Fantastic experience: Exceptional service and a truly stunning and unique sympathy arrangement that ended up more impressive than the online photo. Both times I called there was prompt and friendly responses. Along with very reasonable pricing this is why I will always choose Flower Chix!

Negative experience: Seem like nice people, the flowers were also nice. I have a big issue with their customer service. I placed an order around 2:30/3:00 pm on a friday for delivery that same day. Even at that time, the website gave me the option to have same day delivery, which I was very impressed with. I checked out, paid for same day delivery, and the receipt confirmed it. I waited a while, then called the office to ask if the flowers had been delivered. I was informed that I had missed the cut-off, and that I should have been notified of that (which I wasn't.) Fair enough, technical issues happen, technology is weird. However, as the customer that's not really my problem. I paid for same day delivery, and that is not what I received. I would have been totally content had they offered a discount due to this error, however at no point was anything like that offered. Mistakes happen, but its on the business to correct them. I don't believe I received what I paid for.
