience: Jolene was our instructor for the virtual DIY Grinch Tree class, and was very easy to follow her instructions and demos. She is natural in front of the camera, very personal and encouraging, which made the experience really fun, even for the truly inexperienced (like my hubby) who did a lot of the work! Thanks!

Fantastic experience: The team at Creative Edge delivered us the most stunning wedding bouquets & boutonnières ever. I had met with Rhonda back in early 2020 as we were wedding planning to share our designs and vision for the wedding florals. She caught onto the colours and design we were going for for our fall wedding. We obviously had to postpone until 2021 and Creative Edge was very flexible and supportive through all the craziness. Finally our day came in October and we were given the most gorgeous pieces. Creative Edge also delivered all of them our venue right on time. Very easy and professional florist to work with. Absolutely stunning work!! Hope to be able to use them again in the future. Thank you so much for adding in such beautiful florals to our day!
